Great food & games . Service was a bit slow (20 minutes for kids drinks) but overall a great time.

Seriously disappointed!

My party arrived on a Friday at around 10pm. We were not greeted when we got to the desk. I stood in front and not one employee behind the front desk acknowledged myself and guests. The employee's chatted away amongst themselves and finally I spoke up and said hello, but the response I got was a weird look, like I interrupted them. I handed over money and said "I need a new card and would like ...." but the employee took the money, walked over to station, and started to process it, but stopped in the middle of my transaction and walked back over to their associates and ran the associate's credit card to pay for something. Instead of taking care of the customer, the employee came first.

So after wasting 25 minutes of my life, I went directly to the bar. The bar was not crowded, maybe 15 customers at most. Not one of the bartenders came to serve me and my 6 guests, until I again had to speak up very loudly to get the bartender's attention. Finally after some time I got the first round. Literally, everytime I or someone in our party wanted something, we were ignored. I never felt so uncomfortable & unwelcomed in a venue .
When I tried to cash out my tab, it took 20 mins till I, once again, had to be rude and grab their attention. Finally when the bartender came over he asked if I want a drink and I replied " No Im good thank you" but right before I could say I just want to cash out, he walked away, so I yelled for him to come back. I said "Can you please not run away, I would like to cash out" but the bartender rolled his eyes said something under his breathe and responsed "I'm not even supposed to be here, its jammed in here" but there was about 8 people at the bar at this point, so no it was not "jammed".

The game area was dirty, broken glass by games, bathrooms were filthy.

When this place first opened, it was clean and had great employees that cared where they worked.

Hire people that care and know how to keep up with your standards. I didn't want to write this review, but I spent a lot of money and could have gone elsewhere and been accommodated.

Great section of games! However I think they miss the .ark with the food and drinks due to mismanagement. I have come three time now and every time I see customers waiting while D&B staff stand around playing with their phones. I will come back to play games with the kids, but for lunch we will hit the food court or Shake Shack. Too bad, if they put more effort into customer service this could be afive star attraction for Staten Island.

Loved it so much! You can eat at the restaurant in Dave and Busters or you can choose from one of the many eaterys outside, so food is very convienent! Very fun for the whole family!

My first time in this place:food ok but our waiter Israel was shady customer service supposed to be. Thank you Israel

It s fun for the first 2-3 times but after that it gets kinda boring and repetitive. It definitely isn t cheap for food especially since there is a food court where u could eat right outside of its doors and the machines could really use some cleaning.

Finaly one place that's close to us. We always had to travel to long island spot but the arcades are old there now and damaged. This place is great lots of big screens to watch sports. Food is great. And brand new arcades!!! Recommand to NY people. And dont judge the negative reviews on serving issues...this place just opened up and staff needs to get used to it.

Way too much, too much noise, too much everything. The games make enough noise music should not be playing, as well. One or the other. The food is normal mass produce.... subpar. Go for the games not the food. If your kid has Sensory issues don't bother !!!!

This place has the rudest management! They messed up my friends order and for that we ended up getting excourted out by security. I WAS IN SHOCK! We were very nice about the situation and got treated with nothing but disrespect. The manger said that we were "intimidated by him." DONT EAT HERE, NOT WORTH THE HASSEL!!!

Bit expensive but I had a good time. The customer service could be better though

Every time we come here it is usually a great experience. Food is always good, games are fun.
Tonight was a completely different experience. My friends and I did not enjoy a drink made, sent it back, and got new drinks. (Our friends are all night life bartenders as well). When our food was served, the MANAGER (female, named MJ) thought it would be appropriate to send the bartender to our table to give us a demonstration of how the drink is made with the ingredients. Then proceeded to tell us it was Dave and Buster s POLICY to show us how the drinks was made. Again, while we were trying to eat our food. Completely and utterly unprofessional and disrespectful.

I don t understand what corporate policy has this kind of policy and where is this considered professional and acceptable. I honestly would love to speak to someone higher than this manager. Her response while speaking to us was I m sorry that s how you feel . Someone seriously needs to teach her about customer service and how to speak to paying customers. Really disappointed in Dave and Buster for accepting this type of work ethics and treatment of consistent, again paying customers.

Not to knock the service we received, our waitress was a angel through out the horrible experience, and the food was good. But I ve never met such an unprofessional rude and nasty person in an industry where you need to actually speak to people for a living.

I went there over this last weekend and I literally had the time of my life. First time I ve been to this Staten Island location with my family and I can truthfully say I will be back there soon ! The person at the front desk said her name was Ari she was the sweetest ever ! While my family and I were eating , the manager Ed came over just to make sure everything was alright . Definitely great managerment they have !

The place has a good vibe and a cool set up. Food was good drinks on the other hand definitely could be a lot better. I had a "hellauva Old fashion," which I sent back for a grey goose martini, and my date had some patron drink which wasn't good either. Overall besides the drinks I had a pretty good time.

Never even got food after waiting for a table for 45 minutes cause an extra 20 minute wait for a waitress

Always a great time, chris Foley is my favorite Bartender, he serves my drinks quickly and we chat about sports when hes not busy.

i came to this establishment twice and both times the service was horrendous !! the first time my waitress took over an hour to bring me and my friend our food. when we finally recieved it, it was wrong and cold. we did not complain due to the understanding of a restaurant opening and it was most likely hectic running the restaurant in the beginning. Tonight, myself and a few girlfriends went and the drinks we ordered tasted like water and took over 30 mins to receive. i was playing a game and a worker knocked my beer ovee on table and broke it so i requested a new one and he got very nasty and said i can get a new one. thankfully the manager got me a new one once i started questioning why i should have to pay for a new one myself when it wasnt even dranken out of yet. i ordered food to go and was missing a full order. the female Meni was very rude and unprofessional. she didnt even bag the food that she never packed and pushed the container into my hands which was extremely hot. i will NOT return to this environment as they are unorganized, careless and have unprofessional people working for them.

Games are fun, but the large and medium claw machines never hold the prize don't waste your money on these two however you can get as many plastic Ducks from the small machine as you like. Drinks are great food is okay play and eat deal is good. Nice prizes when you cash in your tickets.

I know this place is new, but the service was something you would never think was even possible. You'll sit down, they'll greet you and then from there you can binge watch an entire series on Netflix before you get any food or drinks, then when the food and drinks come, the food will be ice cold and the drinks with have no alcohol in them. The price of everything from the food to the games is astronomical as well. So long story short don't go here unless you are looking to have a terrible time.

Open late, clean... So far so good. Kids love it. Machines work well

I was actually impressed. The food was better than I expected and the $ wasn't bad.

Loved it!!!! The best place ever. Kid friendly!!! Parents can have fun with their kids. It's clean and affordable. Food is fresh and delicious. Kids menu easy to choose from. It will satisfy eveyone.

I guess if I was younger I would love this place, but then again, in those days all I needed was a handful of quarters. Now you can spend a hundred dollars in an hour playing these games! You can practically buy a home console for that. Not to mention all the noise, it's the last place in the world I would want to eat dinner. Yes, I am old.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Been there 4 times and what can I say. The only positive thing to say is the food is actially good. The first time my husband and I went was during the day on a weekday when they just opened and when we sat at a self seated table there were many waiters but no one even acknowledged us for 30 minutes. They were exremely over staffed during the day on a weekday but no service at all. Games were fun and inexpensive at the time. Second time we came with our son on a weekend. Waited for a table for about 30 minutes got seated and they had alot of waiters but nobody came to us for about 20 minutes and the waitress we got was constantly disappearing. The games prices got raised as well. Third time my husband and I came alone. Waited 40 minutes for a table again very slow service. The last time we went with our son tonight and after tonight we are never ever going back and we will discourage everyone we know from going as well. We came around 5 and were told it would be 1 hr and 15 min wait. As I looked around I saw 75% of tables empty so I asked the hostess why such a long wait and she replied bc they are understaffed and the kichen is backed up. I dont know what was in the kitchen but they had ao many waiters and waitresses just standing and talking doing nothing. We went to play. The games doubled in price since our last visit. It is ridiculously expensive. I understand that the place has to make uts money back but not as such a high cost when only opening less than a month. We waited an hour and a half to be seated. Finally we sat. The waitress took 25 minutes to come for our order. After ordering about 5 mi utes passed and the fire alarm went off. They told everyone to exit the place and said we all would be informed when we can return. We left and never ever coming back again. Horrible management and poor staff manners.

My experience was great. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean. The food was so good I ordered a philly cheese steak sandwhich to go. When i got home I noticed that there were no fries and my sandwich was missing cheese and peppers. Overall, it is a nice place to bring the family and I will be returning.

Kids have a tremendous amount of fun but it is pricey and the service is a tad slow. Had the stake salad it's amazing.

would have been a 2 - 3 star review if not for the bartender Isreal. it is apparent that they are very understaffed. large number of empty tables and a 30+ minute wait time for a table. sat at the bar and there was only one bartender for both sides of a fully seated bar. ordered the grilled chicken avocado ranch sandwich, the bacon on the sandwich was cold. Isreal was very personable and made up for the disappointing food experience.

The manager named Rose was very rude and disrespectful. I asked her a question about the menu and she acted as if I was bothering her. She walked by our table like 5 times and never once asked if everything was ok. My opinion if she doesn't like her job then she should find another one. FYI I personally get the vibe that they do not like black people and they are racist. I was there for a 2 weeks ago for 2 birthday parties and we was there until closing. I realized they played all the music by black artists right before they close by that time there is no one there to even hear it. Plus the food takes forever to get to your table and when it does it is not even hot its like almost cold. Personally they get a thumbs down!!!!!!!# I had a better time at the one in Manhattan more friendly there!!!!

It's new it is in good shape and clean. Food was better than I expected though salty. Games are not inexpensive to play. They also use an odd credit system. A game can cost 6.8 credits.

There are many electronic games available very good but the noise is too loud, they should take that into account because it causes a lot of discomfort and it is known to cause hearing damage, also in the case of my son who is an autistic child the noise is unbearable the interior but tells me that he would like to use the games when the volume is very low. Perhaps they should take into account that children with special abilities also want to have fun but with that noise that is unbearable for their condition because they cannot do it. I hope you take that into account, they want to be included in society and if that intention does not come out of the same society they will not be able to overcome their weaknesses. They also sim part of society, let's think about them too.

Food was good, our server really friendly and nice, Great time playing games adults and kid, can get crowded on weekends.

Came in with the family on Wednesday night. Had a great time. Our server Tiffany was great. Super nice and friendly.Had a blast playing the games. Will definitely be coming back.

The gaming area and the bar is good ! Please don t waste a dime eating here! Took my family of 3 45minutes to get seated plus an hour to get our meal! They can do a lot better with the food ( donot order the chicken parm Alfredo) and to top it all off I was served a soup spoon with my pasta !!!! Who eats pasta with a spoon? And it took 15 minutes to get my utensils ! We didn t even want to risk waiting on desert . The waiter tried to steal her own tip & lost our receipt ! Complete disaster and I m never one to complain !
