You must suffer long hours of traffic to reach the place.

They re multi-function halls seems very busy, that means it s good for business destination
It s an old hotel and needs some refurbishment so don t expect too much
Maybe good for the budget travelers.

Pros: superb hotel. checked in is always fast. Love going back here over and over again.

Cons: traffic at times could be bottle neck, the corner wherein cars and other vehicles need to turned and the traffic on the other side moving to Edsa, well.... there is nothing much to say about Manila's traffic condition.

My employer use their facilities for our events. Its a good place, and they have a good food.

Service is great and efficient. The breakfast buffet was awesome too. I enjoyed their cheese and omelette. As an IHG member, staffs were accommodating and allow us for an early check in. Though one thing that I'm a bit disappointed was their wifi on their rooms. It's very slow. Watching streaming videos buffers. Happy New Year! Hope to you have good deals on long weekends for IHG members.

It's a very elegant place, great for seminars and workshops.

A very nice and very beautiful place to stay. The staff are very friendly and accomodating providing me with the directions around the place. It. Had a nice and one of the best fyrnished hotel room i ever been (i checked into their more economy room but even so this economy room still surpass the suite rooms of most hotels). Their restaurants too are pretty mice and a there are a lot to choose from within the hotel. There s free and fast Wi-Fi in this place for every guest which i appreciate a lot. For those looking forward to shopping the nearby robinson galleria is connected to this place via indoor hallway. Sure enough this place truly live up to its status as a 5 star international hotel.

very clean and friendly. nice gym and its connected to a mall. wifi was fast and reliable and the food buffet was enormous, plentiful and delicious.

Had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. We enjoyed & took advantage of being connected to The Robinson's Mall & walking distance to The Forum & Mega Mall. It's a little farther from the happening places like BGC & Makati but what's Manila without traffic anyway?

Frontdesk clerk doesnt know what is city view is. They dont have their own spa salon, they share it with the other hotel. Outdated rooms. VERY DISAPPOINTED WONT REFER TO FRIENDS.

It's a little run down. Staff are great and it was well positioned for me. Main downside is the security. It has multiple access points being attached to a large mall and a (3 star) sister hotel. It also held multiple conventions a day and the elevators have no card security mechanism. So once inside, anyone is free to wander about. Having said that, the restaurant is very good and breakfast buffet very nice with a great selection of local and Western foods.

Great hotel. Rooms are large, amenities are good. Service is very good, and breakfast is amazing if you want to see a spread from entire Asia in one place.

Four star hotel that is directly connected to Robinson Galleria Mall and so have really good access to food and shopping. The hotel is located in the business district of Ortigas and so it is pretty safe outside. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are slightly above average in size but the design is starting to look old. I think a renovation effort won't be too far in the future.

A clean hotel, one of the best things in it: Internet and breakfast morning and also there is a complex next to it can be accessed during the working hours directly without leaving the hotel. No smoking rooms

Rooms and hallways need renovation. Wearing is already evident.

Ample parking space with free parking for guests. Kind staff. Great location. Toilet was leaking which caused minor flooding in the comfort room. Place is a bit dated. Room temperature control is erratic. Lots of cracks in the comfort room and stains in the carpet. Mattress is mediocre and not comfortable. There was no chair in my room. I called front desk to inquire if there was really no chair. She said there should be and will send 1. After 30 mins of waiting, i followed up and another staff answered. Apparently I was waiting for nothing so needed to request again for a chair and a bathrobe. After another 10 mins, i was given a bathrobe.... So i need to request again for the 3rd time before I was provided with a chair. Chair was not in good condition but I'm just so happy to finally have a chair to go with the desk since its already 12 midnight and I still have work to do. (initial review - 1st 4 hrs of 4 days)

Nice hotel. Clean and spacious.
It's perfect for huge events such as weddings. The location is also good as it is near EDSA and is within the Ortigas Business District.

The Club Lounge is a good place to hang out, with its very own selection of food and certain exclusive amenities. The Club Lounge also has a conference room which you can use for meetings. The rooms are a bit cramped but the beds are comfortable.

Its located at the heart of Ortigas. Accessible to transpo and near the malls.

The guard outside main entrance rummages thru ALL your groceries and once he sees beer he asks for your name & room number in clear hearing distance of many strangers. What an alarming scene as this area is always crowded with a lot of people attending functions (or pretending to be so) . I did not give mine and instead told front desk tge question shud be asked at their counters NOT outside of the crowded entrance

A bit old hotel with really disappointing gum facility. Certainly need to speed up on the renovation.

Well, honestly, I have been here just to do an event, so I intended to put on 3 stars. But it doesn't mean that their service was wrecked. It was actually pretty above average especially when staffs are concerned about the people (remembering the time we have a loose wire guard) and also, they respond fast especially with some of your request. So, far, my experience was okay.

It's one of the best hotel to stay in the Metro especially if you're into buffets and steaks.

Ample parking space. Accessble to/from the mall. Good place to hold conventions.

A small hotel that doubles as a residential as a residential condominium. Attached to a mall and is near a business district.

A great place to Staycation, and since it's attached to Robinsons Galleria, you can stay at the hotel and visit the mall without ever stepping on the road outside! Very convenient.

This hotel is strategically located in the heart of Manila and connected to a great mall. You can also walk to the Mega Mall within walking distance. The gym is also a mini Gold's gym and is great for a real workout. The only downside I would say is the renovation. It is a bit outdated but still very nice. Oh the buffet breakfast and lunch is beyond amazing!
