The hotel is excellent in every way: good food, good service, clean, beautiful view, discount for customers. The kingdom of children is well equipped, and Jerusalem is perfect for a vacation in August.

My great brother and I had a great time at the hotel, we loved the pampering spa, the massage and the services the hotel offers. Lisa Massage was a cannon and did nothing I did not want, she respected all my requests, came to me in every way and did only what I loved. The pool complex is perfect and fun. Waiting for next time :)

We returned from the hotel at the time we took 2 rooms with a connecting door. Very old hotel, 30 years old, very far away rooms, yellow walls, air-drips in the bathtub, disgusting carpet in the room, most of the Arab employees who speak Arabic with the staff is not pleasant.

Nice place. We were with children (7,5,2 years old) at the weekend as part of the "Deal" from the workplace. Everything was fine, fine dining, no complaints. The location is not the best in Jerusalem (Mount Scopus, with traffic jams nowadays outside the season it is a distance Not a short drive from most interesting sites.) I would not pay a special price to stay, but as part of a reasonable deal, this is a reasonably priced hotel. The children's playroom that operated on Saturday was clean and tidy from most of the hotels we have stayed in. Also at the end of November when a cold in Jerusalem, the indoor pool is also inviting for children. .

A family Shabbat.

A family Shabbat.
The hotel is a bit outdated, but well maintained because Dan is Dan, although it is time for a renewal.
Apart from Baruch at the reception, I did not encounter any Israeli workers at all at the hotel, not racist, but the workers from East Jerusalem speak in a non-Hebrew language near the hotel guests and in public - it is not so pleasant to feel like we are in a hotel in the territories.
Excellent food Excellent food Everything we tasted delicious, except for sushi at dinner that the rice was not ready and hard. Fur desserts are relatively superior to hotels.
The room is clean in total.
Why is there no light on the balconies? If you want to sit in the evening it sucks to sit in the dark.
Zion could be 5 in the game but we will score 4 (well).

A neat, clean but old-fashioned place.

Very little activity is offered and in the early hours, you can no longer find a bar even for coffee with a cake.

The hotel knew good days in the 1990s. Currently not clean (see carpet in 3rd floor corridor for example) Neglect in all corners, hard-to-reach waiters at dinner, bring waterless glasses, key not working, front desk services unlocked, indoor pool closed for children etc etc .... Take An example of the other great hotels in the web.

The hotel is not new. The rooms should also undergo some renovation. But the rooms are large. The hospitality is pleasant and the food (morning, afternoon and evening) varied and high quality.

Hotel certainly below 5 stars. Dilapidated rooms old furniture many things not working (lights). A bottle of water at the bar costs 7 and is literally thrown away without any kind of politeness or disgrace. Location far from the center.

This hotel is a full service hotel with plenty of amenities. Things are very cleaned and well maintained. The hotel is very large and has plenty of spacious common areas all around with plenty of seating and are nicely decorated. The staff is helpful and courteous and most speak some English. The main staff speaks very good English. The technology in this hotel is very up-to -date. Their main restaurant is clean and well staffed. Though the selection of food was tasty, the variety was somewhat limited compared to other hotels (of this caliber) we stayed at on this trip. We spent 4 days here and had a pleasant stay. All in all this is a very classy and up-to-date hotel.
