Really nice one garden resort but the beach is rocky

The price is relatively cheap compared to the 5 star, but the quality is as good as other resorts. However, it costs at least 30,000 won to use the spa. The food quality of the restaurant is very high and the atmosphere is also very romantic, but it is expensive compared to the local restaurants because it costs around 2-3,000 won per person on the average. If you go to the beach you can use the beach activities, but the prices are out. Snorkeling tools and towel rentals are available for free. There are quite a lot of fish on the beach. A place worth a visit

Great place to relax. Rooms are spacious and tidy. WiFi is great. They have a nice pool. It is like a hidden paradise. It's a nice place to have a vacation.

Even just 1night stay. I really enjoy staying in to the hotel. It s awesome. The staffs are really friendly and so accommodating. 11am is the check out We forgot since we enjoy staying at the pool they allow us to check out late and allow us to roam around the hotel. Great place, nice food. My concern was the availability of our room. We booked our room last January 2019 and we checked in last August 12 only to find out that our room was not yet ready. It was around 2 pm and the staff told us that our room will be ready at around 5pm. She offered us a room that was a little bit far from where we were originally booked, and since we were so tired from our trip, we just chose the latter. We were really hoping for the room with a view of the beach and not the view of just a road with other staff pass by for their coffee break. My husband told me that it could be because of so many tourists that are there and that I should try to understand. The staff was so great, polite and they smiled genuinely. So I totally forgot about it and guess what, I will be back this May! I hope we can get the good room by then . :)

this is my second stay and this time with my daughter. we booked for the villa as always and the villa staff are still there like Rey. Rey always make me feel like a VIP at Crimson and I guess this is why I keep coming back.
I met Chel and Fritzie this visit and both of them are remarkable just like Rey.
Everything from checking in to checking out was excellent treatment.
I truly appreciate the complimentary upgrade and I always tell my friends that Crimson is a piece of heaven for me.
All the staff including from the restaurants, jet ski people, gardeners, spa, all of them at Crimson are so respectful, friendly and accommodating.
I love capping off my Cebu visit at Crimson.

This was a wonderful place to stay! My whole family felt pampered the whole time. Our favorite place to eat was the beachside bar; our server was so sweet and she quickly became our friend through our stay. The breakfast also has a great selection, and the hot chocolate is super delicious! We took the excursion to do an island hopping snorkeling trip, and we had wonderful guides. The spa also has great prices, and we ended up spending an entire day there. I would surely stay here again if I ever return to the Phillipines.

From many times I visited, the facility is nice but the front dest staff need to work on how to check in guest efficiently. They should be prepared to have guest checked in but their rooms are not ready even after 3pm which is the official check in time. Check out time is 12pm! You had 3 hours to prepare! Don't tell the guest in filipino style that oh.. because of this and that we were late... you are dealing with people from other country. Your way of living style does not match ours and we have expectations. If you can't provide with a simple service of checking in on time but expect guest to check out on time that is one hell of selfish act needs to be fixed ASAP.

The best resort in Mactan, i used to stay in Shangri-la for the past few years until i discover Crimson resort, the pool was breathtaking, the food at Enye was so good, i had the chance to meet some nice people who can speak Japanese at the beach they are very kind to let us use jetski for one time only because the weather was not good after because of the big waves but Jamal, simple at the water sports was very friendly also meet the manager from Mauritius Nico who can speak Japanese i was very impressed he told me that he worked in Japan and he was sharing his nice experience he also ask my friends to try Enya and Azure also the water aerobics activities at the swimming pool with Liza and it was the first time for me to enjoy exercise in the pool then Liza invited me to join her volley-ball at the beach my friends was so tired.
Also thank you to Charlene at Saffron always smiling and friendly.

Crimson Resort is the worst. A hotel that is not the basis of the hotel. Especially at the main restaurant, we discriminate against customers. Buy deoni try being gaemusi has sat down. Even if you asked me to raise your hand, no one came. Nothing to find for a lifetime. I haven't bothered you much, and I don't understand it no matter how much I think about it. What the hell obscure the guests treat what hotel I was plowing? You will never find it. The resort was recommended to the groom company. Because of our family, we found about 5 teams. But this kind of hospitality is really a poor quality resort.

Very relaxing ambience. I like the rooms since it's not on tall buildings. Recommended especially with small children.

This supposed 5star resort was nothing more than 3Stars! I made two reservations as the first time they never took any money out of our account or sent anything to say the reservation was confirmed. I sent an email with no response, so I made another reservation a week later they took the money out for the second reservation and sent a lovely email saying our first reservation was cancelled due to insufficient funds they attempted to take the money out for both reservations at once! We had a pool villa, which apparently gets you perks of eating in a separate area to the other hotel members and cocktails everyday between 4-6pm. We booked through the resort which also meant we got 10% off all food and drinks bills. On the second day we realised there was no discount and when we mentioned it to the waiters they had no idea what were talking about, it also included airport transfers which I had emailed through several times and still was not arranged. I had to call and make the transfer reservation over the phone which now means I'll have international charges. We went to have breakfast on the first morning and we're told to eat in the food hall with the other guests as we weren't villa guests. They fixed this by the second day. The staff in the saffron restaurant don't acknowledge you, our food was wrong the two times we ate al la carte . Our courtyard and pool was not cleaned once in 6days we stayed. I got food poisoning from eating the cheese in the sports bar, due to this we missed our spa day we booked, I was vomiting for hours and couldn't move. when we complained the manager tried to amend some of the issues. Missing our spa treatment may have been a blessing though, the pool was filled with leaves and the woman's spa was green! The workers actually apologised for the state of it. Upon check out they forgot to arrange the cart to pick us up from the room and the manager tried to blame us and said why I didn't call and do this myself. They couldn't get rid of us fast enough. They knew how upset we were and promised to contact us by email as they really didn't want us to miss our flight. I said you won't email me and just can't wait to get rid of us. Now four days later and 6 emails, they have not once bothered to make any effort to return my email! They also took a deposit and still have not returned this back to us. So they have now stolen money from us.

WOW!! Crimson really exceed our expectation. A very nice place to stay with, especially for Family Vacation. I was really amazed with the service that they had. You should try to visit Crimson and you'll surely love the place :))

We chose crimson because my cousin refer me this hotel. I didn't expect that this hotel is more than what I've expected. Its really a perfect vacation for me and to my family. What we've enjoyed is that their activities for kids. It's really great to be with those Staffs whose always gave us happiness and joyful memories. My husband and I we're very happy to see our kids happy also. Kudos to these people who are energetic and friendly to our kids. Thank you Jenny, Hazel, Cleo and Sharmaine. Had dinner at enye bec its our special day. Grace supervisor and rachel the one who took care of us are superb!! They make it more special! All knowledgeable about the food menu. Rishel recommend whats good and we order all her recommendations a bit pricey but all food was yummy!! Kudos to chef who made it!!! Will definitely come back again!
The comp cake makes it more a touch from the heart!!! You guys rock!! My daughter loves it!

A cozy nice place both for adults and family with kids!

One of the reasons we chose crimson because of the free access at the gym, good facility and water is provided with towels. Tou can find everything here in this resort, souvenir shop, kids play area, etc

The crimson are so nice. Good for vacation, mostly if you have a kids you can play with and joined for they daily activity at the Crimzone.

The food also are good.

Lost my favorite shirt in pool area. Service is not as good as it's facility

Very poor customer service. More than 10 rooms that were booked during our stay. We emailed Crimson before booking regarding the promo that we wanted to avail. We were shocked that the promo we expected was no longer valid. It didn't even say on the promo that it was "subject to changes". During our stay in 5 star hotel, while my nanny was walking with my child in the resort. One of the staff in Crimson offered my nanny a higher salary. She then quit after that. We found out that it was the chef from the restaurant who offered a higher salary and told her to quit. It was very unethical. We called Crimson and complained. But nothing happened.

It is great. I will be back again. If you want to have family leave under 10 children, it is best for you.

Such a beautiful resort with very friendly staffs everywhere. We enjoyed the relaxing Ambiance especially jn the main pool and beach area. A very quiet place to relax.

It was not an exaggeration to say that it was one of my life travel destinations and life resorts.

By far, THE best resort in Mactan, service, rooms, ameneties you name it, its an absolute pleasure to stay here and we come back frequently. Its worth every peso.

First visit to Cebu and First visit to Crimson Resort and Spa. We chose this property for our business meeting for our bi-annual company gathering because of the amenities and settings... and it did not disappoint. We visited the resort one day before we checked in and from the minute we stepped on to the property we were greeted by the super friendly and helpful staff. Bianca at the front desk was exceptional and very professional... she started us off in the right path. We use many of the resort amenities, and all four of the restaurants on the property. We had several meetings at the Azure Beach club, beach front casual dining. Again, Butch and his team were very accommodating, meeting us before they open to help set up and the group had a fantastic lunch there. The sports bar is also a great venue for relaxing and catching up and their happy hours were great! The main restaurant, Saffron, was also great, we had our breakfast buffet every morning and dinner buffet with our team several nights. The Executive Chef came out and greeted us and very accommodating to all of us... and the International night buffet was a hit. The Garden room was excellent, very spacious and nice settings. The Rock Bar on the beach... must visit. And did I mention the infinity pool? The pool staff were great and the cafe by the pool was excellent as well. The internet connection outside of the room by the pool and in restaurants were spotty but it was to be expected. There is also a fitness gym that opens at 6 am... not a big gym but enough cardio and weight machines to get a good workout in each morning. There is also a clinic on site, a car service for us to go into town, all very reasonable and excellent service. We are considering coming back for our next company gathering and hoping for the same excellent service. Thank you to all that helped made our stay a great one. Ron and Anthony

I visited Crimson Resort and Spa back in May 2019 for a day during my 4 week vacation in Cebu City. I purchased a day pass for about $60 US. With the day pass, you get access to the buffet, pool area, and the beach, and probably a few other things that I might've not known at the time. You also get a free drink too from what I can remember. The food was really good and service was top notch.

The day pass allows you to stay at the resort, as the name implies, for the day.

My stay for the day was very pleasant. This is probably one of my favorite resorts I have visited in the Philippines. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cebu.

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay here. The service experienced in all the facilities have been absolutely superb and the staff are extremely friendly, polite and efficient. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay in Cebu!!

all i can say is the food is delucious and the pool's bubbles party was fun

Top notch service. World class amenities and facilities

It is a nice resort with children. The infinity pool and the kids pool are good and there are many pool guards. The kids room is also very large and has a wide range of play facilities and activities. There is also a free shuttle to the mall, but the resort was so large and there was plenty to eat, so I stayed at the resort for three nights and four days.

Friendly staff, food is great and the place is well maintained. Hotlines can be easily reached and staff handles the inquiries well. Just take note that reservation can only be reached through specific times, otherwise they cannot be reached. I also tried to contact through Facebook and response was replied. The only thing that I do not like is the location, it is quite difficult to reach this resort if you do not own your own vehicle.

1. Room: in good condition. Clean.
2. Breakfast: There are many types of food, but not very delicious.
3. Dedicated beach: There are many fish & corals even if you go out a little, so you can go out separately. Lending snorkeling equipment but no flippers
4. Bubble Party: This one is worth the cost of accommodation

All their staff are kind, very helpful and welcoming. The room is nice and our 4 night stay was very relaxing.

From the day we arrived until our checked out we feel always welcome. What this resort stands out are the staffs, very friendly. We feel relaxed and comfortable.

You'll probably read from all the reviews out there that Crimson Resort has excellent service; those reviews are absolutely correct. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make your stay extraordinary.
This resort has extensive food and drink options. We enjoyed happy hour at the Rock bar each night (5:30-7:30) where drinks are BOGO, dinner at Enye (the paella is delicious), a Saturday-only foam pool party with optional unlimited food and drinks (heck yeah, we did this), and an amazing buffet breakfast.
The resort offers a shuttle for 200 php to any location within 10-15 minutes of the resort and the drivers are very knowledgeable about the area. I must say there's not a whole lot do do immediately outside of the resort, so you'll want to hire a grab for further locations or use the shuttle to get off the property.
A lot of people complain that in Mactan, the resorts encourage you to stay in the resort. I say, it's up to you whether you stay on the resort or not. But if you do want that resort feeling, this is a great place to get it because they have so much to offer: food and drinks, ice cream, a small shop, watersports rentals, a private beach (we brought our own snorkel gear and snorkeled-- there are a lot of amazing fish), massages, a day spa, beach volleyball, a great bar by the ocean, infinity pool, pool party, included buffet breakfast...the list goes on.

Beautiful resort with amazing service. The pool gets quite loud in the morning with the aquarobics and the place is catered to Koreans. I had a lovely stay and was upgraded to the pool villa. Definitely worth staying at!

Don't miss a great beach front while you are in Mactan. A great music and a set of gourmet food items along with soft drinks or beers. A great ocean view and nice music!

A nice place to relax. The rooms were great and the bathroom was really spacious. Got our room upgraded by the way so we would like to extend our gratitude to Crimson. Stickers were placed to indicate that everthing had been sanitized. That's reassuring given this time of pandemic.
At the heart of the resort is the infinity pool. There's a pool for the kids and for the adults as well. The beach is also an option if you prefer the sea.
There are restaurants inside the resort so you don't have go outside to eat. But i must remind you, this is an expensive resort. Prices for the food and drinks are a little higher than usual. If you want a quick drink at the bar, better wait for the happy hour to avail of the buy one get one promo.
Breakfast is outstanding. A lot of choices to choose from.The brewed coffee needs improvement though.
Overall, this is a good resort.

Had a wonderful stay at Crimson. Had to miss a day due to typhoon weather, but the staff did their best to accommodate. They were able to put together a private island hopping tour for me on late notice on the same day, and the service was great. Definitely looking forward to coming back and staying at Crimson again.

Service was good. Staff were courteous. Although, the front desk forgot to program our keycard the bellboy politely apologised.

Our villa had sanitized stickers all over. From the locks, to the remotes and etc. But still dont be complacent. The resort provided mask and sanitizers for you to use.

The bed was comfy but we didn't a good sleep. There were mosquitoes. My husband and our daughter had bites all over their body. Good thing we brought sweaters so they've covered up the rest of the night. My daughter woke up with a swollen eye from an insect bite.

The room was a few steps away from the pool, resto and beach but we didn't get to enjoy the amenities. We kept our distance from other visitors. Although, we didn't have as much fun on the outside, our daughter was having a great time inside our villa.

Check out was fast. We called front desk and a golf cart picked us up and drove straight to the parking area.

Food is great and delicious. Facilities are enjoyable. Staffs are approachable and supportive.

First time I ve ever been to a resort where I didn t want to leave and checkout the town. Really nice facilities. Fantastic buffet breakfast. The main restaurant was way too expensive, but the little bar/restaurant next to the Crimzone (kids area) was way more affordable and still quite yummy.
The guests were seemingly 90% Korean, and pretty nice for the most part.
The kids area was really nice. Staff was great with my special needs son. There were activities (a nature hunt, tee-shirt tie-dying, twister, etc.) a fun play area and trampoline and kids pool.
The staff was the shining light. Irvin, a member of the waitstaff at the Crimzone restaurant totally made our stay for us. Way above and beyond. Totally went out of his way to bond with our son, which can be hard to do. We will be back.

It's a great resort but expensive. They have cottages, pools, hotel a beach and etc. They also offer buffet aet all you can. Mostly tourist come here.

Very attentive staff and I am glad that I have chosen this hotel for my short break in Cebu. The only disappointment is the Deluxe Garden room which is quite outdated and small.

The overall impression is that a five-star hotel has high expectations, so I think it will be difficult to see, this is a three-star or four-star hotel, and those who aim for high evaluation by word of mouth. Wonderful deluxe cottage with private pool and terrace, we really enjoyed the peaceful and intimate atmosphere, very romantic, spacious, around AZURE and POOL-SIDE sweet chill-out / chic and glam' music ( not high-volume - no booming boring sounds !!! ), beach is also properly sized, we really felt in a safe and private area, no big towers, no big buildings, but wood, gardens, flowers... The night view over the pool with blue light... We felt like in a cocoon. Azure place is also really nice with the neon-light bar, serious, professional staff who takes care of you. Many activities for kids and around the beach. No way, we should come back !!!!!!

My mother and I were spending a couple of days celebrating her 42nd birthday and it was wonderful. Everyone at the Crimson Resort was just lovely to her. We made special memories. As always, thank you. What a beautiful environment you get to work in every day .the Villa, the hotel, and people all make it so very special.

Villa is very nice. Good for 4 adults. But expensive. Breakfast for villa customer is nice.
