i came to this establishment twice and both times ...

i came to this establishment twice and both times the service was horrendous !! the first time my waitress took over an hour to bring me and my friend our food. when we finally recieved it, it was wrong and cold. we did not complain due to the understanding of a restaurant opening and it was most likely hectic running the restaurant in the beginning. Tonight, myself and a few girlfriends went and the drinks we ordered tasted like water and took over 30 mins to receive. i was playing a game and a worker knocked my beer ovee on table and broke it so i requested a new one and he got very nasty and said i can get a new one. thankfully the manager got me a new one once i started questioning why i should have to pay for a new one myself when it wasnt even dranken out of yet. i ordered food to go and was missing a full order. the female Meni was very rude and unprofessional. she didnt even bag the food that she never packed and pushed the container into my hands which was extremely hot. i will NOT return to this environment as they are unorganized, careless and have unprofessional people working for them.
