After we checked in late , they gave us an upgraded room, some cookies for my kids and additionsl welcome drinks. Staff were friendly.

Very good location in the center of Ortigas commercial district. Parking is good and there is a direct access to the mall beside it.

The ambiance of the place is ok but I don't like the food that much.

The place is great... it's clean and well kept. Food?...love it! I enjoyed my stay!

The best pasta ala puttanesca in the whole god-forsaken ph. Keep it up!

Crowne Plaza is a good book especially if you're traveling for business.

The room is not too cramped up. It's spacious and cozy at the same time
AC is great and functioning very well
Bathroom is clean without any pungent odor. Everything is working fine and all towels and bath products are complete
Room service was very polite and they did their job very well.
They have enough closet space and it comes with an iron. Great for travelers who need to change clothes for a meeting or formal events.
Buffet is absolutely delicious.

People in the front desk are not that approachable though lol. But overall stay for 3 nights is just comfortable. Their door got a problem when we were there though. Our keycards won't work anymore and we were locked out of our room, they also fixed them immediately.

I was satisfied during our stay . Room size was big . The only thing I didn't like was getting the parking validation everytime you leave the parking eventhough they're on the same day. I wish we only had to get validation once per day More

Lobby still looks great but some function rooms and facilities are already old and need uplift. The service remains great and attentive. If function rooms are fully booked, food served is no longer warm, so coordinate well with the dining crew. We had some issues where some participants had reaction to the food, but the staff were quick to respond and coordinated with us accordingly. Thumbs up to Sir Razul and his team for their concern and quick response to the matter.

Nice place to conduct conventuons and small functions

We stayed there pre & post wedding. That was 2013 and the rooms were nice.

Went to the hotel for an event. The place was fine. A bit old-ish but find. But didn't expect the food to be good. And it was quite good.

Pretty good experience. The room was very clean and well decorated. The pool was also great! There are great restaurants and a mall close to it.

7 corners resto under renovation, Xin Tian Di seems to need makeover also

I loved my stay there. The rooms were awesome. The foods were kinda expensive.

The hotel was great! A hotel with very friendly staff, everyone you walk pass seems so friendly and very welcoming. The brekafast was great! There was so much food to choose from from Filipino food to international food. I love how they give you a small post-it with a note when they serve you your morning coffee or tea. The rooms were prettt spacious with a pretty large safe. Theres a lot of space in the closet and shelfs. The hotel is very well situated with connecting walk ways to the malls. There are also several function rooms. The hotel has a rather small pool though. Theres both a smoking lounge and an outdopr smoking area. Theres a bar and restaurants at the hotel. If im not mistaken a spa is also available for customers ans guests. Overall pretty happy with my stay here.

Seminar venue is spacious and food and service is great.

The place is appealing visual-wise but the aircon temp was quite low hence I had to use my fan to cool me up a bit especially at the lobby area of the 4/L where the function rooms are. Also, please close the door to the area where the kitchen area is bec. guests who pass by there in reaching their designated function rooms see the clutter of glasses & plates and what have yous since the door and the noise of the staff were scene stealers at most. Thank you.

Xin Tian Di is one of the best Chinese/Cantonese restaurant in Manila

We ate at 7 Corners Restaurant. Buffet selection is good, comparable to more expensive buffets. Dessert corner needs a bit of improvement. Service is excellent, our server was very attentive.

Good-sized rooms at a reasonable price. The breakfast spread is good as well.

I can not express my happiness and satisfaction on our stay with Crowne Plaza. They upgraded our room free of charge,plus they surprised me with a birthday banner, a cake and a birthday serenade. Not only that, when we went down the following morning for breakfast they gave extra mile also to my son with down syndrome. And another surprise from Crowne Plaza came in after breakfast when the gave me a very nice picture frame with my picture on it taken while I was blowing my birthday candle.
It was a truly amazing staycation. Definitely highly commendable staff and management. Thank you Crowne Plaza Galleria for making my birthday memorable.

Location is strategic but challenging to reach if you are coming from NAIA because of traffic.

Room was clean and spacious. Was a bit surprised to find that there is no water being served in the lobby. The staff were professional.

One of the oldest hotel in Manila but up till now, the place seems to look okay. Super duper friendly staff, very accommodating. They already know what you need, before you can ask for some assistance. Seems they can read your mind. They are very much willing to help! Super nice people who are always willing to help. We had our event there for one week and everything was so smooth because of their staff. Aaaaah. Couldn't truly express how grateful we were because of them. My partner and I were really busy that we couldn't even eat and then the head of the crew told us that they can prepare a plated food for us if we want to. We didn't asked for it but our hearts were truly moved for the care they had shown us. The next day, they prepared our food already, unfortunately when I saw the plate, it's the food that I dont eat. I felt bad not to eat the food so I just accepted and ate it but it seemed that he noticed so he asked if the food was okay. I told him the truth then he said, he would find something else for me. Also, we had been requesting for things to put here and there, requesting them to send this to this floor and that floor but we did not see any complaints on their faces. These are just the few of the nice things they did. Seems that they love their job. I know this is IHG but it's really beyond my expectation. Just so so so so nice!

A nice hotel and good venue for seminars, convention, wedding receptions etc. Food served is really good.

Not a bad hotel. Room is spacious although the decor is quite old fashioned and TV doesn t have many channel options. The best part for me is the breakfast buffet many options from local and western food.

The function halls were elegant but ill rate 0 star for their comfort room. Frequency of cleaning is not enough since everytime i use it, its really really dirty and has off odor.

Service and food is very good but the place needs renovation. And the parking slot stinks

The rooms lobby and actually the entire hotel needs some serious refurbishment. The rooms are old.. The sofa leather is peeling off, the shower water does not drain and accumulates and overflow.. There is not even a bath mat! The toilet looks old and very used and outdated.
Thankfully the beds are still OK.
But you should seriously consider a major makeover for the price you are charging. I been to major hotels in Manila and this is by far one of the worst room I seen. The location is however quite good and have access to robinsons galleria

The staff were great! Everyone had smiles on their faces, they re courteous and we felt at home. We went there to have an early celebration of my birthday. They didn t disappoint.

So well treated with specially prepared vegan salad soba, healthy juice, fresh salads, fruits and miso soup. The service staff really pay attention to details. Thanks to Jess, Cheff Ivan, Jessie, Ann and the Team where I don't know their names who served me and my wife.
