I used Crown for my mortgage on my current home. I have used different lenders in the past prior to working with Crown. Crown, however, is now the only lender I will work with in the future. First off, Crown s rates and fees were very reasonable. More specifically, Katie J. was my mortgage agent at Crown, and she was very professional and always willing to answer all my questions. She also responded in a very timely fashion. Purchasing a home is stressful, so being able to work with someone who is available and willing to communicate effectively throughout the process is priceless. Moreover, I was going through a divorce at the time of my home purchase...so the transaction was a bit more difficult than normal. But Crown and Katie worked with me throughout the entire process. They made a difficult time for me, easier. All in all...I will only work with Katie and Crown moving forward. I d also refer them without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a home.
