Crocs has a very poor Customer service; on hold, both Live Chat and phone for over an hour. . .Won't (don't have)replacement 4 broken ankle straps. . .And they don't care! 'Can we help you with a new pair?". . .Poor experience with this company. . .And I will tell everyone I see wearing a pair what a "Croc" they are!!
