I had a really bad 1st experience with this service department. Took my 2011 mini Cooper to replace the foot well module, got that replace and on my way home it smoking and the car shut off on me and when opened the hood there's oil everywhere coolant everywhere had a tow the vehicle back to the dealership They refused to fix it and now have to tow my car back home
