I was referred to Nick by a close family friend and I couldn't be more happy about the entire process from start to finish with him. It was quite an unpleasant process for me to find someone to work with since I already have a mortgage through another bank, nobody would give me a loan without a co-signer. In one day, I got approved for a 30 year fixed conventional loan. Nick is so patient, timely, resourceful, diligent, kind and professional. I really trust this guy, he gets answers for me and works very hard, I am so grateful that my loan is in his hands.
