CloudFlare exposed my server's IP address to the world, and all my files got deleted. They didn't care, because I had a free plan. Months later, I upgraded a plan to a paid one, and I immediately had issues. The support team was disrespectful, and I requested a refund the same day as the plan was purchased. They're refusing to give me a refund. Now the support team blocked me from creating tickets.

A crackin' reverse proxy! Can't complain about their free service! For those who keep saying that they got stuff installed on their sites from Cloudflare, they clearly don't understand what Cloudflare does. It is NOT a hosting provider.

One of the most rudest customer service reps ever. They never help. By law they are required to forward any complaints to the hosting provider since they mask it. They NEVER do it nor release that information and if you insist, they ignore you. Horrible company; Illegal way of doing business. I really hope someone will soon sue them for that.

CloudFlare's services are mediocre at best; I ran benchmarks on their free service and got no noticeable improvement.
They help thousands of cyber-criminals, content pirates, and terrorists hide their operations from investigators.
Their CAPTCHA is perhaps the most annoying thing ever for Tor users (for when I want to investigate a site but not [a] give them my IP address or [b] get nasty stuff in my browser cache); even Google's CAPTCHA has recently gotten tamer on Tor.

Awesome company for the following reasons:

Awesome company for the following reasons:
1.) Patience (done tested those grounds already a few times)
2.) Answers (they have an awesome help community)
3.) Features (solved a 3+ year problem I was having with the press of a button).
4.) Offer a ridiculously fun free plan.
5.) If hosting your own site I can see no good reason to not change your registrar to cloudflare (so I did and as a result my exposure went up something like 38% by leaving google !). Not sure if they're related but google has suspended me something like 7 times and even at this very moment have reported by site as suspended due to the ethereal "quality issues" clause....oh yeah, cloudflare, it's the bomb! *as long as you don't piss google god off.
And finally (no seriously) I've read through the reviews of cloudflare on google and can't help but to wonder how many of these same gripers are even paying anything for cloudflare in the first place. One ought not gripe about something you didn't have any reciprocity in. *opinion.

About CloudFlare, Inc.

Cloudflare, Inc. is a leading internet performance and security company that helps to make the internet work the way it should. The company offers a range of services including CDN, DNS, DDoS protection and security to help businesses improve their online presence and protect against cyber threats.

Founded in 2009 by Matthew Prince, Lee Holloway, and Michelle Zatlyn, Cloudflare has quickly become one of the most trusted names in internet security. The company's mission is to help build a better internet by providing businesses with the tools they need to deliver fast and secure online experiences for their customers.

One of Cloudflare's most popular services is its Content Delivery Network (CDN), which helps businesses speed up their websites by caching content on servers located around the world. This means that when someone visits a website hosted on Cloudflare's network, they will be served content from the server closest to them - resulting in faster load times and improved user experience.

In addition to its CDN service, Cloudflare also offers DNS (Domain Name System) management tools that allow businesses to manage their domain names more efficiently. With Cloudflare's DNS service, businesses can easily update DNS records without having to wait for changes to propagate across multiple servers - saving time and reducing downtime.

Another key offering from Cloudflare is its DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) protection service. This service helps protect websites from cyber attacks by detecting malicious traffic patterns and blocking them before they can cause any damage. With DDoS attacks becoming increasingly common in today's digital landscape, having robust protection like this is essential for any business looking to stay safe online.

Finally, Cloudflare also provides advanced security features such as SSL/TLS encryption and firewall protection - helping businesses keep their data safe from prying eyes. With these features in place, companies can rest assured that their sensitive information will remain secure at all times.

Overall, if you're looking for a reliable partner who can help you improve your website performance while keeping it safe from cyber threats - look no further than Cloudflare Inc! Their range of services are designed specifically with business needs in mind so you can focus on what matters most: growing your business!
