Crimson Resort & Spa Review

It is a warm staff.
I was in poor health, but there was a 24-hour resident nurse who also gave me an ice pillow.
We also have an event on Saturday and you can listen to dj music and live music at the poolside bar.

I was just disappointed
There is a fireworks event today.
I had a notice paper in front of my room, so I went to the restaurant at night and visited the staff from what time, but there was no fireworks today. It is said that there are fireworks only at the end of the year, and after returning to the room only eating normally, it was heard that the fireworks were launched. I think I could at least appreciate if there was a description of the start time on the notice form.

I loved staying for three families.
It was great to swim by the sea in the main pool, and I had a little fun at the foam party and then teased the baby in the cream zone pool.
I asked if my husband was happy again. It was so good in many ways ^^

I love this place. One of the nicest resort in Mactan. Big swimming pool, nice beach. Room is very nice and clean. If you are tired after all the activities during the day, bath tub is there to make you relax. Try the spa right on the pool side if bath tub didn't help. One more thing that I like about this resort is they have a very nice food.

I stayed there for three nights and I could really say that the facilities were all great and wonderful the staffs are all kind and hospitable. All in all I have a great experience here in Crimson

I've heard some good things before I actually stayed in the resort so I already have some expectations. The rooms were okay. Pool is okay for the kids and adults although I thought it looked bigger in the pictures. Azure bar is too expensive compared to the size of their food and drinks. As for the Saffron Cafe, I had dinner with my family and they 'mistakenly' added 2 drinks that we never ordered in our bill. We had it corrected but it took them quite awhile to correct. Food is quite expensive but nothing too grand. As for the breakfast in the same restaurant, it was good with a variety to choose from. Breads were really good. Although they really need to fix their brewed coffee.

A peaceful and beautiful place but It often makes it uncomfortable.

My family really enjoyed the daypass tour in crimzone they really also have a fast internet connection that in ables us to post pics fast. Very nice crimson

Beautiful place. My son started getting a bit teary eyed when we had to leave. It was a great weekend with the staff there! Wish we could go back soon!

Good place to spend your vacation. Many things to do, or you just watch time go by at the pool or beach.

Stay was good. Excellent facilities especially when it comes to cleanliness and the service of the staff. Beach was small but clean. So many fishes to enjoy. Rooms were clean and delicious foods.

Crimson is very nice. Kind staffs and well trained. We like the food, beach and crimzone. We had a very good stay.

The swimming pool is really clean and the staff is very friendly. It's hard to swim because the ocean has lots of reefs in front. The pool view is so pretty instead. It was so nice to get up early for a walk and go to the bar for dinner. The only thing left behind in Cebu is the Palmale Resort. The location is a bit ambiguous, so I can't walk out and I have to pick up or take a taxi.

Place is very quiet and relaxing. The pool is very clean. There are many plants and its far away from the hustle of the city. We will definitely be back here.

More activities in crimson, the staff are so friendly and they have beautiful swimming pool and beach view. They have also kids zone or crimzone for baby's.

all is good except sa ila beach. Food is great, and the bar outside is really cool at night.

Booked a cart for an hour before departure and reminded the operators for five times, but the cart never came. Operators attitude are bad.
Only the facilities are good.

I went there at the end of October, but there wasn't much time when the grass was quite large.
There are a lot of fish on the artificial beach, so even if you don't have to go on a hopping tour, you're satisfied.

Wonderful villas , spacious bathroom with tv , large TV's in the master bedroom and living room, comfy bed and soft linens , cozy deep blue private pool and deck. Azure Cafe and Bar has outstanding pizzas, garlic and cheese naan bread , excellent chicken tandoori and huge tomahawk steaks ! Enye Spanish Bistro tempting selections of original tapas n extensive wine selections. My daughter loved playing at Crimzone , jet ski , banana boating , foam pool party ! The staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming .

I love the entrance not grand but very cozy and welcoming.

Beautiful and modern resort with excellent breakfast. We were upgraded and got a pool villa which is fantastic! Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. You have plenty of options to spend beautiful and relaxing days on Mactan Island, Cebu. They offer board games, billiard tables, a great gym and jogging trail. Several restaurants to choose from and bars. It can get crowded at the beach or the pool side and sometimes it is a bit loud due to the other guests.

Very classy hotel, very caring staff.
Huge varied continental breakfast and quality meals. we were able to enjoy the two large swimming pools and the private beach with lots of fish to see a few meters from the shore ...

I had a relaxing week at crimson. Their staff always smile and greets you. I like the amenities that they offer. Crimson is one of the best resort that I've stayed here in Cebu!

It is a beautiful resort in Cebu. The cleaning is good and the staff is kind.
The private beach was small but there were a lot of fish.
The daytime is beautiful, but the night bar also had a beautiful lighting.
It seems that events etc. have been happening occasionally.
The swimming pool for children and the playground are also plentiful, so I think you can also enjoy the close-up of your children.

Abt food, I can t eat anymore here, maybe cause of food culture.

It is fun and memorabe to stay here. Everything is perfect, from facilities to staff. Pools are clean. Beach is small but so many fish we enjoyed to feed. Crimzone play area has a lot of activities for kids to enjoy. Rooms are cosy and clean. Foods in the buffet is amazing. Our entire stay is truly a five star. Thanks crimson.

Staff were excellent, food was also very good. Swimming pool very nice, although not as big as I thought from the pictures. However they have two big pools and the sea so still great in the end. Room is nice, gym is clean and small. Beach bar is relaxing and beautiful at night. I only have one complaint: not enough Filipino food. During the breakfast buffet I saw lots of kimchi, pancakes, eggs, Korean foods, all delicious but still sad that I can try more Korean food on holiday than Filipino. Sure they had one or two very typical dishes like pancit but I'm disappointed. I left the hotel and ate at rosewils BBQ 10 minutes away and they had more variety in this highway side restaurant than a 5 star hotel with 3 restaurants. Where's the fried bananas, the Mango floats, sisig, crispy pata, lechon kawali? All the best of Philippines replaced my Korean food....

My favorite resort in Mactan. Everything top-notch. Stayed 3 nights. Rooms are very good, beachfront infinity pool is amazing (especially at night), Azure resto bar is awesome and the entire staff are friendly and helpful.

What made this hotel stand out more was the staff. They were helpful and polite. The hotel was very clean, bed was in good size and comfortable. Rooms are well cleaned. Very lovely place.

-I stayed there because there were so many recommended reviews, but I wasn't very happy while staying, whether I lost my original intention because it went well.
-Looking at the reviews, it is good to go with an infant, but the satisfaction level is very low.
-Overall, work is slow. When getting out of the car in front of the lobby, the staff has to clean up the car quickly, but the work was late, so I waited too long for the car to get on.
-The facilities of the infinity pool are quite good, but it is because of the vacation season in August. There are so many people that there are no chairs and the use of the swimming pool is inconvenient. Pom Party was okay.
-It was very uncomfortable because the beach club recommended that I come in the middle of eating and do more. I also recommend it, so I have more dessert even though I am full.
-Not recommended unless the resort location is so stupid that it may be stuck in the resort.
-If you go back to Cebu, there is no intention to reuse.

Nice place to stay. Beach is kind of small thanks to the coast type (Rocky), food is good, breakfast should change daily though. Big kids play area, kids pool, playground, animators. A lot of visitors from korea. Yet you pay for the quality. Personnel is very friendly.

Its great atmosphere. However, the beach front is kind of small. If you are really fond of beach swimming, so then this is not a right place for you because the beach during low tide is far and rocky also. In addition, it is bit far from the main road. Its kind of isolated. Foods are great. Customer Service is fine.

The view in the beach was very fascinating but my kids mostly enjoyed their time at crimzone they had fun with the activities. I can really say that the dayuse was worth the price.

The pool, rooms and environment are well maintained and clean.
The rooms vary in size, and in the evenings you can enjoy mango juice and beer in the outdoor restaurant.
There is a free shuttle bus between resort and Cebu city where to SM Mall and Ayala Mall.
It is also recommended to enjoy outdoor sports if you can do.
Package includes jet ski, banana boat, parasailing and massage.

it was excellent. The staff are very accomodating. The wifi conncection is very good. The facilities are very fun and easy to use. I used the vouchers and i gained a lot of discounts from food and amenities.

Very nice Hotel, but they alow that there is a big swedenparty over 2 days in the bungalows next door with drunken guys the whole night... The management didn't stop it at 10 pm... That's not good for 450 USD...
The stuff was very friendly the food and service ok and everything is clean...
But a 5 Star Hotel is not a Disco...!

Very relaxing abd affordable luxury all staff warm and friendly

I used it for 4 nights in the summer of 2016. Easy access from Haneda, there is a lot of light that can not be experienced in Japan, the private beach is emerald green, the infinity pool is wide and comfortable, the squall is properly dropped, the food is delicious, and the room is independent, so you can experience the center of the tropical resort reasonably. I can do it. I think there were few Japanese users and more in South Korea and China. As a side note, the supermarket is far away and cannot be reached on foot. Please take a taxi. There is a World Heritage Site, Chocolate Hills, on the opposite island, but I haven't visited it because it is easily accessible, so I would like to use it again.

It was an amazing experience...from the welcome drinks, to the most awesome rooms...the best breakfast buffet ever. Of course we were taken cared of by the best crew...my family personally admire and offer our deepest appreciation to Caesar Ian H. Bastasa during our weekend stay at Crimson. We've been to almost all the states of the United States and Canada, but by far; Crimson is the best to stay...thank you.

The free breakfast is far superior to any other known breakfast in the world.

Crimson Mactan has a huge playroom . With private video room where my hyperactive niece can play all the way. Staff Jenny and Alexa are very friendly. Restaurant at the pool bar have delicious foods to choose . I love the pasta and mini burgers. Thanks Irvin and Mich for the recommendation.We had a wonderful dining experienced the other day.

We used as stay of 3 nights 4 days.
The service is perfect. The child was losing health and was giving heat, but I was relieved because the ice which cooled the body was received and the nurse was present.

Bubble party every Saturday? It seems that the music that DJ plays from Saturday morning during the stay is open.
The proportion of Japanese staying is about 40% of the whole.

The staffs are so friendly. The foods are nice in Azure. Had a great time in Aum massage and spa. Just a little bit scared on the first night because of the crying baby sound until dawn, but realized in the morning that it was just the korean baby on the other room haha

What an amazing place. We were treated so well from the minute we stepped on to the resort. The food is amazing and all the staff. I will never forget this amazing place holds a special place in our hearts first class.

The transparency of the beach in front of the hotel is also good, and snorkeling can be enjoyed to the fullest. Towels, masks, snorkels and fins are also available for free rental.
You can also order snacks on the beach, so be prepared.
I enjoyed the resort.

Checked in today, already love this place, such nice staffs, beautiful simming pool and beach. Some review said room condition is not good enough, but it's o.k. I'm satisfied with it. Haven't tried food in resort yet, but believe it's gonna be good as well.

I went there at crimzone for my kids the staffs are very kind I also like the food in azure.
