Im very Impressed! This was my first trip to the phillipinese. The room was clean, food was good and mostly the hospitality of the staff was fantastic. I want to give a big thank you to all of you at crowne plaza for making my 2 week stay so pleasant. Thank you again

Love the buffet in the 7 Corners, usually celebrating some occasions like New Year but for this time, it's the college graduation of my son. We were offered vouchers before hand, saving us a thousand from the usual price per head. A good deal for fine dining !

You will totally experience 5-star customer service from the doorstep!

Attended an occasion here recently, was disappointed with the service. The place was understaffed but were very helpful and accomodating.

The pool area is very average and not inviting at all,, not enough shade and no bar area, and also shared with another hotel and is not big enough to cater for both hotel guests.

A best place to stay with. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. Amenities are very good. When you have a chance to visit philippines specially the Ortigas Business Center its a very good accomodation away from home.

Nice comfortable rooms. Big welcome Lobby. Good room service. Location at the heart of metro manila. Nice healthy, big variety breakfast.

Rooms were spacious. Big and comfortable beds with fluffy pillows... Good buffet breakfast..

The food they prepared for our Christmas Party was not as good as it used to be at the venue, yet the tables and chairs, the staffs, and the staff were not well served, leaving behind the beers they were supposed to hate. table

A good city hotel. Service is good and the rooms were spacious. The only down side is that my room smelled strongly of old carpet and needed shampooing. But they have this spa-scent ready for spraying for a good sleep.

Cheap and nothing special..seems old property. Dull rooms.. needs pest control as very common to see small cockroaches in room..
Its on a crossing which is always very busy.. so usually spend like 10 mins just for entry and exist from hotel.
Limited indian veg and non veg menu which is not too bad..

Room is great, location is great, but traffic around here is very buzy and jam.

Good thing that the place is accessible to the mall. You can shop, dine and have your staycation at once.

The facilities are not bad. They are a bit old. The lady at the front desk is a bit disappointing. They are not fully aware of events happening at their place. They will ask you to go to the 4th floor to check it yourself.

Room we got which is de luxe is very good. There is a pool area, gym, and spa. Bar ia also there. Rates are reasonable

Rooms and facilities are dated but still comfy. Club lounge food and beverages quality and variety gradually becoming a letdown. Been back here with the many times over there, I hope they bounce back and not lose their great touch, service and good qual thru the years. Good thing staff and service are still great.

The place is nice. Attended a yearly convention here for 3 successive years already.
Food was good, but that was dependent on the budget. Convention rooms are big and spacious.

The place is nice and has a good ambiance. From the inside you can easily access Robinsons Galleria for shopping or eating.
