I worked with Nick after I had applied for a mortgage with my long time lending institution who had indicated that the process would be quick and issue free. Well, this "big bank" had so many internal issues that the delays went from days to weeks (despite my high credit score >820 and the home appraising without an issue). My realtor recommended Nick and I called him immediately. He instantly reviewed my situation and committed to getting a response to me quickly - contingent upon me getting all my paperwork to him promptly. I did so and amazingly he had an approval within 3 days and I closed on time. Nick even showed up to the closing!
