When every other bank was giving me a sky rocket interest rate, Dan came in and made my experience as a first time home buyer exceptional. He went above and beyond in making sure my questions were answered and he even took extra time with me when I came in to the office to take a look at different rates for my soon to be home. A year later, I reach out to Dan and ask him about refinancing and in a few days, he lets me know my loan is approved to be refinanced ( keep in mind I did not have the best credit either) and the process is as smooth as possible. Please ask for Dan Conwell when you call because I feel like people are not aware of this guy and he truly is a wonderful person to work with.
