Crown Mortgage Company is above and beyond the best mortgage provider ever. Before we purchased our home, we shopped for loan with many lenders and non of them were able to provide what Crown did, the lowest rate, the best customer service, the smoothest loan approval and the smoothest closing. Two years after the purchase, Katie Jeretina assisted us with further needs as to our loan and made sure that process was smooth and successful. We highly recommend Crown ! Crown is the best!!!!

Just plain terrible! I had a mortgage with these people for two years. Their 10-day closing process was completely botched. It took 3 months. The incompetent loan officer would say something while underwriter and company president says another completely different statement.

Mike Allen basically admitted to me that he drove to my home and peeped through my window to see if any construction was going on in my property. These renovations had nothing to do with their mortgage as I funded it all out of my pocket.

To make matters worse, he hangs on to my $15k repair escrow expecting me to pay workers out-of-pocket before getting MY OWN money back. He finally released it after my attorney started threatening them with major lawsuits.

This was our first home and they basically treated us like criminals even though my wife and I had 790+ credit. We eventually dug into our savings and paid off the remaining $76k balance. I am very disappointed with Mike Allen and his team of bullies for making our home buying experience a living hell.

I would not recommend Crown to my worst enemy. Just go to a reputable organization. Patronize them at your own risk!

Dan Conwell did a very nice job servicing my new mortgage. He didn't have to "sell" me - I've been a member of Crown's family since 1992. I love their service and I especially love talking to a REAL person every time I call!

Dan Conwell was extremely helpful and got us approved for our new home when time was of essence. We had great communication during the whole process making sure everything was in order. A day longer and we wouldn't of gotten our house. Highly recommended!

To keep it simple, Nick Golob....AMAZING! Professional, prompt, highly informed and intelligent, excellent people skills, very flexible. I heard from Crown through a co-worker and he raved about Nick. I gave Nick a call and leaned into it slowly as this is a big decision. I could not be more happier or satisfied with Nick Golob and Crown Mortgage. There are a lot of posers out there nowadays and I can attest 100% this company and Nick are truly legit, honest, and wonderful to work with. I give them my highest recommendation for what it's worth, and I don't trust others easily for those of you like me.
