Jeff Coole worked with me when I applied for a mortgage 2 years ago, and just now to refinance the same home. He was very patient with my endless questions, and responded to all my emails very quickly. In all honesty I didn't even shop around for the refinance, I just reached out to Jeff, that's how comfortable I am with him. He doesn't play any games, he always made me feel that he has everything under total control, I just really felt "safe" having him handle things. I highly recommend him!

I was interviewed there by two staff members, one of the interviewers was extremely unprofessional and insulting. Both interviewers seemed to be looking at my resume for the first time. I could see why they needed another company to simply look at a resume and book an interview, they seem to have an incompetent staff.

Jeff Coole has been fantastic to work with. Last year we contacted him when going through a less than smooth mortgage process with our builder's mortgage company. Rather than try to steal the business he advised that it was in our best interest to stick with the current lender because of the incentives we'd have to pay back. A year later we refinanced with him and it was an absolutely pain free process at a great rate for a huge savings. Crown Mortgage was great! As a first time home buyer, having someone as knowledgeable as this staff eliminated a lot of stress. My loan officer, Dan Conwell, was amazing at answering my questions promptly. They were able to give me a commitment letter in the same day that I applied for the loan as I had just gone under contract. The closing process was easy!!! I heard that lender closings take at least 2 hours to complete. My closing was 1 hour because crown mortgage, along with my attorney and other party, worked efficiently before closing to ensure a smooth closing process.

Dan Conwell is the best of the best at Crown. His deals are done fast and he's very efficient. He helped me decrease my interest rate by 1%+ and got me on a 15 year mortgage instead of a 30 ... my payment increase was less than $100! Everyone is refinancing right now, you'd think that would slow them down. NOPE! Not Crown, not Jeff Coole! One email to Jeff and by the end of the day I had all my docs submitted and loan started. A few days later my loan analyst Rachelle Lindsay provided me with my Approval letter and set my closing date. Within a month my refinance was closed and I couldn't be happier! Everything was completed remote/digitally except for the final closing, and with that I was in and out of the title company's office in 30 mins. Great rates! LOW fees! Great People!

Nick Golob is the most professional, knowledgable, patient, empathetic, and organized individual that I had the luck and pleasure to have worked on my mother's mortgage. Stay clear of this mortgage company- they are way behind in time, they do not offer any type of online services, you can not check your statements or pay your mortgage online, if for some reason your payment gets lost in the mail you get hit with a $50.00 fine. I've never been late for a mortgage payment 12yrs of owning a home and this company tacked on a $50.00 late fee because my check was lost in the mail, I had to request this fee to be waived and email the President of the company and he was completely rude and unhelpful and refused to waive the fee. worst experience ever I will be refinance to a new company.
