We have had Custom Security for several years. We had a updated system installed. We had an issue with the installation of the system. I called and reported it on Monday. Within minutes the supervisor of sales, Heath, called me back and told me my installer would being leaving and headed in my direction. It wasn t long and Miguel was at my home. He worked hard to correct the issue. They re number one concern was satisfying me and they did that. You don t find that very often in companies today. Thank Heath and Miguel for your great service! Our first Custom Security system was installed into my childhood home 30 years ago. With each home after, there was never a question as to who would install and monitor the new system. My parents still use Custom Security to this day for their home and business.
