I love this unfortunately expensive jewelry! But if I buy jewelry, then Thomas Sabo.

There is simply no way to get information within acceptable times. I e.g. do not receive invoices with my purchases. After a very long wait, I finally get an invoice. But I need all my bills .... and now I get back this standard answer with the info that it takes up to 10 working days !!!!!! And that took it !!!! 10 working days !!!!!! NOT acceptable in the marketing and product !!!!!!

Wait for over 15 days for my money a return. For the quality of expensive jewelry and then on the money he enriches customers because allegedly due to changes late payment is to take place. Never again and fingers away !!

Ordered a necklace as a gift in the online shop. The order was confirmed, but I still haven't received a shipping confirmation one week after the order confirmation. Upon my (!) Request, I was informed of the following: "Due to an internal system change, there were unfortunately increased inventory differences and several orders could not be served. [...]" That was it with the birthday present ... was consoled me with a 10% discount on my next order - embarrassing! Mistakes happen, no question. Would I have received any information without asking? Transparency should be the minimum measure of good customer service, unfortunately this is not the case here! To date, my short, factual complaint via email has also not been responded to ...

Not very big shop and no real outlet. There were very few products ever reduced.

Not even worth a star, my chain had been sent for repair just like my girlfriend. It has been replaced with a completely new chain. Mine is broken again, the trailer has disappeared & I can't even get it replaced

Top processing in a complaint (a stone had loosened in the ring) - great service - very friendly advice and quick replacement. Always come back with pleasure and always go home with a pretty package.

Wait for over 20 days for repayment of returned goods. The hotline is never reachable, nobody calls back. In the case of email inquiries, reference is made to at least 10-day feedback. What kind of a "global company" that deals with customers and enriches their customers. Actually a star still too much !!

Nice shop, great selection, very clean, friendly staff and you will definitely find something for his love. The way is worth it.
