All Around Great Experience!

After getting in a car accident and being told my car was a total write off I was extremely stressed. When I went into Freeway Mazda to look at vehicles after not having a car for two weeks and being unsure of exactly what I wanted the experience of buying a car which is usually quite stressful was easy and convenient. With that being said at no point during my time with Tracy in Sales did I feel pressured or that I was taking too much time deciding. Tracy was relatable and patient while I went back and forth deciding between two cars. I ended up purchasing a Mazda CX-5 on my first visit to the dealership with the support of Tracy. The sales manager Peter also made me feel welcome by introducing himself when I initially came to the dealership and thanked me afterwards for the business. I am very pleased with my brand new CX5 and my overall experience at Freeway Mazda!!!
