The hotel is well located, however is quite outdated. On top of that they signed me up for their IHG membership stuff without even asking and now i get all their spam. Their email unsubscribe doesn't work so be careful not to provide your real email address.

Excellent service, pristine rooms, loved the Buffet breakfast food and service.

The hotel is at a very convenient place, close to Skycity. But it is not very new.

Great location for parking and very competitive early bird rates.

RE Crowne Plaza's Conference Venue: The location is handy, the premise classy, morning and afternoon teas were served on time, there was good seating and optimal room temperature, all in all a high-end, comfortable venue favoured by Tech stars and other rising companies in keeping with their business image and promotions.

Hotel is quite large and mall is attached underground. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

Service was excellent and the facility was really nice. The street to the main entrance was under construction in preparation for the America Cup. Walk 102 Street over parallel to it and you avoid all the mess.

Fabulous, gorgeous, clean, with wonderful food and service. New Zealand hotels tend to be great, but this is the best I have ever stayed at in the country. If you ever have reason to be in Auckland, stay here. Location is convenient to major attractions, including the Sky Tower, and mass transit is just a quick walk away.

All the crown Plaza hotels are remarkably consistent in quality and service. It's a safe bet when your travelling that it will always be a good experience staying there.

Excellent business hotel. Amenities first class. Nice big in room table to work on with fast free wi-fi. Outstanding customer service.

I came to Auckland to attend some business meetings and stayed in Crowne Plaza. Room size is quite big and clean. Surprise was that i got 2 queen size bed in my room. The room service was also nice, food was good and delicious. Hotel have good accessibility to resturants and pubs. I will sirely recommended this to my friends.

Location is central to Auckland CBD. Room was spacious with good amenities and generous desk space. Some parts not as clean as other hotels.

Queues at Reception the only fault on an overnight stay.

The property is OK, the location is OK... But they overcharge. Despite the reservation confirmation clearly says "for 3 people" and "final price", I've been explained that the third person comes at $65 on top of that "final" price. And charged acvordingly. No, will not stay again. Disputing the charge and complaining about questionable business practices.

I went to an event that was held here and it was just amazing. It was so good that I don't think many of us could afford to go there. 10/10

Awesome hotel in the heart of the city ! the hotel is on top of a small mall and a huge food court in case the hotel food is too expensive for you. within walking distance to just about everything in downtown Auckland.

Really nice ball rooms, wouldn't suggest if you have a LARGE (200+) group of people as it gets cramped easily. Otherwise the atmosphere and protection provided is amazing.

Samantha at reception was simply outstanding! I've stayed here 3 times now and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Thanks for the complimentary bubbly, my wife was over the moon and decided to leave the toilet paper upon departure.

Held a wedding here in the ball rooms. Very very happy with the service. Amazing staff who were very kind and the venue was done up exactly how we wanted. A massive thank you to the event planner Ehshian Teo, who did a amazing job putting it all together. Would definitely recommend

Nice Clean Rooms. Pretty good service. One of the best hotels in town. Nice cozy bars and restaurant inside. In the middle of the city. Sky tower is right next door and market is on 1st floor. There is a huge foodcourt available too under the hotel.

Very disappointed on their internet and WiFi connection infrastructure. Duty managers were made aware of the case earlier on during our stay and until check out on 2nd Jul - there was no improvement. The router given as alternative didn t work either. My expectation was there should have been an experienced IT staff on duty and on call to physically check and address until resolution (and still to keep on monitoring until stable) and not just rely on concierge staffs and Helpdesk calls.

I have been trying to work during the stay, and very inconvenient and not time efficient! I am a frequent traveler and stay in different hotels in different cities/countries. I ve never encountered similar bad and slow connection in known and reputable hotels similar to Crowne Plaza in Aucland.

Can t help to compare also as currently staying in a an IHG hotel in Roturua and connection is so much faster compared to Crowne Plaza.

Not recommending Crowne Plaza especially if you re on business trip relying on connectivity. Crowne Plaza should address this as soon as possible.

I ll start with the only bad thing I can say about the hotel: I wish the parking was consistently the weekend rate and that it didn t change, and that it was a private lot/garage. Beyond that I was very impressed with the hotel. I m not usually a fan of staying in a city center, but the location is amazing. You can walk anywhere, there s tons of shops and food options. The rooms are some of the best I ve ever seen in a Crowne Plaza. The bathrooms were great. The staff was wonderful. The wifi was phenomenal. This may sound a bit snobby, but it was also some of the best pampering I ve ever received as a Spire Elite member. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and plan on returning on my next trip to Auckland.

Really clean, wonderful place to stay. Got room service and then after an hour i got a call to see how I rated the meal and was it all ok?! The sleep spray they leave in the room on the bed is magical!

It's a very normal business hotel. It would be pretty hard to get a harbour view, most of the rooms look out onto roads.
Well situated in the centre of the CBD though, and just over the road from the SkyCity conference centre so great for that.

Right in the middle of the city. Enjoyed meals at the hotel. Great visit.

Superb hotel. Centrally located. In heart of the city.

This hotel is well situated in Auckland but the hotel does need some TLC. Rooms need refreshing, lifts are slow and noisy.
We had to call housekeeping a couple of times during a recent stay due to things not being replenished, such as milk, and soaps.
Why have two double beds when only having a maximum of 3 per room? I don't mind paying for more than two per room but having to have another room because there is 4 guests is wrong.

I stayed in Crowne Plaza Auckland for 2 nights. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Auckland with easy access to CBD, Sky Tower and Viaduct Tower. The room was clean, very friendly & helpful front desk. A good choice for tourists who have limited time for city sightseeing.

Was visiting a friend.. Was very nice setting.. Lovely staff. Very attentive.
