My kids like crimzone so much also the pool. We did snorkeling it was a good weather to swim at the beach you can see wonderful fishes. We had trouble on the wifi in our room glad the guy from IT fix it immediately, thank you for the help.

We stayed at Crimson over the new year, and had a great experience. The resort grounds, pools, buildings, and rooms are very clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet has a very good selection of food, and the restaurants and bars on the property have very good food. The new years eve dinner, entertainment, and fireworks show were top notch; massive buffet selection of food, and an open bar. Check-in and check-out was very easy, and the shuttle service to the airport was very helpful. We would definitely recommend Crimson to anyone looking to stay in the Cebu/Mactan area!

Been there last week with my Family and can't help my self comment here in reviews. We're from Manila and we are looking for a suitable place to relax their in Cebu. Good thing I have a friend and she introduces me this place. The place are so much to be delighted. Good ambiance, nice people and staffs, good food and everything you'd be wishing for a vacation are in packaged here. So, I am recommending this place to all travelers, Families, Barkada's and those who are stressed and heartbroken's to visit and choose this place to stay. Promise, it will be all worth it :) <3

My five stars is regarding your server at enye, Rishiel. She is the best server you have in enye and note we stayed here for two days and ate there frequently. She is the most attentive, and she does great service without being asked. The others are not that great. They don t dish out right away only when called.. and one male server even got our order wrong.. but with Rishiel, (I had to ask for her name so I could review her outstanding service skills) was the best, all the servers should be like her. She is the quickest, and her skills are the best. Dining with her around made it great.

So wonderful in crimson becuase of the good view and the good service . And the pool is so very clean . And the signal is so greet and wifi connection is faster than bullet.

We used for day use. The facilities were beautiful and the service was perfect and I was very satisfied! The umbrellas by the pool were first-come, first-served at around 10 o'clock, but there was still a place to sit down on the beach and I spent some time there. There were a lot of fish. I heard that lunch was a buffet, but it was a type of lunch ordered from the menu. Lunch is included in the day use fee, and you can order as much as you like, but it takes time to complete the dishes, so it is better to order early. The locker room was also beautiful, and the shower room was equipped with shampoo and body soap. There is no conditioner, so if you are worried, you should bring it.

The ambiance was great. The staff were very hospitable and accomodating. The rooms were clean. My stay was very comfortable. Great value for money.

Everyone at Crimson was extremely courteous and exceeded our expectations. Staff were extremely attentive, friendly with high standards of professionalism. Rock Bar is a place for sure to visit here.

And the serving size of traditional Philippino food in room service is big.

Service is good, pool is really nice, food is good. Bit inundated by people obsessed with taking selfies of themselves.

It is about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport on Cebu Island. If you go straight from the entrance, the beautiful scenery of the sea beyond the pool will enhance the resort feeling. I visited at the end of December, but the temperature was 30 degrees and the humidity was not so high, so I was able to spend a comfortable, comfortable and relaxing time. Breakfast was buffet and had many kinds of drinks and food. Personally, the smoothie was very good. Recommended for dinner is a Spanish restaurant on the second floor. Ahijo, squid ink and lobster paella were very delicious. Kids menu and Japanese menu are also prepared, so I was relieved. Thank you for a good time.

There is also a children's pool and a pool for adults to enjoy. There is also a gym. As room from room is near from pool, it is good even if we take a rest slowly in room when we are tired. There is a shuttle bus to the city, so there is no inconvenience.

A resort that is good for families. A child friendly resort. Clean rooms and pools.

Had a problem and the manager handled everything so well! I know all places have issues from time to time but they really made me feel important. Love this place.

Wonderful beach resort with a feeling of paradise. I can't find one thing to complain about our stay here. Everything was top notch and the service was impeccable. That 18 hour flight to the Philippines is worth it just for this resort.

lots of mosquito in the room. it is quite a walk to different places in the resort, while there are free transport, but there is a wait time which becomes longer when there are more peoplr. Also one shares the same pathway with the golf carts.

Crimson has a nice view a beautiful and relaxing place to stay in away from busy life. Staffs are very accommodating and kind. We enjoyed the Beach and pool, very nice. We plan to come back again.

Service was top notch. Sandy white beach and lots of water activities being offered. I really like the room where I stayed, particularly loved the bathroom's designs. They have lots of security staff patrolling the area. Buggy transportation available almost 24 hrs.

The restaurants are delicious everywhere and the New Year party is a wonderful year-end for enjoying the huge fireworks @ live at the seaside. It's a hotel you definitely want to visit again

There is a scenic cafe. I think it is the best resort in Cebu.

**Background:

My wife & I just got married last December 5, 2020. We planned to have our Honeymoon out of town. But COVID came into picture so we had to plan for a simple yet memorable honeymoon within Cebu. We decided to book a regular deluxe room at Crimson. Little did we know that the cousin of my wife is an employee there, to her generosity, she upgraded our reservation to Deluxe Garden. We could've booked a Villa but I'm a lil' stingy with money so you get the idea.

**Resort & Room Review:

It was our first time in Crimson, we were amazed by the architectural design and strategical placement of the resort. After presenting some identification and filling out the health declaration forms, we rode a golf cart going to our designated room. The room is neat and pretty spacious, with a decent size bath tub.

**Friendly Staffs:

The first night was really a surprised. We were invited by the staff at Crimson Resort to their Christmas Lighting ceremony. Luckily, we wore clothes that are within their Red and White dress code policy. It was attended by the Mayor of Lapu-Lapu and other VIPs. We had to cancel our dinner plans in Azure because the dishes that were being served were really good.

**Food Review:

The portion sizes of the dishes at Azure are really for sharing. I'll be honest, the food ain't cheap but the quality is top dog. My favorite was the Seared Tuna and the Pad Thai.

Because its raining we just stay and play at crimzone with my kids. They really like crimzone and stafs are attentive.

We are having a good time with my family. My kids love crimzone and pool area. We enjoyed snorkeling at the beach. All the staffs are very friendly.

Used in day use. Locker room at 2600 pesos, all-you-can-drink in the buffet, all-you-can-eat, pool and beach are all available.
Personally, it was the slowest place on Cebu Island.
If you go to the beach offshore, you will see some fish in snorkeling.
Transparency is normal but enjoyable as a 5-star hotel beach.
From how to make the pool to how to show the beach, making it like an overseas resort, it is the best to enjoy the luxury hotel seen in the magazine by day use reasonable!
The buffet is a style where you can choose seafood and bake it.
Moreover, it is OK to eat many times while the restaurant is doing.
There is also plenty of all-you-can-drink beer, cocktails, wine and sparklings.
Good to be able to experience the king for 5,000 yen a day!
I want to go here again!

The amenities and service is great. The only down side is the rather rough sand. There are lots of other beaches in the Cebu with better quality sand but not as good service as Crimson.

If the sand is what you're after and don't mind the lack of service then you should go somewhere else. In Crimson, you're paying for the service and amenities (Php2,500.00 with lunch buffet for day use 9AM-6PM only). There are weekday promos though.

Beach is closed at 5:30PM for safety.

Everthing was good. The whole place, food and service.

The room is big especially the bathroom. The food, every morning i ate a delicious breakfast buffet in their restaurant. The Pork Mechado, Pork Caldereta, and Pork Menudo is #1, and eat it together rice. And you can see nice big fishes even your near the shore.

Good choice of being here. Pool is nice. Crimzone is best for my kids. Staff are friendly. Thank you crimson!

Seldom do you find such "quality care" as we experienced at this Comfort. We truly made the right choice for our mini-conference. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Management and staff definitely went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay for us. And the hot breakfast was one you seldom find in hotels (even restaurants) with great variety. We loved the quiet location which was easy to get to and plenty of eating establishments in the immediate area. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel......a home away from home!!! Outstanding resort with beautiful beach and pool. What i love the most are the activities provided by the resort, a list of activities for a day. We will recommend this resort.

The staff are very friendly and the rooms and swimming pools etc are very good. However, I was really disappointed when certain areas weren't accessible (such as the majority of the beach and the bar with the pool tables in the evening) due to a wedding/party, and so this ruined some of our plans. There was some compensation offered, but the amount of time we wasted discussing the situation with the staff made it really late (around midnight when we were tired), so we never really used it which was unfortunate. But generally it was a nice stay, but if we would have known about a party occurring during our stay, we would have changed dates because of this happening. I just dont think its fair that because of a party the other guests are impacted. Crimson should really make sure that everyone receives the same service, regardless of if there are parties etc otherwise those guests are losing out (and it's meant to be a 5 star hotel, so prices are quite high). Really impressed with how friendly the staff are though. Best service we have received from any hotel!

A great place to get away to. An elegant spa place, swimming pools and a beachfront. Great selection of restaurants with a balance of native cuisine and international servings. Rooms are clean and large. Facilities are complete. Staff service is personal, and friendly.

Overall I would say it was adequate. The friendly and helpful staff really help to cover the shortcomings. First, the room insulation is bad and I could hear people talking at any time. In the morning, it was the housekeeping or some people talking outside the room. At times I could hear next door guests talking clearly. Could not take an afternoon nap because of that. Moving to restaurant, overall food quality is really low. Either very salty or too oily. Those that are acceptable just barely passed the mark. This is one of the most disappointing aspect of this hotel. But people is always the most important and that saved my stay there. But I know almost all Filipinos are always friendly and helpful.
