Called in maybe 20 minutes before closing with a silly question about my Mini before taking my first extra long solo road trip and Scott the service manager totally saved the day! Completely went out of his way to test my question on one of the stock cars to make sure I was set at ease 100% I wish every Mini dealership had this amazing customer service!!
