The sales consultant, Bryan, was very easy to work with through the entire process. When the install was initially completed, there were a few bugs, but Custom sent a team the next day and got my system running in tip top shape. The tech Chris Wilkinson was top of the line. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none. He assured my wife and I that he would give us a security system that we could depend on, and he did just that. He followed up after the fact to make sure we were happy and encouraged us to call back with any questions. Custom Securty is a company that seems to be staffed by employees who truly care about the quality of their service. I could not have asked for a better experience.
