Horrible place to be. You do not want to work at this company. Management sucks and have favorites over the employees. Central station manager is not a role model and does not know how to lead a team into victory. Not to mention how unfair the pay is for everyone; people who been there lesser time then seasoned employees get more money. Its not a place of friendliness and fairness. Supervisors degrade you and have you feeling worthless. Take your skills to another company. You do not want to work under Courtney.
