For the first time we decided to stay in a hotel in Jerusalem from 20.10 to 21.10 on the basis of half board for a couple + a child for a birthday.
Already on reception we were upgraded to a family room and of course I joined a customer club at the time of booking.
In the room we waited for 3 small bottles of water, a tray of fruits, snack, chocolate and puffsip which is quite nice.
When we opened the door to the balcony we found that we were actually on the roof with small stones ... It is advisable to arrange this and make at least seating for smokers and maybe close it that the children did not go out.
The hotel is also coolly built on the Lobby Mountain located on the 6th floor as well as the entrance away from the underground parking.
Just what a lot of elevators and wings are a huge hotel!
Very interestingly designed.
I liked sitting a lot in a little bar next to the lobby going out on the balcony on a really nice night.
Dinner and breakfast were very tasty The staff in the dining room were service and pleasant.
My husband said his sleep was not high quality. He said the bed was not comfortable for him.
Opening a child spa was very safe in my eyes.
The pool is very nice and cozy only that you came cold and indoor pool that the spa must not have children,
But at any rate, we thought that there were more guests and agreed to certain hours.
A perfect spa has a heated pool, hot tub and Turkish bath. Spa facilities were free.
We invited a massage therapist named Irina very professional and pleasant.
A very high quality and professional spa.
Nice workers I had no where to buy milk I asked for at the bar they gave me without a problem.
My husband asked for a cake for me we got for free.
I ordered things around the room and at the end of the closing account everything really paid off.
Maybe we'll go back there like they say if you don't try don't know.
Thanks so much to all reception staff, the hotel is no exception.
