I was PROMISED a refund of 74.05, just received two refunds of 33.64 & 32.91 totaling 66.55

I WILL NEVER SHOP CROCS AGAIN.

one pair of shoes was defective but they charged a return fee.



These guys are on NOT ready for online shoppers, stick with retail stores where you can see the product and try it on.

I have a pair of crocs I really like, but the eyelet that attaches the strap to the shoe broke. The shoes have plenty of years left on them, but Croc does not have any way of sending me a replacement piece so they essentially told me to buy a new pair. How wasteful and consumerist of them! It s a shame, but after 10 years of wearing crocs, I can t support a company that is so wasteful and outsourced all their manufacturing. Love my CO based companies, but this one is not living up to it.

Don't pay attention to detail anymore. Corporate must have gotten involved & said "use cheaper material & less of it. Also fire all the good shoe designers." Just hard, uncomfortable clogs now. Crocs needs to dig up their original mission statement & compare it to the product they're selling today.
The old Off-road has a much thicker base. New one literally looks like a knock-off ;0(

Customer service on the telephone and chat takes about 30-40 minutes. Customer service centers are in Ukraine, Romania or some other Eastern European country. They do nothing to help, supervisors are never available and they will tell you they have to end conversations because "it's going in circles and have to 'help' other customers"!!!!!
Basically, they provide no customer service and don't fulfill orders until after a week or more, if you're lucky. Shame on you Crocs for outsourcing CS instead of keeping it in Colorado or another US state.

Crocs has a very poor Customer service; on hold, both Live Chat and phone for over an hour. . .Won't (don't have)replacement 4 broken ankle straps. . .And they don't care! 'Can we help you with a new pair?". . .Poor experience with this company. . .And I will tell everyone I see wearing a pair what a "Croc" they are!!

On 12/ 26 /19 The worst customer service experience ever. Your whole staff at Gloucester Premium Outlets in New Jersey needs to be replaced starting with Annamarie a disrespectful, change tossing teenager that waits for the opportunity for someone that she has a grudge with to patronize your store and act it out in a place of business
during work hours, and on your dime. And also the other staff members stand and sit around and watch the shenanigans that she's performing as if it's some kind of side show. Managers did nothing but watched as well and offered discount without an apology. I hope this dosen't fall on deaf ears.

Recently, so far, very bad experience. I ve been purchasing Crocs shoes since they were available, different sizes, different styles, and different colors. I ve been buying them for my whole family for years, since about 2003-2004.The quality of their products has deteriorated, as well as the customer service. No longer want to deal with Crocs anymore.

No answer at corporate. Spent more than 14 hours, in 10 attempts, in 8 days to reach Croc at customer service They send 3 of 9 shoes and charged me for all 9 pair.Their own records show they didn't send the rest without reason but TOOK MY MONEY. I have filed a complaint with PayPal, BBB and the police next for theft of funds. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will still your money and never answer the phone.

The lady in back of me said" I love your sandals". I said Crocs; I showed her the fine features and comfort of the flip flops. She loved the massage bumps and especially the back heal protector. She was excited to go home and order them. I told her they were on sale..........Yeah.

I ordered my daughter a pair of sandals May 30th 2020 from Crocs the package never arrived I called in June 21st 2020 and the agent issued a refund and I advised I would receive it in 3-5 business days. I called in June 29th and was told it was still processing, I called in July 6th and the representative answered the phone with a simple hello, (made me think I dialed the wrong number rep was very rude). Called back and was told it was going to be sent to the fincincal department and that there was no management on duty at this point I feel as though I've been scammed and I will NEVER shop Crocs again and will advise my friends and family to do the same

I hate leaving a negative review for a business but I genuinely attempted to work with the customer service 800 number and also call the corporate office direct with zero results. I placed an online order 9 days ago and order is still in "processing". I attempted to work with the customer service department to get an update to when the product would be out of "processing" and it would go to shipping but I was told processing takes 5 business days. When I asked via chat service why it was still in processing after 7 business days no answer was given, I asked a second time and the chat was cut off by Croc's customer service agent. I was just attempting to cancel the order so I could order the same product from a retailer that would give me a delivery date since it was a gift but there was absolutely no customer service. Croc's are great products but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst customer service ever. If i ever get what i ordered ill b surprised and will never order from them again!!! Noone ever aswers the chat pt phones. Emails said i hope you got your order??? No. thats why i was emaiing. This company obviously dont care... Going on two months trying to get help

Quality of their products has deteriorated, and I see others here have had a similar experience with the company's creative use of scamming people out of money. I spent $100 on shoes, online. ALL were wrong size (3 pairs). So, I returned all of them on the very same day. Of the $98 paid, I received a $45 refund. I lost the rest, and they refuse to respond.

I do not recommend buy from crocs store, It's more safer buy from online with order history.
I had horrible return experience today at Jersey garden outlet mall crocs store. I wanted return one shoes but Extremely rude store manager gave me ridiculous hard time. I bought 3 pair with 2 buy 1 free sale promo at this crocs store and returned 2 pairs yesterday and tried return 1 today. but I guess my return receipt from yesterday was something wrong, Store manager could quick call to employee who handled my return yesterday but he just made me stand there and didn't process return and keep said same thing that this receipt is confusing him and It doesn't show I returned two pairs yesterday. so I told him I returned 2 pairs yesterday and that's the receipt I got from employee. so call employee or check the store video if there is problem. but he refused with bad ton and responded extremely rude. It was ridiculous situation. Store made mistake and customer had to go through this. I can't believe he can be store manager. I will contact to crocs about this. I want crocs company knows about this bad manager. store has camera , please check store video how he talk to customer and his attitude.
