Allison and Chris were super on the installation of my cameras yesterday. They were very professional and courteous. They explained everything they were doing as they were installing equipment. I will definitely be recommending Custom Security to all my friends and coworkers. Oh and let s not forget Mr. John Broome, he came and advised where to place the equipment after I told him what I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable and professional, he cares about the customers and will go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied. Thanks to all of Custom Security and their employees.

Custom Security got me set up in my new home without any issue. They reset the system, replaced my battery and broken sensors as part of the initial set up and then walked me though how to use the system. They have very competitive pricing for the area and a really cool app service to arm/disarm your system remotely from your phone. Jason got me all set and was very helpful!

We ve had a basic security system with Custom Security for years. We finally decided to get cameras added to our system. I was a little worried about the cost or that they would be hard to use. Our that they would be bulky and detract from the appearance of our house. Well, the cost was reasonable, the installation was scheduled at my convince, and the cameras are great. The resolution of the video feed is really good and the app is simple to use. I m glad I got Custom to do my cameras!

I just wanted to commend Stacy for going the extra step. She called after a false alarm and I asked her for a new yard sign, no problem. She even delivered it to our business.

Cory Wilkinson, a fire technician, has come to our office on multiple occasions and he has never left an issue unresolved. I am very please with this company and will recommend them to everyone .

Our company has been using Steve Elmore for our fire system for over fourteen years. Steve completes our routine fire alarm inspections and maintenance in a prompt, professional manner. During the construction of our new building, Steve was always willing to answer our questions regarding our fire system. We greatly appreciate Steve!

I can not say enough about the professional courtesy that was demonstrated to me by your service representative. He showed up on time; had mask in hand; did a quick analysis of the problem and quickly fixed it. He also took the time to explain in simple terms what caused the issue. He did introduced himself, but I cannot remember his name at this time. Please insure this is related to him.

Such a great experience! They were efficient and explained everything . They even let my 4 year old "help" them!

We love this company as well and we've been customers for more than 25 years. This past August when we flooded, they put our contract on hold until we were able to get the home repaired and even checked on our progress. A local company with local people giving great customer service. They really care about what they're doing, and they're doing it well .

I had a complex issue with a tenant utilizing my master code and I not knowing their code to disarm a rental property after they vacated. Because the tenant had the master, I the owner, no longer had a code to disarm. Unfortunately, this tenant would no longer respond to text messages I left nor my pleads to submit the 4-digit master code that they created via voice messages. I had scheduled to show the property, the alarm went off. Me with no way of knowing how to disarm my rental, was sure the potential tenant would have been discourage and want to pass. However, the custom security representative stay with me thru multiple failed attempts to re-set, in trying to access Total Connect and finally they called in a technician from the support section to identify the master code, which helped to reset the alarm system. I was sent a link to reset my Total Connect password after validation via a text. I was also informed of discount I could received as a military member as things culminated to an end. It was a Friday and everyone that I spoke with at custom security, provide me their full attention to detail. I was please with the eagerness shown to resolve my issue. Thanks to all the staff that had a hand in assisting me. I was tired but their enthusiasm and optimism helped me to see this complex issue to resolution. And the tenant love the home.

Horrible place to be. You do not want to work at this company. Management sucks and have favorites over the employees. Central station manager is not a role model and does not know how to lead a team into victory. Not to mention how unfair the pay is for everyone; people who been there lesser time then seasoned employees get more money. Its not a place of friendliness and fairness. Supervisors degrade you and have you feeling worthless. Take your skills to another company. You do not want to work under Courtney.

I have been a Custom Security customer for the past 30 years. They pre-wired my home as it was being built. After the completion, they came did what they needed to do to get my system up and running. They took the time to explain my system in detail, and were very patient with me. Any time I have a question or need anything, they are ready and willing to meet my alarm needs. They have their own in- house monitoring station. I don t have to call a long distance number for help. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone.

Had some problems with my alarm system. It took a little bit of back and forth to get to someone who understood and could explain the problem, but ultimately everything was resolved.

Wesley and Chris did our installation. They arrived promptly on time for the scheduled installation. They worked diligently and professionally at all times until the work was completed. They cleaned thoroughly after the work was completed. They answered all questions we had about the system completely. They thoroughly explained the use of the alarm app.

Because of the way our home was constructed, it was very difficult to run power to the location of one of our cameras. They explored many options and gave superior effort to complete their task in workmanlike fashion.

We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them and Custom to anyone seeking security services.

The sales consultant, Bryan, was very easy to work with through the entire process. When the install was initially completed, there were a few bugs, but Custom sent a team the next day and got my system running in tip top shape. The tech Chris Wilkinson was top of the line. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none. He assured my wife and I that he would give us a security system that we could depend on, and he did just that. He followed up after the fact to make sure we were happy and encouraged us to call back with any questions. Custom Securty is a company that seems to be staffed by employees who truly care about the quality of their service. I could not have asked for a better experience.
