Office is good with nice atmosphere but don't have a covered parking

Very poor response. During advance payment they have committed to provide 50mbps speed, on the next day itself they said only 30mbps speed is possible on your locality. I have asked for refund on 20th January 2021. They have committed to refund it within one week. More than one month have completed but still there is no response from their end. I have totally exhausted by continous follow up but very poor response and poor attitude.
