My boys had a fantastic time with their snowboarding instructor. Great runs and super helpful staff. Beautiful scenery and great conditions. We'll be back again!

The facility is well equipped. Rentals are a good price and quality. Parking is a bit of a walk
Amazing mountain, too bad the lineups on the weekends are discouraging. 30 minutes waiting for each upload. :(
It's my favourite winter place. There are lots improvement after 2010 winter Olympic Games - more food options, friendly staff, better atmosphere.
Great place for snowboarding. Nice and soft snow and not too crowded.
Snowshoed up to St Mark's Summit, away from the crowds on the slopes and above the clouds shrouding the city. Glorious!
Great place to ski /snowboard but the food is really expensive there.
Wonderful Ski Area next to Vancouver. Try to book your Tickets in advance and save money. Also, try to avoid Skiing at 10-12 and from 1-2 as it is quite crowded. They also offer great night skiing!
I love to go skiing here! The night skiing is great!
Best local mountain in terms of terrains and location. They have just upgraded their rental fleet in 2018 too. If you're planning to go, get the cypress mountain gift cards from Costco, 2 * $50 for $80, and use them to pay for your lift tickets online for the best deal.
Right now (Dec. 1) they are making artificial man made snow so its not at the best right now for skiing but good for toddlers and younger children.
I lost my Starbuckz mug by the counter... I came back and said its not there.
Beautiful but way too crowded, if you head up there in the winter make sure u wake up first thing in the morning...
Went there with my school for 3 times. Had the same instructor everytime who was very nice.
It was excellant
Lot of young people
You gotta try snowboarding here, the view is unbelievable.
The chalet staff are friendly. I was impressed withbthe young guy in repairs who helped us when the board buckle was locked!! He brought his tools outside and took care of the binding issue!!
Go night skiing to avoid the crowds! Come right at 5 and catch the sunset. Perfection.
Super cool ski area. Nice parcours. Open till 10 pm. Good to reach from vancouver downtown...
Always busy , super expensive. If you have time make the trip out to sasquatch resort out in harrison
Skiing or biking, I love heading up here for some fresh air!
Nice mountain and close parking if ur going as a family. If not then be ready to walk depending how busy it is.
Great skiing, best place with the most runs in the lower mainland. Gets really busy, but that's to be expected. Restaurant staff are very friendly and the food is great (miss the whiskey Jack burger though)
Hoping for lots of snow this year!
Best local mountain for downhill skiing and snowboarding by far
Great resort for rest and relaxation . Awesome destination for boarding & Skiing. Plus ,the fact that they are open til 10pm everyday... Hell yeah!
Hill is well groomed. Food is great at the Raven. Service is prompt and friendly. Love the Chili!!!
The snow slopes themselves are great but the incompetent staff ruin the experience.
Both the booking and renting system is broken and needs to be improved for the customers sake. Staff don't seem to know what they're doing and are incapable of helping out when an unexpected situation occurs. Despite getting in the line early and booking in advance, it took well over an hour for me to get to the slopes because of an error on their part.
Lockers cost $2 and should you need to access your bag during a break from the slopes, you'll have to pay another $2 to lock it up again.
Food is expensive and mine contained a piece of packaging. When notifying the waitress, I was not charged for the meal and was given a free drink although she did tell me "you're lucky it was only paper, I've seen worse". She went on to tell me how a customer had experienced finding an insect in their burger.
So yeah, I'd avoid this place where possible. It's a shame because the surrounding is magnificent but its hard to appreciate it after all the stress caused by the unacceptable service.
T'well be the next place for me and my family will go and see.
Fantastic weather. The snow was great! Lineups were massive and the only negative from the day
A super fun place to be; friendly staff, food is good, not overly priced, lots of different trails. Always lots of fun.
Amazing ski resort, I snowboard and recommend these hills + staff are great
Best of the three local mountains (Seymour, Grouse, Cypress). Strongly recommended for a family day out if you don't want to make the hike to Whistler.
Lessons are reasonably priced and the instructors are good. We had Jill and Butters and they both took their time with the group making sure everybody was getting tips.
It's $10 for the closest parking, so arrive early to beat the lines. If you're late, you're stuck on the lower parking lots and will have to walk a bit with all your gear.
Loved our starter hike to the Bowen lookout.....as we were quite late for St Mark's summit... But next time for sure! Enjoying Beautiful British Columbia.
The mountain is good but the f**king app crashes under 3 sec
Also the lesson teachers are a pain in the anus
Great place for ski, half way done, you can see the view of city from high above
Always go there for snowboarding, they have switched to a new kind of chip ticket, no more hassles with the sticky paper
Haven't skied here since I was a kid... Come up here for the lookout and the scenic drive. Always worth the trip. There is a restaurant and coffee shop open here all year round as well.
Incredible hikes in the summer and one of my favorite snowboarding mountains in the winter.
Offers a variety of winter activities like downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and snow shoeing. Rentals are available at the chalet. During non winter months the mountain is open to the public for hiking and mountain biking.
Snow tubing scheduled at 10am. Sat in traffic attempting to park for over an hour. Called the Nordic section of the mountain asking if there was any plan to allow guests to be able to stay longer due to the inadequate job managing traffic and parking. The manager told me in a very snippy tone more or less we were out of luck. Once we arrived at the parking lot we were informed by the attendant the lot was full and we would have to turn around drive down the mountain to find a place to park alongside the road to park and walk back up. Absolute mess of a ski resort and after speaking to three different "managers" no refund was offered and no extended time was given so we left without ever hitting the slopes.
Great city mountain to access on a day off. Great options between the two mountains and always a green or at least a blue in every place for the beginners. Some directions could be better placed as there was a section in which you had to go further past some trees to see a blue run among the blacks.
The stuffs at the entrance check my ticket and ask when and how did I purchase my ticket every time as if I didn't pay for it. I hate the feeling of distrust.
I Richard Hunter and my son Mackenzie Hunter had our third ski lesson with Ski Instructor Rose , the girl couldn t have explained it better and made us feel relaxed , thank you from The Scotsman
One of the best ski resorts in BC and part of winter Olympics 2010. It s half an hour drive from downtown and is pretty well maintained. The number of chairs is limited compared to Whistler but the pass price is reasonable. If sunny, take the Lions express and then sky chair and see the magical view.
Today was great. Good snow, sunny, no wind, not that busy. Awesome!
There was more rain than there was snow. Thanks Canada.
Accurate snow reports would be appreciated. I've been a passholder here for years and it is the best local Vancouver mountain, but liberties are taken with words like "pow day" and the reported base is a lot more like entire annual snowfall considering you can scrape up grass at mid mountain.
Usually crowded but it is by far the best ski mountain out of the local ski hills...
Amazing place to ski at, but the quality of restaurants and food there is absolutely appalling. With a better restaurant there, this mountain would get an easy 5 stars.
Horrible Customer Service!!!!
I purchased two full day tickets online in advance, due to my personal reasons, I couldn't make it to the mountain on that day so I emailed them to see if I can switch to another day. First reply said no, all products are final sale, no refund no exchange date. I asked them nicely again, second reply said no again as it's against company policy. I mean, what could you possibly lose to switch my lift tickets to another day??!! Seems like they just dont care their customers, well, you can keep my $200 dollars, but you lose me as a customer forever, I guess they dont care anyways.
Snow was great. Runs are fun. Ski patrol is super friendly. Would rate this mountain better than Grouse and Seymour.
It is best to go skiing from home at 8 o'clock in the morning and stop at the paid parking lot for $10 a day.
Close to the ski slopes, it is easy to get back to the car to pick up the ski equipment.
Great ski hill, the best on the north shore. Great place to hike or snowshoe.
Good mountain with good facilities for summer/winter
The price is more expensive, but the snow field is big enough. A lot of courses are suitable for all kinds of students... Parking lot It is not like going to the grouse, it needs to go to the cable car... Recommend everyone to come
The runs are great, close to Vancouver and the staff were very understanding. Definitely the best local mountain.
I ve been on numerous hikes on Cypress now and it s become one of my favourite destinations in the Vancouver area to get out and get some exercise.
Overall, it s very dog friendly and there are both popular trails and quiet, less travelled spots as well.
We went there when there wasn t that much snow so that s probably the main reason I want to give them one star but anyways we checked online and it wasn t clear if they are open or close I guess they just don t care however that s just the service the mountain self is beautiful
Best of the local mountains for terrain, and only a half hour drive from Vancouver
Good road for a motorcycle trek. Then nice trails to go hike with scenic views!
Nothing much to do of season just to hike around. But ride up there is quite nice and had nice views
