I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Freeway Mazda. I went in for a quick purchase of an oil filter. 1 of the 3 staff members standing behind the counter inform that the parts person was on the phone in the back. It was close to the end of the day and I was the only customer; however, I was kept waiting for 10 minutes as the 3 staff members lingered and watch me stand there without offering to help. Why can't there be more than 1 parts person when there were 3 diddling around? In the end, I left without being able to buy the filter as the staff was unwilling to or seem like they care or want to help in any way.
