Very Good staff, very good food, very good check-in.

It's a family friendly resort perfect for small kids, with daily activities to keep your entertained.

First I will say I found the surroundings pleasant and the pool area was inviting. Excellent internet speed. Cool sport activities. Their pool is clean. The staff there are friendly and approachable.

This is a famous resort in Mactan, Cebu.
The cost of overnight accommodation is high, but everything is possible within the resort, and it is a popular place for Koreans.

Many Koreans visit this place enough to describe it as Mactan-gun in Cebu City.

Room condition is good.
The bed is very cozy and comfortable.
It is recommended to prepare toiletries in advance or to purchase them at a local mart upon arrival.
It may not be enough because 2 large towels and small bottled water are prepared per day.
When visiting Southeast Asia, if you brush your teeth with regular water, you can change the water, so it is recommended that you purchase cheap mineral water in a spare amount and use it for brushing.

The swimming pool is open until 9pm and is well maintained.
The gym is small, but there is a trainer so you can take care of it.
There is a dedicated beach, safety personnel are resident, and you can safely snorkel by dividing areas with buoys.

There is also a pool for children, and there are various programs for small children, so it is good for families visiting.

You can order food and beverages around the pool and enjoy them comfortably.
There is an infirmary on the 1st basement floor where you can buy emergency medicine.
Breakfast is also varied and tasty.

All of the staff are friendly, and there is a Korean manager, which is good for handling urgent work.
I am very satisfied, and I plan to visit again with my parents next time.

p.s The power of the dryer is weak, so it is recommended to bring a separate dryer.
There are few electric pots, so it is recommended to bring a power strip.
There are 2 USE ports on the back of the bed lamp and next to the TV
There is one 220v power port.

A memories to remember always. We have an amazing stay here in crimson mactan. Room is clean and facilities are nice.

Stay away from this hotel!!! Very very disappointing experiance. Our expectection from Crimson were very high, but they did not deliver at all! Although he hotel looks very nice, everything is over priced, the beach is tiny and full of rocks, the location is bad and the food is terrible! They have 3 restaurants, but non of them deserve to be in a 5 stars hotel. Not only that, but my wife airpods has been stolen from our room and after investigation the hotel management decided Not to compensate us, although its clearly the staff. This was extremely upsetting and there is no way we will visit a Crimson hotel in the future!!!

Enjoyed the night atmosphere and view of Azure Beach Club. Food and beverage are fantastic.

We visited with family and stayed at poolside villa.
The atmosphere of the whole facility was very good and the staff were all polite and helpful.
The villa guests responded quickly to check-in and check-out.
Also, breakfast was available at the Spanish restaurant ENYE, the side dishes were buffet, and the main was a prefix style that could be chosen, the variety was very rich and delicious.
You can also have evening cocktails every day, and the concierge offers various arrangements for your stay.
I did not see any Japanese staff, but the concierge and other staff members spoke very well in English, and there was no problem communicating in English.
I was very pleased with the friendly staff who spoke slowly to my daughter who had just started learning English.
There are many hotels in Cebu, but I would definitely stay here again.

We made reservations for their Day Use promo which included free use of beach, pool, gym and luch buffet at Saffron.
My daughter spent the whole day at the pool and she had fun. The staff were also very nice .
One thing they could improve on would be the food selection at their buffet. The pork and chicken satay were tough to eat.

The crimson are so far but when you already there, its so beautiful and peaceful. I cant emaginate our room are so clean super nice

Beautiful resort with very courteous staff. Room was ok, I had a garden villa, but the facilities and services were great. Many daily activities for guests are available, with timetable delivered to your doorstep every morning (in a cute coconut shell). On one Saturday there was a soap party in the pool. Snorkeling gear is provided for free to swim in resort's beach filled with fish that would eat breadcrumb out of your hands. Shuttle service to Cebu city and big malls runs several times a day, requires booking 30 minutes in advance so find out the running time.
Curiously, for some reason vast majority of guests were Koreans, I'd guess 90% during my stay. Not necessarily a bad thing, but skews the service to a very Korean-centric audience with plenty of kimchi stuffs at buffet.

Very poor services offered to Filipinos. I think they prefer foreign costumers. Pool is greasy.

I want to make a comment regarding my posh membership. I've been a member for 2 years now. At first i didnt want to renew it but your agent Charmaine told me that if i renew i will also get 15 free dinners for two person. I was like wow thats a good deal but i just found out recently when i called Crimson that she lied. I still have her text messages if you want to see it. I was decieved by your agent!!!

You can enjoy snorkeling because the beach of the hotel is highly transparent and the rest of the breakfast bread is in the bucket and the fish come to it.

It is a 5-star hotel peculiar to overseas, so you can spend it without any complaints. For those who want to spend a relaxing time at the hotel.

It has a very private beach where the guests csn enjoy many water activities. Room is very spacious and clean. My room overlooking green lush garden.
Hotel has a well equipped gym, restaurants, spa and a kid house. This resort is big and they have buggies to fetch the guests to and fro main building.

This hotel and the quality of service and the amenities caused us to choose Comfort Suites hotels for the rest of our trip. The staff were friendly and the food at the breakfast was terrific. The room was beautiful and well-equipped. This was a great hotel at a great price.

It is not a state-of-the-art building, but if you are traveling with a child, you can take a swim and relax in the kids' room by using Kids Zone. I have a repeat visit.

From welcome to goodbye the staff provided us with the ultimate luxury resort experience. Our room was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious, the amenities were great and the outdoor areas are so beautiful. Will definitely be staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the resort and the overl activities in store for the guests. We stayed for 2 nights and we regret not being able to stay a lot longer. We totally appreciate the crimzone activities for the kids as we manage to enjoy a few hours as a couple. The food is superb on all the restaurants plus the staff is very accommodating yet not to overwhelming. The price is good value for money on the higher end. Only thing i would suggest is to have a better lighting on the bathroom for putting on make up. But overall we are very satisfied and would definitely stay here again whenever we visit the Philippines.

Beautiful infinity pool, excellent affordable restaurants, polite caring staff, clean rooms. Located on Mactan Island around 1hr 30min drive from Cebu City

The hotel staff is just excellent. Always a big smile in the face and greeting the guests. Makes you feel home and comfy. Bar/restaurant at the sea invites you to enjoy a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. Pool is very clean and good temperatured. Room and adjacent bathroom was spacious. The resort itself is very well maintained. We enjoyed a wonderful time!

Well worth it for a stay-in vacation experience. Place is new and fully operational. It has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Its a bit far from major road and public access, but they do have a regular shuttle to the shopping malls.

The level of service is outstanding. We were picked up at the airport quickly and arrive at the hotel to be warmly greeted. Checkin was thorough and informative. We decided on the ocean front villa and this was the best idea. Great view and the private pool was a definite bonus. The resort amenities were great. The bar and restaurants were consistent and pretty good. We are definitely returning again.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was very nice experience with Crimson. The staffs are friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious, the bath tub was nice and the view was amazing.
Tried the aum spa for head and shoulder massage and wish the treatment can be longer.

The food was good and have variety of vegetarian food since they don't have halal options. But the vegetarian menu was satisfying.

Definitely will come back again.

We would like to commend this place. We enjoyed very much. Private and relaxing. The speed of WiFi is amazing got to continue work during the vacation. We will for sure come and stay there again.

I am staying at Ocean Private Pool Villas. In fact, I do not think there are very few pool villas in Cebu, Philippines. The staff are friendly. I can eat food ... but it is good to have a rest ... but compared with the villas in Phuket or Bali ... I do not have a sigh ... and the price is not cheap ... If you can afford it,

The beach and main poll area is very small, not many beds and if you wake up after 9 it is challenging to find a spot. Also the beach sand is not soft and you need shoes to get into the water. The location is not great either, far from the city and the airport. Not much to do around. Nice for a night but gets really bowering for longer stay (I stayed 4, what was I thinking). The rooms are a bit old and some things are a bit broken but they are big and the garden villas are beautiful. I had only 1 international charging socket and no USB socket, if you have more then one device you need to bring adapter. For 5 stars resort it is just not enough. Breakfast was good, a lot of selection and everything I tried was yum. Was exactly the same every day. The sunset at the beach bar is really nice. Also happy hour is exactly at sunset time, you definitely don t want to miss it. Activities from the hotel and spa is very expansive, but again you are bored. For 3 hours island hoping they wanted 4000 pesos not include food. I booked a full day trip with food in 2000. Oslob tour was 17000 in the hotel. The staff in the hotel is very nice but were not very helpful. I couldn t get recommendations where to to eat or what to do other then what the hotel offers. Next time will try shangila, every taxi driver in the island told me they are the best hotel in the island.

I used it on Saturday, and I enjoyed the Saturday-only bubble party! I want to go again because there are many fish in the sea and shallow water!

Great atmosphere but I have to give a thumbs up to Mikey, Crimson s fitness instructor (gym and aqua fit). He made me feel at home. As a world marathoner and fitness fanatic, I appreciate the tips and encouragement provided during my quick stay at Crimson, Cebu Philippines.

I'm a walk in guest and I can say that crimson is really nice. The staffs are very kind they welcome every guest with a warm smile on their faces. I really enjoyed it there specialky my kids thanks crimson

A lot of facilities, great breakfasts. Interesting approach to rooms layout that looks more like a tiny fairytale town, rather than big hotel building. At first it's easy to lose your way around, but eventually you get used to it. Bathroom is spacious and even luxurious a bit. Totally loved it.

The resort is pretty beautiful and it have great pool and beach view. The delax room (610) have bad noise isolation my wife and I could hear every thing from the room next to us. The shower has rust stains and a very weak water flow. My summery is that the value for money is not worth it.

The place is quite like heaven. It's clean, well maintained, the staff is very polite and always offers help. I traveled with the family of 4 with an infant and we couldn't wish for any better vacation spot. There's a good choice of food as well from two restaurants and in-room 24h service.

Children can play in the kids swimming pool, while parents can go to the bigger one. You can get food served at the pool or the beach as well.

Luxury 5 star hotel. Every room is it's own mini bungalow stylized house. Two big pools, beach front, restaurants, water sports, spa and relaxation. Lots of kids too!
