First time in Optimum beauty since before lockdown. Totally professional and made to feel comfortable and completely at ease. Had a manicure and pedicure by Sadie absolutely perfect. Lovely to feel normal again!! Will definitely be going beck soon. I highly recommend any treatment here. The best beauty salon and staff in St ives in my opinion.

Over the last few years I have have HD Brows, LVL lashes, Shellac manicures and pedicures, massages, facials, hair removal and spray tans done here, all to a very high standard and by different therapists. All the therapists are experienced, very friendly and put the customer s experience and needs first.
Had a pedicure today with Alison, lovely to get my feet pampered! Always friendly and professional and I felt very safe. Great to see Optimum Beauty open again!

I had a face and body treatment here last week which was amazing. The staff are very accommodating, making room for me to breastfeed my son before my treatment which saved me a lot of stress.

Fantastic massage, excellent service, however far too much noise throughout the treatment. Load music played but did not hide the noise from other clients and staff.

A lovely salon, all the girls are very friendly and professional, there's always a warm welcome. I have had the Face & Body Sensation Massage several times, it leaves you feeling so relaxed . I also have regularly a manicure & Shellac . I can certainly recommend this salon.
