Great place! Clean, fun, great customer service, mma fights, sports bar. Not too many young kids. Great atmosphere

Worst service I ever had. Waitress was really nice but other than that be prepared to wait a very long and i mean a very long time for your order to come out. I had to cancel it. was watching others get served first before us and we ordered way before they did. Never going back to the one in Staten Island again!

Great for games . I found the service for food n at the bar to be not so good . That's y I gave them a 4 .

I love this place; we had so much fun. The food was delicious, which was a nice surprise. Will definitely return.

Been here several times already and its a good place to spend a couple of hours having fun. Never ordered food from here though so can't comment on that. It does get packed on the weekends though

Drinks are reasonably priced and the games are all in working order.

I am totally disappointed with a new place that have been opened in a new renovated Staten Island Mall. Impossible to get a table nor service sucks. Tried to get a table and the hostess telling me there are not enough waiters and kitchen is backed up. You guys just opened and how is it possible for such a poor management? It s damn weekend and you guys already backed up. All I see is waiters/waitresses talking and not doing jack. 70% tables are either empty or dirty. I had 35 parties in front of me...you kidding me right. Something needs to be done right or fix it or at least do a better management or schedule more people.

I had a enjoyable meal . The price was resonable. I would recommend it but keep in mind that it's very noisy.

Good prices on drinks and you can be entertained for an hour with ~$20 of tickets if you don't go crazy on the "all or nothing" games

Review from a parents perspective: If you have a child on the spectrum or has sensory issues. Your best bet would be Chuck e Cheese or we rock the spectrum. D&B is loud, machines seem to be cranked up to Max volume. Cant comment on the food, but my son loves the fact that it's right by a chick fil a

Dave and busters is a great spot for the kids. Its clean, the staff is happy and helpful and the vr is top notch.

Nice place for children and adult. But can't say the same for the restaurant.

Visited 3 times, last time visited the order came out all messed up . After speaking to the manager we were compensated in full & decided to stay and play the games.

Place is horrible period , how many times do they need to ask for a id even for non alcoholic drinks , I ve waited 2 hours now for my food management is just horrible , i asked For a manager and couldnt even get one , place is horrible never coming here again and they are racist

Crowds here can be very aggressive on the weekends. It spoils the fun.The games need to be updated.

I told the host I have a party of 7 but only got 5 setting instead of 7. Had to go grab my only setting and plates from an empty table. Had to scream across the table to place my order instead of walking over to customer My waitress was walking back and forth and didn't bother to ask if there is a need to refill the drinks, kids were dying of thrist. Didn't bother to ask if we needed anything instead was talking with coworkers at the bar area. This was the worst service. Manager needs to walk around to check and make sure your customers are accommodate to their needs even though it noisy but restaurant service is POOR!

I prefer this restaurant a lot. theres a special feeling. The meals are great. the service is dynamic and the waiters are well trained. The cost is honest. greatly recommend.

Went on opening day to eat and play games, Service was great, pricing was fair and games were fun

Service isnt great we waited for a table but never got one hung out by the bar and played games they need more bartenders the wait for drinks is very long

A lot of their games do not work. The grabbing machines are set up to loose you'll never win.

Thought it was more for adults...there were more young kids there ...infants in carriages as well....people were walking around with drinks in their hands while kids ran around and bumped into you

Really nice set up, but not for me. To loud both in volume and lighting. Has a casino feel without the gambling and we prefer the gambling. How many adults really want to go out and play video games?? The video games are a distraction from the beer and sports. Better options for adults are Miller's Ale House and Tommy's Tap and Tavern.

Went here to celebrate a child s birthday with family (not a party). Arcade was a lot of fun with different games. Went on a half price day. I don t think I would go on a full price day bc it would be too expensive. Kids go through those credits quickly! I think their prize choices were also good quality. Food was typically bar type food.

Very nice inside. Bright and colorful with lots of games to play. My kids had as great time. Will be going back real soon.

Asides from the games the food was lacking in flavor and preparation some plates were either hot or cold and the flavor was way to repetitive in every plate would recommend to have fun but the food shake shack tasted better next door

Bartenders make good drinks here. Been to the one in Times Square and the drinks weren't made right. More room in the one in the game room as well!

You asked how come I gave it 4 stars and what would have made it five. The only issue I had was me and my daughter played a couple games or I guess tried to and we swipe the card in and it took away the points but the game never started and it happened two or three times. So she got upset cuz she's only five.

Came here to watch the game on big tvs and eat unlimited wings. we had a blast , friendly staff and awesome games. they even have happy our and $5 apps.

Fun place to go with friends and family, would go here more often if it wasent for the super expensive prices, with 20 bucks you want even get 2p minutes of time you need to be ready to spend if going in here

I absolutely love this place. This location in particular is very well kept and has friendly staff. Bartender I had was very good and you can tell hes done it for a while. Left him a great tip for great service and conversation

Service bad, Food so so!! I've eaten three times in the last 2 weeks. I just don't know if they're understaffed and not trained properly. First time I ate there they delivered our food and to the empty table behind his. Server after server past it and didnt think nothing of it. This went on for about 20minutes. Thank god the lovely waitress we had so the look on my face and took action. Then everyone realized what had happen. What through us off was that there was another tables appetizers on there as well. Went today, waited 15 minutes, when we went back to check how much longer. We had to wait another 15-20. Don't know why, plenty of tables available. So we went to Red Robin, ate came back to play games and a family that was waiting before us, was still waiting. Again, plenty of table empty. Burgers are so so, buns are over sized. Fries are good. Plenty of other good places to eat the same kind of food in the Mall.

A good time was had by all. It's loud, but hey, that's to be expected. Just be aware of that before going.

Nice and new. Very crowded for football but was nice to get there early and get some game time. Prices seemed reasonable at the bar.

We celebrated my son's birthday with friends and they had a blast. We spent about four hours btw dinner and all the games they played. We will be back with the family again to entertain them during inclement weather.

Games are ok, half price Wednesday is great, but bar staff and waitstaff are a little slow sometimes. I'm referring to the service and their IQ.

Winners circle will not let you return anything over 10000 points... which is crazy, considering you spend up to 20x retail price for these things to win them, and they are over 100$ to be 10000 points.
This is not disclosed anywhere... the receipt says return within 30 days with receipt and packaging. Kind of shady if you ask me... will be taking this up with corporate. They need to change their policy or deal with strict NY state retail laws.

Manager is as helpful as he can be, but as corporations go, everyone here is under immense pressure to work fast or screw the customer while apologizing as per corporate policy.

Bartenders will not pay you any mind... they are too busy serving their coworkers and friends. You can wait up to 40 minutes to pay for the one drink it took you 20 minutes to order.... some bartenders are braindead.

I was once yelled at by 2 bartenders that they didnt have yellow redbull to make a drink on their menu, while I was looking at the yellow redbull in the fridge and had to point to it. Neither one apologized for how dumb they sounded.

Half the good games are broken or under-maintained. I was on a good winning streak on 3 different games on different days... and every time each one broke, they'd give it a quick fix and it would break again, or the technician would close it completely.

I think I'm done with dave and buster's. I won my big prize I saved for... it broke... manufacturer wasnt helping much.. dave and busters wasnt going to replace it.... so yeah.

Almost a thousand dollars blown at the arcade for a defective prize, 2 drinks that I had to wait an hour each for, and an overall waste of my life playing games of skill with broken buttons or firing mechanisms.

Games are fun. Great place to bring kids. However the food isn't that great. Service is also lacking at times.

Definitely one of the better Dave and busters. It s very large in size and has a ton of games and it never feels cramped

From a kid's standpoint it's awesome from a parents standpoint it's a money nightmare

You get to claim any of the games you love, including Mario Kart. However, the one thing I have to say is that the items in the gift shop caught you so many tickets, they're so expensive. But, I guess part of the reason that is so expensive is because it's attached to the mall, which charges so much in rent

The service was poor, felt like the waitress was not trained. Asked for our drinks 3 separate times she said they should be out and I'll bring them right over, only brought one beer over for a table of 8. The food even took really long to come out, steak was supposed to be medium but it was burnt.

Fun games but a handful of them dont work every time I go. And every time I go I have one machine that takes my credits and doesn't let me play and I have to be helped by a staff member. The staff is really nice though and it's fun for groups

Its a "dave & busters"...basic foods basic drinks...i was there for a kids party it was nice...the only thing i can say that was negative was that we had to keep asking for cups & napkins...aside from that my kids and i had a good time and the food they had was pretty good..

Good atmosphere but the service at the bar and tables takes forever. Best time to go is when its only adults and no kids.

Great place overall love the drinks! Philly sliders are my favorite. Can't wait to see you Thursday for wings and games!!!
