Great resort, except two points. 1. Gym far too small and matches getting old. 2. The food is too expensive (and I'm comparing this to Be Grand and Hennan in Bohol)

We liked that! It was a quiet hotel and we slept great! The continental breakfast was also very good.

The resort had private cabin type. To international standards I will probably rate it as 4 star rather then 5. However in terms of value for money is excellent

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, it has great facilities (cozy and very clean rooms) and the most kind and helpful staff. Its great for families and people who seek relaxation, we stayed almost one week, everything was perfect (room service, delicious food and great spa).

This place is very awesome, one of my most pleasant stays in Cebu was when i went to Crimson, Mactan with my friends. I would definitely come back to this resort! Great amenities! Food is good, staff is very accommodating. Was satisfied with the service.

We were smoothly and professionally handled by the staff. Pools and beach are so nice. Easy access to restaurants. Fitness center is convenient thanks to the instructors for making it such fun.

Very friendly staffs everywhere . Service of the staffs was really 5 star. A hotel for family. They offer activities for kids and adults so you will really have a good time upon staying here.

One of the best hotel I have ever been to, it is very clean, I arrived there with a little wound in my knee, before checking in the reception staff took me immediately to the hotel clinic, the nurse took care of me. Then checked in very smoothly to the room, the staff is the most friendliest staff I have ever experienced, always smiling and greeting and super helpful in everything, in the restaurant the service is beyond perfection, the staff served me before I even say what would I need and always keeping and eye on me if I ever needed anything and always making sure that I would be served the perfect way possible. I have never experienced such a clean, cosy, comfortable, and professional service. I have no doubt that if I ever visited Lapu Lapu this hotel will be my 1st choice.

Payment was worth it! I definitely want to go back here

I gave this hotel one star for the nice facility, however the beauty of this place is being overshadowed by the rudeness and blatant disrespectful attitude of the staff.

I came to this hotel hoping to find relaxing time with my family, but everything started to go south upon arrival at this hotel. I will not bother to mention all my negative experience from this hotel because there are too many! The staff of this hotel lack of customer service training! Lack of respect! Does not know how to say excuse me and it seems like they only choose which customer they want to serve well (foreign guest). So to my friends and family, please save your time and money and go to a different hotel where you will be treated with respect!

I think the price is quite reasonable among the five star hotels on Mactan Island. The service is also quite comfortable. The pool and the beach are small.

The facilities are very nice and amazing. The rooms are very spaciouse and also the staffs are very friendly. They have sanitizers everywhere to prevent the virus very nice.

We are from the US and were in Cebu to visit family. We wanted to go to a top resort for a nice experience and briong the family. Hotel was beautiful, beach was great but the food got us as sick as dogs. I was in the Philippines for 3 weeks and had no problem with food or water till we went to this high end hotel. 5 hours later all of us that ate the shrimp and calamari got sick. We had already sent the mussels back without eating them because they smelt bad. We should of known then not to eat the food. So stay at the hotel but don't eat the food!

The place is amazing. Wonderful staff. Very relaxing ambiance and the food is great. We also love to sit and chill by the beach because it's very cozy and nice.

My stay at the crimson has been amazing. Me and my partner are both vegan and the head chef made time to come and speak to us about making seperate food for the breakfast buffet. The service is outstanding and they have a beautiful location too. Highly recommend! Charlie was very helpful too

I had a great time. It was only 2 nights for 2 people, but I was satisfied with the pool and the sea alone, and I was very satisfied with the delicious lunch and the dinner at a very good location.
3 nights might be just right to relax. It might be crazy to spend more than that.

The crimzone area is so nice mostly the daily activity for kids and adult. I like the pool and beach.

We had an Awesome stay! Worth the price. Staffs are friendly and they accomodate almost all our needs. Recomendable resort.

one of the few better resorts around mactan areas. great staffs, good service and a great place if you like to get away from all the noises; its located quite far from the main roads and rooms are quite a distance from the main lobby and pools.
Rooms are good; had one with the bath area larger than the sleeping part.the 'tiny' private beach is a let-down but well compensated with the resort's pool.

Celebrated my 40th in this resort. A bit far from the city as it is located in Mactan. There were bumps around the check in process but Ms Aizel Sacno & Ms Aida has humbled themselves to apologise and clear some confusions, the waitress and waiters in the food & beverages are polite and nice. I got a free cake and a happy birthday song from the staff at the end. Thanks Crimson Hotel.

I came there with my daugther we went to the crimzone play area she enjoyed it so much and the staffs there were very playful also they have a fast internet. You'll never get bored here.

I had the chance to go to this hotel at Mactan Island in Cebu. I must say I was surprised that this hotel feels like home to me. The staff were really courteous and accommodating. The beach front is better than the other hotels I've been to in the area - even better than that of Shangri-La Mactan.

The price is something that we might need to save up for but definitely worth it when we talk about the ambiance, the amenities and customer service that you will get from the staff and crew. The parking area is also spacious.

CONS:
Not accessible to public transport except taxis
A bit pricey but hey this is a 5 star beach hotel

Overall - It is worth my visit at least once in a while to relax, enjoy and get a tan.

Easy to get to hotel and had a "distressed" rate due to weather.. That was a great first impression to help grumpy travelers forced to stop our journey. We had a wonderful stay as I noticed all the staff were very hospitable. Great FREE breakfast, and huge suite..loved that the room... Will be back for a nice vacation later!

Very nice high end hotel with a beautiful design for function and look. However they poorly communicate what their sports bar offers.

All conditions as a resort are complete. It is a cottage-type single-family home with a small private pool, but I think that it is not used because it faces a large pool and the sea. The staff is also polite and polite. You can easily arrange for a transfer to a nearby commercial facility.

Everything in crimson is perfect.

Would rate 5 stars if it wasn't sooooo crowded. At first look, it seemed like a public korean resort. But the world class service made up for it, really. Still made our vacation worth the travel, and didn't regret choosing it among all the other resorts in the area.

We spent most of the time in Crimzone, which is a playground for kids. My kids, six and one, loved the place. They enjoyed the pool, activities and the playground. The staffs are friendly!

Very nice place to stay with your family. They have a huge play area called crimzone which my kids really like.

The place has an amazing ambiance, from the infinity pool to the minor interior design details. When you enter the place, it's like you're entering a spa retreat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's a place you can definitely get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food at Saffron Cafe was excellent, coupled with the stylish ambiance and gourmet cooking. We really had a good time staying at Crimson. We will definitely be back.

One of the best hotels in Cebu, one of the best hotels in Cebu, has a luxury resort atmosphere in a poisonous setting with a cream zone pool for kids and an infinity pool secluded garden for adults.

The hotel is very nice very good. Very wonderful. Staff also good.
