Breakfast serve good and location convenience for city walk

close to the city center the rooms are spacious and comfortable

I m really impressed overall. It has great front desk service....(thanks Samantha ) and other staff including service staff were all friendly and helpful. The little bathroom extras are beyond the norm such as shaving kit ,toothbrushes etc.
Great large gym. Location .... fantastic.
Negatives... beds are a little too soft and only sometimes when noisy outside, you hear about it.

Very nice main room with new TV good bed. Nice views from the rooms, very friendly staff. Fast wifi. Breakfast very good and recommended. Bathroom would need an update though. Still 5 stars in my opinion!

Luxury hotel in downtown Auckland, many rooms, good value for money, shopping and eating downstairs, the sky tower can be seen, leaving a weekend night market, young people's favorite, go to the pier, go to art The center can look at it, there is a parking lot, the parking card allows the front desk to pay for free time, no more than 24 hours free. It is very important to note that there is a right-to-turn sign on the opposite lane of the small traffic light at the entrance. It is possible to pass the small traffic light at the door and turn right into the lobby door. The current road renovation is also closed, so it can only be entered in the side lane of the hotel. The hotel, be sure to pay attention, you can go around it.

Yesterday I attended a workshop here and many years ago, had two school balls here.

The conference room was comfortably warm and despite the initial two side screens having issues (according to the speaker), everything seemed pretty good. It was a full-day conference (9am - 7:15) so I'm also glad the chairs were comfortable!

Bathrooms were nearby, and were clean. As we had a big group, there was a bit of a queue during breaks but it wasn't too bad as they had plenty of cubicles.

I also love how you can access Elliot Street shops so if lunch wasn't included, it was easy enough to pop out.

I remember the food was okay at the ball (not fabulous like our leavers' dinner at Cheltenham) but still good. Probably because I felt like the potatoes were undercooked? But it's been many years now and this may have changed.

Finally, I'd also like to mention the Yantai Crowne Plaza - stayed there for a night and enjoyed it thoroughly! Very yummy buffet dinner too, especially as I missed Western-style food.

Amazing location, super helpful and friendly front desk and concierge staff. Room size - spacious given the location, that is city center. Breakfast is fantabulous, wide spread for vegans, vegetarians and non vegetarians. Super markets, Queens street, and a lot of shopping right around the hotel as well as below the hotel. Right across is the Sky Tower and casino just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Very Pleasant stayed....love our room.... friendly staff and tasty meals....will be back for sure....

Convenient and clean. Doesn't quite have that special touch needed to make it really memorable though, just your standard inner city corporate hotel.

I preferred this over the Skycity Grand. I found it less pretentious and overall at a somewhat more reasonable price. Nice breakfast buffet, does not change entries much. Nice rooms, nice staff.

Nice and comfortable place to stay. The hotel is located in the centre of the city close to Auckland sky tower. Convenience store is at a walkable distance from the hotel. The breakfast spread is also very good. Maybe the hotel is very popular, that was why the hotel was very crowded. But still since the restaurant was a huge one, anybody who walks in could find place to sit.

Was here for 2 nights on business. Would have been nice to know what happens for breakfast. Room big and spacious but could hear a bit of noise from the bungee jump ride outside- window soundproofing could be improved. Some roadworks outside at the moment, but love the driveway with Taxis ready to go when I am.
