My family has been working with Jeff McGrath at Crown for about 25 years, and recently I contacted him for the purchase of my own home. I can not think of a single way that our experience could have been better. Jeff worked tirelessly for us day and night, answering all of our crazy questions and calming our first-time-buyer nervousness. We felt so protected and in such good hands with him. Excited to be another lifelong customer in the family!

My experience with Crown Mortgage was exceptional. I was with another company for at least 2-21/2 months. providing them with whatever information they asked. I was able to upload all the documents needed for my loan approval through their secure portal avoiding the hassle and time delay of mailing paper documents. Within 24 hours Jeff responded to all my questions throughout the entire mortgage process from the sale of my prior residence through the closing on the new home. He was even present at the closing to ensure all accounts were properly funded. Jeff s flexibility and responsiveness relieved much of the stress from the home buying process. Also, knowing that my loan will stay with Crown and that it will not be sold to another bank is a lasting comfort.

Well, this "big bank" had so many internal issues that the delays went from days to weeks (despite my high credit score >820 and the home appraising without an issue).
