The waitress did not wait for us to return to our table and COMPLETELY swept it, personal items included, and sat down a new group of people before we were done. I had to wait 10 minutes for her to even attempt to find our items; the process was made harder by her nasty temperament. I finally reached out to the manager, who then swiftly found and retrieved our items. If I ever find that she's my waitress again I'm getting up and leaving in haste! Bad customer service on the part of this waitress that was admittedly made better by the manager. But this waitress truly tainted the experience.

Stay home, order Chinese and play some Xbox, I guarantee you will have a better time.

Fun! Good food large variety and nice sized portions and decent prices. A Family location!

Very nice inside, very clean and all the machines worked. Our waiter was very pleasant and attentive, the good was good and the kids had a great time.

After a small issue regarding a gift card at the front desk, a manager was called. Ed greeted us, allowed us to explain our situation and offered solutions. He was professional, courteous, and cares about our feelings. This place is well maintained and always does the right thing. Thumbs up to Ed, he deserves it.

This place is ok. It has decent food and decent drinks but the games are over priced and hidden behind the fact that you pre paid for your game card. Doesn't sound as bad when a game costs 1000 points as apposed to saying it costs a dollar fifty to play a game once.

Need more games for 5 year olds and the unlimited play cards were only for certain machines it felt like a ripoff

Boyfriend and I went for a fun date and had a blast. Food is great and won't break the bank. The game space is fabulous, very tall ceilings, clean, and so many games. Even when a game we wanted to play was occupied, there were plenty of other games.

Let me start off by saying the service here was terrible. the staff is very careless and pay no attention to tables. i came here with my 7 year old daughter after playing games for an hour, we were starving. the hostess sat us and we waited for 20 minutes until i got up and asked for a waiter. then another 10 minutes went by until he came to us. and another 10 until our drinks came out. i m a waitress myself and i understand if it s busy then there is an expected wait time, but when all the waiters are just standing, looking aimlessly around the room, then there is no excuse. i had to ask 4 different staff members for ranch and a refill on my drink until i finally got it. the only reason there is 1 star is cause the food is great, just such a shame the service is terrible.

I have the say this is the worst Dave n Buster I've been to. The one in city is way better. We arrived for a birthday party at 7. Got seated down at a table at 8, food arrived at 930!!! Never again. I recommend eat somewhere before coming for the games.

The grand kids love the games and the adults have fun too. Great place to watch sports.

Has the worlds best games & food . Tho its hard to get tickets.

There are many stores, many kinds of games, you can earn points every time you play a game, and you can buy things in the store with the ticket.

More games for little kids. I have a 3 year old who loves going but there's not many games for him. And the service at the toy check out is always slow. Do love the fact that it is always getting switched up so it's never the same thing over and over.

I went there this weekend and it was my first visit to this location. Our server was great, his name is Israel. He had great energy and was super helpful with our questions on the menu items. He took very good care of my son who has a peanut allergy. He was attentive and friendly and encouraged us to come back.

I went their with my school and we had a lot of fun. We ate foods and soda. We also played a lot of games in there by swiping our game card that the school gave it to us for playing. And also we got some tickets to buy something. I bought a duck, a bracelet and a slink. And they have internet connection for the guest also. So our day at Dave and Busters was so good.

Love Staten Island's Dave & Busters. The food and drinks at their restaurant is very good. The service is great. I've eaten there often and have never been disappointed.
There are rarely any machines out in the game room. Everything is very well kept. Bring your family and have some fun!

Very busy place! Wait time for food ordered while sitting at the bar took over 45 minutes...drinks were made in an unhygienic way. Gloves aren't used when they should be when adding cherries, pineapple pieces, or olives, etc to drinks. Instead they used their bare hands.

Great place to have some fun. Good for kids and adults. However, the restaurant is kind of so-so. Both time got seated and took awhile for a waiter/waitress to take our order. One time, we were trying to order a meal that will come with the $10 game coupon to load on my power card, then the waitress told us no longer available while it is on the menu. I was thinking why not letting us know as soon as we get seated instead telling me when I ordered those deal. Hence, we just walked out and ate something better instead. I would just come and play especially the Wednesday half price deal.

The food was ok... 3 people ppl le behind the bar after 5 min had to flag 1 down for a menu, then a other one to order there were only about 6 people at the bar.. kinda uncalled for but w/e

Sitting at the bar on a monday night , with football being on tv during the seasons football playoffs I would have expected a second bartender or at least the only bartender to there main goal which is to serve. Waited about 49 minutes to get a drink. When is wasnt crowded at all no kids around he wasnt pouring a soda
Since the game started. Staten island isnt the dave and buster's to be at! Go to Manhattan or where else they have one if u want good service games and more.

Great time and good prizes for my entire family. Food was excellent!

Facility was very clean and well kept,but for the service in the dining area for a party of 20 kids and 15 adults could have been better. Had to keep chasing down the waiter for cups for guests, cleaning up the table after everyone eat and to serve the birthday cake. But overall the kids enjoyed themselves

Food is okay. Its very spacious with a lot of games. Drinks are really cheap compared to city prices lol. And there are a TON OF OVER SIZED TV'S. Want to kill two birds one stone bring your kids ,they can play games and you can relax at the bar lol.

The games are a lot of fun, my son absolutely loves it here. Also the food is more than delicious. Every time I go, I have a great experience

So glad they opened up close to home. The menu is affordable and versatile for kids and dieters alike. Fun games too. Clean bathrooms is always a plus.

Still here Lauren the front lady and Miguel are Awesome..in spite of all issues they help and provide the best customer service ever..I recommend this place jus to meet the staff here they are great..miguel and lauren should get raises as well because they are awesome.

The place to go when you have nowhere else to go. Jk the arcade is fun and all but needs to update their lineup. The bar is cool and a nice place to chill and watch whichever game is on.

The service here is terrible. After being seated we waited about 20 minutes for the waiter to come and ask us if we wanted a drink. When he did come we waited a long time for him to bring us the drinks. When the food came out the fries were cold. It wasn t crowded at all there was our table and other table in the whole place. I hate to see what happens when it is crowded. You are better off eating in the food court and then go play games. It is cheaper and your food is hot. Will never eat in there again.

The food was too salty first time it was good time just overboard

Dave & Busters is the best the hostess were so attentive & so was the waitress. My food came out fast & Hot The manager miguel visited the table & he was very nice. However A woman manager named Rose was very rude to her employees. Someone needs to step up and tell her she needs to check herself because i know i wouldn t take it.

Really place to have fun with your family. We visited Dave and Busters in Albany and they have the exact same games in all places.

Food is good, but you will wait for it... had to send a steak back because it was overcooked, but the drinks are ok and the games are fun

First time at a Dave and Buster franchise, thought it would just be a bigger chuckie cheese type facility I was wrong, the place is huge and it s geared toward adults. Looks like a huge casino but for games, video monitors all over the place. You have the option to wait for a regular table or go to the walk in booth near the games and sit if one is empty. I wasn t expecting much with the food, I ordered the salmon that comes with string beans and spicy rice. Pleasantly surprise, my family had the pasta with shrimp and steak and a slider with ribs and mash potatoes, these too were a hit and definitely get the chocolate cake, incredible and games were great, definitely going back

This is a place where I can take my 2 year old who doesnt care about your food and wants to run around... bar atmosphere is great... food is pretty good for a chain restaurant... but PLEASE get rid of that foul smell when you walk in... it smells like Victoria's secret blee up.. its disgusting to have that much fragrance at a restaurant.

Place is EXTREMELY loud. If you're planning to chat with your friends while children play - go elsewhere

Been to this location a bunch of times and it never disappoints!

Fun place for the kids and I was very pleased to find out they serve the impossible Burger which is a great option for me being vegan.

The food was ok even though I never saw any lobster in what was supposed to be a a lobster, shrimp & steak pasta, the service was mediocre but the mall is beautiful and we had fun!

Kids enjoyed the games as expected, but did not expect to have to walk out of the restaurant after waiting 30 minutes for one dish to come out, which was not even the appetizer. Saw at least 4 managers huddling in a corner at one point and then disappear behind a back door. I had to get up and go to the door behind where managers hide and wait for one to pop out. Got a friendly apology and then had to wait some more with now two dishes and still waiting on two more and the appetizer. Jumped out of the booth to grab another manager who blew me off and disappeared behind the escape door. Waited some more and then my mom, my two kids and I just got up and began walking out. A manager suddenly appeared and walked to the empty booth. He didn't even look around to see if we were near. We went to the food court, enjoyed our food and saved money. We went back to enjoy the games. This by the way was on a Monday, early afternoon. Lesson learned - eat before going to Dave & Busters.

They have very good food an the servers was very nice an my granddaughter loved the games there

This place is amazing! Many of the games involve either luck or skill, which makes them really fun. Games the cost chips, can give you credits, which can be exchanged for prizes! Many of the prizes are amazing if you can get enough credits! Overall, this is a great place to go to with friends or family!

A bit noisy however, the food was not all that bad. I tried the taco with chicken. As seen in the pic. I didn't really like it bug everything else was great.

Had a blast at Dave and Busters today!!! Came in with my kids and we had a great time. Good food and tons of fun to be had in the arcade. Half price wednesday is the best promotion you are gonna get for a good time out.

We had a great time. For an arcade the food was really good. They have enough games so that you dont have to wait for any machines and they had a game for all ages. The prizes you can win from collecting tickets were surprisingly good. The bar was big enough that you didnt have to squeeze between people to get a drink. The prices were very reasonable too.

Decided to give it a try since it s been open a month and the rave should ve died down a bit. Now I have been to the Woodbridge NJ location, so I was expecting the same service, and experience, maybe a little less due to being brand new and just opening a month who, but I was completely DISAPPOINTED!!!! The table service for the restaurants was horrible. The food was great, but the service was terrible. Waiter was no where to be found, did not check up on us at all, had to get our own straws from kiosk, and even had to find waiter to get the check. Off to a bad start already. Gaming was even worse !!!! Broken games, very hot, and dirty environment. Some games took my credits but didn t allow me to play the game. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Last, the bathroom was disgusting. No toilet paper, every stall had un flushed toilets, and floor was wet and sticky. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I will continue to have my night out at Dave and Busters at the Woodbridge NJ location, paying the bridge toll is 100% worth it.

Had a Blast with grandchildren, everyone one was very nice and the happy hour is amazing. this is gonna be a great summer spot to bring the kids.
