Crimson Resort & Spa Review

I used the form party on Saturdays and it was so much fun. The guest at Azurba also had an unlimited number of seafood and fruit main courses including drinks, liquor and wine at 2200 pesos. However, I had to buy a more delicious mango smoothie aside. I was sorry. It is possible to make reservations and make a good reservation ^ ^ Infiniti Pool is a little narrow!

Awesome place. We spent 21 days there and it was just perfect. I'd do it again.

Visited crimson while we were staying at another hotel, would stay here next time we are in Cebu! Great service from staff and food was great too. Great atmosphere and outdoor bar!

Loved the place, but the food is on the expensive side. I wouldn't mind that in the USA or Europe, but in the Philippines? The dinner buffet has seemingly lot of choices but both times we went there most of the food choices were the same. Deserts are lacking too. Breakfast buffet is OK, deserts a bit lacking and one has to ask for the fresh mango, it is not freely offered. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would certainly consider staying there again but get a rental car next time so we can eat out and see more of Cebu.

The crimson are so good and perfect for vacation. The beach, main pool and kids pool it so pecfect. The most interesting in the crimson is the daily activity from the gym and also the Crimzone. Thanks also to the IT who gaves a good service and also for the wifi.

We stayed here for our wedding night! It was a wonderful stay with an awesome room! We had the Villa it was very spacious and in a good location! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and seemed to genuinely care.

3rd hostel in Mactan.
Although not a very large hostel,
The resort is very peaceful and beautiful in nature. So the staff are friendly

Our room is clean and nice. We like the food in the restaurant all the staffs are very helpful. We enjoy the foam party at the infinity pool. We had fun.

As most people here mentioned, this resort is awesome and the service is superb. Beach is beautiful (be sure to have proper footwear for the ocean). Many activities you can do.

However 2 minor things, which could be improved and have been mentioned by others here too, are the slow or almost none existing Internet in some areas, especially the beach. (wifi connection/signal is great though) I guess the resort is using a 2.4 ghz wifi router which makes the Internet extremely slow as soon as there are too many devices connected. Therefore I would suggest a 5ghz router.
The second thing is the slow check-in. It seems like if you book from other sites than the resort homepage, reservation confirmation takes pretty long. Never experienced this at other hotels yet.

However this resort deserves 5 stars. Great time and always again!

: Coming into Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan, I was looking to have a peaceful and tranquil getaway from the busyness of the 'new normal'. The four days and four nights I spent in the resort was very relaxing (although I had a terrible headache on Day 3 -- not their fault, of course) and the food was delectable. The spa was also quite serene and very clean. An over all awesome experience.

The staff are so friendly and you don't have to find it first. My heart is so warm with kindness !! I had 3 days and 2 nights and had 3 days of no boring schedule! The food and the environment are all so good.

My sister and I came to this resort for relaxation. And this place gave it to us. We did go scuba diving and parasailing. Every time I come to visit the Philippines it's always an adventure. To get to this resort was definitely an adventure.

I've been recommended this place to all my people.

I work for my aunt, who is an events coordintor. About two years ago, we held a wedding reception there. Before the guests arrived (from the church), there was only one man setting up the cocktail tables. Unfortunately, none of us were able to help since we had other things to prepare. The manager/events coordinator of Crimson was there, and we asked him to help the man, or at least call other people to help him. He said something like, "That's his job, not mine. If he'll have to o it alone, fine." Honestly, that disappointed my aunt to the point where he said that he didn't want to hold wedding receptions there. (But she still did, because a bride chose to stay there).

It was nice to be able to relax at a nice hotel.
However, the response to payment is not satisfactory. The primary response was made after contacting customer support, but it has been left for four days and no response has been received.

Crimson is the best place in mactan. I really love their saturday bubble-pool party. I couldnt explain how good, fun, exciting it is.....
beach is nice and there are many fishes it makes me mervous though, I really love it.
Crimzon for kids also goood. Swimmimg pool and their facilities also really nice to play... also they have many books in there :)

Wonderful place with equally wonderful staff... food needs improvement though

The staff were kind and nice, but the food and the facilities were not 100% satisfactory but not bad .. I had to check out at dawn and I could not have breakfast and I could have breakfastbox with mealbox.

I check-in at Crimson resort cebu June 13 to 14 one day only. My family enjoy staying specially the crimzone for kids so many things to do specially for kids! Amazing stay. I will recommend it to my friends. Kudos!

Stayed here for a 5-day work conference recently, even though I live across the bridges in Cebu.
Overall, this is an excellent place--organized, well-designed, and for the most part, smoothly run.
The colonial design of the lobby, the beach bar, and the pool especially stand out.
Since most things are good, I'll just focus on what could be improved. The main dining room can get very crowded in the morning, no matter the time. They appear to be understaffed for running a smooth breakfast service. You may have to wait a while to be seated, and then when you finally are seated, someone may swipe your table when you're out collecting food. It can also be hard to get a waiter to deliver you coffee, but they're super quick to remove your plates, even if you're not finished.
I was given a room with 2 beds, even though I requested one large bed. This is a common issue in the Philippines, but still, this is a luxury resort and it shouldn't be a problem getting a large bed when you book 2 months in advance.
They offer free shuttles into the city, but only for shopping/sightseeing (you can't bring a small suitcase with you). I think this policy should be changed. It's an expensive resort and they should be willing to shuttle you with or without bags.
People have commented on issues with the location: it's essentially a sprawling, isolated resort on a walled-off compound. So there's not too much around it. But just outside the walls, you get a picture of what life is really like here.

The gym facility was very nice it almost have all the gym equipments, if you don't like crowded places then I recommend you to this place because you can find peace and solemnity here. There are sets of activities for adults and also to kids with the great facilitators LIZA and MARKIE they really thought me well during my 3 nights stay with my girlfriend , we tried aqua aerobics which is done during morning and afternoon also they have this training activity at the gym like abs on fire, basic step aerobics and so many more. Crimson really is a great place to stay where in you can still take good care of your own healthy life style just like me, I'm gymbud person and I really like it that Crimson hotel also provides this kind of stuffs here a big thumbs up to this facility, I will surely go back here.

This resort was amazing! Beautiful beach, beautiful pool, and warm staff!! I used day-use and I really had a wonderful time. I spent most of my time beside the beautiful sea and enjoyed fresh juice. Every staff members were so nice and kind they let us feed fish too! I had an amazing time. Thank you very much:)

Worst hotel experience. They don't know basic communication. Staff are not friendly at all. We ask for a few basic request and nobody understood it. Definitely NOT worth THE TIME OR MONEY. there are plenty of other resorts and hotel to consider when in Cebu

The three-stage swimming pool is a popular crimson resort.
The inside of the pool villa is large and the service is fine. There is also a room inside where you have to move to a golf car.
