I did my hair back in December and Dai messed up my hair. The only reason I put my review now is because I commented on a picture yesterday on Instagram about my experience there and they deleted my comment. Dai burned my hair . She did it wrong all yellow, purple roots my hair was completely burned. A whole mess. A week later Lily fix my hair obviously she cut like 2 inches, olaplex, toned and put back my lowlights. She s great! And don t get me wrong by pictures Dai works looks awesome but what she did on my hair doesn t work. And also she s acting like little girl because the same night she deleted me and block me from her Instagram. Very unprofessional.

Val is the 7th hair stylist that I have been to in my 3 years in Cape Coral. I finally have a keeper!! A little pricy, but you get what you pay for. Val did exactly everything I asked her to do. It's Awesome to have a knowledgeable hair stylist.
How lucky can you get? Just moved to Cape Coral and the first salon and stylist, Lily, were the best! Can't believe that I found the perfect place immediately! Lily did a fantastic job on my cut. Within 5 minutes of her working on my hair I knew it was going to look great.

I was here yesterday and got my hair cut shorter than I've every had it..I was freaked as u can imagine! I e had really long hair my entire life! My stylist was Jaime she was INCREDIBLE!!! Very clean, always greeted by friendly front desk employees that will more than happy try their best to accommodate. I see lily who specializes in curly hair. I will MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND seeing her if you have trust issues with getting you re hair cut. She styles all types as well. My daughter has thick mostly straight hair. She did an amazing job on her hair as well. They sell all types of natural organic beauty products too. I bought a rosemary body oil that smells heavenly. I finally found my salon and family stylist. I won t go anywhere else. This salon also offers facials, manicures/pedicure, massages and more. Check them out!!!
At first it was a good place to get your hair done my favorite person who cut my hair left and so I went back to get my hair cut from a different person and she totally ruined my hair for a good week which I spent trying to repart it (my hair) back to where it was normal including she blow dried my hair and then didn't put any frizz control so I walked out with a messed up part and frizzy hair even my boyfriend said I looked crazy that I reminded him of chewbaca then I went to get a pedi and the gel pedi started coming off about 10 minutes after it was messed up some of it was chipped which I now have to fix on a couple of my toes. I'm really disappointed and now have to find new salons to get my nails and hair done.
Mireya is amazing!!! Showed me exact what to expect, offered drinks, made sure I was comfortable and even helped me with my hair outside of the salon. Definitely 10/10 service and will be recommending Mireya to all my friends and family!!!!

Jessica was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable without making me feel like an idiot! Knew exactly what to do and suggested ways to achieve it. Didn't get pushy about too many products but let me know what was available!! Will definitely be back!
So very disappointed... We recently took our 16 year old daughter here to have her hair styled and colored for the big art show that she had been looking forward to in Atlanta for the last 8 months... We scheduled appointment ahead of time and let them know exactly what we wanted when we made the appointment... When we got there after hours and hours of sitting in a chair I could see a look of concern on The Stylist face... Looking at my daughter's here the color was completely streaky and really did not look good at all... It was not at all the color she had asked for and the style was mediocre at best... when we were a proximately halfway through our appointment the cashier said they were closing and would like me to pay my bill ahead of time so that she can cash out her drawer... Which I did in good faith as it turned out to be an enormous mistake..... when they were done the two stylist that were working on her hair both agreed that the hair color did not turn out at all and that it needed to be redone and wanted us to come back in the next evening... we were leaving the following afternoon to go to the art show in Atlanta that she had been looking forward to and now we had to go with a messed up hairstyle and horrible color that look like she tried to do it from home... When I explained that the entire purpose for this visit was for this art show and I could not come back the following evening at we would be gone for a week and I would just like to refund since my daughter's hair look like someone tried to do it at home and failed miserably..... I asked the cashier to give my money back to me since the services that we paid for were not given to us... The bill was $250 and she refused to refund my money and told me I had to speak to the owners the following day which I did.... they told me that they would be happy to recolor her hair I explained again the whole purpose of this $250 hairstyle was for the event that we were leaving for the next morning and they still refuse to give my money back... This place is a rip-off number one it is extremely overpriced and honestly I could have done better with my daughter's hair by getting a color kit and doing it at home... I would advise everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible as they will take your money they will do a half ass job and they will not give your money back to you if you're unsatisfied
This was very nice place, clean and neat. There are variety of different products for hair, different lines and brands. I had Taylor for my balayage. She did an amazing job on my hair. She listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. She is confident and professional, talks to the client and educates them. All other employees were very polite and pleasant in the salon. Will definitely recommend to a friend.
Gina does the most amazing dermaplaning/hydrafacials!!! Your skin feels so clean, hydrated, and glowing. I recommend all of my clients and they are all so happy!!!
EYELASH TINT - Don't Go To Brianna. I LOVE this place for my hair & love having my lashes tinted. Bri did not leave product on AT all, maybe a total of a few seconds. She put the product on & wiped off right away. I paid the $22 & tipped of course. Went back NEXT Day & got an AWESOME tint by Gina.. I PAID AGAIN !!! The girls at desk, same girls. It's the principle.... definitely not the $22.00 !
Mireya is such an excellent stylist! My mom and I went to Cre8 for the first time today and we walked out of there with a huge smile on our faces. Mireya took time to discuss her styling approach before cutting my hair. She's very knowledgeable. She even took time to teach me how curl my hair. She's not pushy selling their salon products but she is all about quality and beautiful outcome of your hair. Its a little pricey but I cannot wait for my 2nd appointment in November. This place is highly recommended and ask for Mireya!
Lily was outstanding and a master at her talent. I have long curly hair and have been searching for a different cut that I can wear straight or curly and she nailed it. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and was very confident that she could deliver and she did. I've been all over this country and very few could come close to her expertise. Thanks again Lily for my wonderful cut and color!
I went here for years as a client and was happy. Lilly is great. However, I had another stylist who was very nice. Name I will not mention. Level 4 stylist and had a trainee with them. They were working on 2 other clients hair while working on mine. I have blonde hair and always get olaplex with my color. I had to remind the trainee to use olaplex, she apologized and added it, even though I had already mentioned it. I think she was overwhelmed with time management. I do not blame her, everyone has to learn somehow. The level 4 stylist was too busy with the other 2 clients to even notice. My color was left on for about 45 to a hour. They put a plastic bag on my head while my color was processing. My head became very hot and burning, however they were too busy with the other two clients that they did not realize how long I had been sitting and processing. I went home my scalp was bright red and I had multiple large scabs on my scalp. The next day I couldn't even brush my hair because it was so painful. They over book their level 4 stylists who have trainees. However, by doing this the trainees are not being watched and taught properly. I dont think this would have happened if they were not working on 2 other clients hair at the same time as mine. This happened months ago and I was so unhappy about this experience that I have since found a new hair salon that does not overbook and I will not be back to Cre8. I paid a lot of money to have my scalp burned. If you do decide to go to this salon please go see Lilly. She is amazing and I always had a positive experience with her. I would go back to this salon one day only to see Lilly.
The staff are very knowledgeable and very professional the only reason i took one star away is bc their availability is pretty hard to work around specifically for people like me who have a Monday to Saturday job with only one day off to work with during the week, I which they can grow more in staff so maybe they can accommodate people like me better. Other than that I love Cre8 salon and their team very friendly and welcoming place
I had an amazing first experience at Cre8! I was a little intimidated coming into a new salon but every single person, from the front desk girls to the stylists were all so friendly and warm! April was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing! She understood my vision and brought it to life! She was knowledgeable and so sweet. I liked her from the moment I met her (at my consultation). She was excited for our appointment and really made me feel comfortable, I felt like I ve known her forever. She was easy to chat and laugh with for the many hours I was in her chair during my transformation! I am so happy with how my hair came out and I really feel like the pricing super fair! I will definitely be back! Thank you!!!
I I have been using this place since the doors have opened. Lately I have had numerous problems with the customer service there. The girls up front make promises that they never follow through with. It's very sad because the owner and the original girl are great people. I for one have had one too many problems to continue to go there. If you don't have one of the top stylists your hair will be done horribly I speak from experience. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service this Salon is providing
Did my google reviews research and majority said they had an amazing experience also a friend works there instilled a bit of trust in me . . Im very sketchy because i have a very tender and sensitive scalp, called and booked an apt same day when i arrived very welcoming place "julia" was patient and real cool . Definitely gonna make this place my new hangout ++ they offer all other kinds of services and thr prices you cant beat for excellent service!
I was there twice...both times I had the level 4 hair stylist. Not satisfied either time. First time was a cut I hated...the second girl corrected the cut somewhat but got the color wrong. I took pictures of my previous cut and color that I liked and they couldn't even get close. Wasted $400. Oh..and here is the thing I really didn't like... Both times I was there 3-4 people worked on my hair. In my opinion they overbook and end up passing you around.
Make sure you ask if your stylist speaks English while booking your appointment. The one I chose I found online, no mention on their site Spanish speaking only. I couldn t communicate and nor could she with me. I left the salon without getting what I intended, disappointed in the entire experience. I would not recommend them.
This place is AWESOME. I've been here several times and have had massages by Melissa (amazing! best in the business!) and waxing done by Nelly. Both of these ladies are experts at their craft. The front desk assistants were courteous and asked me if I needed a drink as soon as I checked in. Great prices and deals and wonderful staff through and through. Definitely highly recommended!
Grisel completed a wonderful manicure and pedicure on my wife. Victoria was the wonderful hair stylist that did an amazing job on my wife s hair cut and highlights! My wife was extraordinary happy and super satisfied with all of the services she received at Cre8 Salon in Cape Coral Florida.
Like all female focused salons. This place is overpriced and pretentious. But that it is not radically overpriced in this world gets it three stars instead of none.
My first time at Cr8 today for a haircut and conditioning treatment. My appointment was with Janelle, she did an excellent job. Took her time to make sure I was getting the cut I wanted. Very pleased, I will be going back!
Love my hair! The salon is very nice, they have a lot of products to choose from, as well as a spa to get your nails done, etc. Of course they do normal cuts, colors and styles... but if you're looking to do something a little more fun and make a statement with your hair, I recommend April, 100%.... she gave me the beautiful purle/red/coral colors that I couldn't have dreamed of. Everyone compliments my hair! Absolutely amazing!
I was excited to try this salon out. I called and I was able to get a consultation for hair extensions, the same day. The atmosphere is nice and the wait once I arrived was not long. After the consultation, I was asked to give her a day or so, so she could contact the company she gets the extensions from. I was fine with that. I have tried to follow up with her now twice. I left a message with the receptionist (who said she was there and would call me back before closing) but have yet to receive any response back and it has been a week. Not a good first impression on prospective client and because of this, I will not be returning.
So, originally I had given 5 stars, but it's time to change. I have curly hair and tend to wear it curly. I went to my stylist and had her cut off around 5 inches and 2 months earlier she cut off about 6. So I went from extremely long to right below the chin. I asked for slightly asymmetrical with a stack in the back. I decided to straighten my hair today for the first time since I got it cut. I ended up crying. My hair is an inch longer in the back than in the front (which is the reverse of what I asked for) and there are random chunks that are inches longer than the rest. I honestly didn't notice because I was wearing it curly. I'm going to be in a wedding soon, and I don't know what to do. It's so incredibly awful. I absolutely regret ever walking through those doors.
Thankful to be apart of such an outstanding salon! The atmosphere and stylists that I m surrounded by everyday makes my job fun and exciting! I m so thankful to be able to learn from all of my co workers and be apart of a salon that offers education and also appreciates me as an employee. Excited to grow as a stylist and learn more to better serve my community!
This visit was horrible. My first visit was with Mireya who did a great job of cutting and styling my long hair into a chin length bob. She is a 10! My second visit was with Mireya but she was not in and had recommended another stylist. This stylist did not speak English but thru an interpreter we reviewed what I wanted and looked at pictures of a chin length bob.
First she colored my hair then she cut it. She turned my chair away from the mirror so I could not see what she was doing. She started with scissors and then used a razer on the back of my head. I had no idea what she was doing. When she was done I was shocked. I have about a half inch of hair on the back of my head. Razer burn too.
I can't do anything with my hair because I don't have any left.
Then I got the bill for the color and haircut which amounted to $192. The stylist had applied 2 treatments totalling $55 which I did not approve, was not aware of did not want.
The stylist did not speak to me about what she was doing. Several bilingual employees were present who could have conversed with us.
I am so embarrassed by this haircut. WORST haircut in my 68 years.
Visting from CT, feeling dreary about my hair and the dam weather, hot and humid, my husband dropped me off in front of this hair salon and spa expecting my attitude to change. When I came in I was greeted and offered a drink, which was nice. When I sat down the wait was not long at all, and my hair dressers name was Lily. Not knowing what to do with my hair I told her to do what she wanted and I eventually came out looking amazing. Leaving there looking and feeling amazing. My husband and I want to say thanks. I highly recommend this place. We shall be back soon, hopefully next year.
I'm so happy with my shampoo and cut! Val is probably the only hairdresser who has done my hair properly. She did exactly what I asked with no problem. It was done in a timely manner but she didn't rush. Not only was Val wonderful but the entire staff was kind, accommodating and fun to be around. I will definitely go back for my next haircut!!!
Best haircut I've ever gotten. It's a beautiful location and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I've never been to a nicer hair salon. It's a bit pricey but totally worth it. Highly recommend it.

Jaime O. is AWESOME! She has literally brought me back to life. I've only ever had one salon experience (somewhere else) before coming to CRE8. Sadly, that original experience left me unhappy and had ruined my outlook on salons. It had been over a year since that experience before I decided to finally do something about my mismatched/washed out/outgrown hair by booking with Jaime. She understood exactly what I wanted and did better than I imagined for myself. I am so appreciative of her for understanding my needs. I had highlights toned throughout my hair, roots touched up and a haircut the way I love it. Prices are reasonable, the front desk people were kind, the salon has a comfortable atmosphere and Jaime felt more like a friend than a stylist--the way the experience should be! Can't wait for my next appointment!
Chrissy was fantastic!! She did an amazing job with my cut and color. So personable and funny. All the staff were in great spirits and the atmosphere was so nice. You can tell these people love what they do. The salon itself has beautiful decor. Amazing wood work everywhere. Haley and Marie at the front desk were so sweet. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
I have never had a hair cut ... only a wash and cut take 2 hours ... I am still currently here and it has been 3 hours ... I barely got my highlights put in because they double booked her ... I will not be coming back. After 5 hours in your salon I left with a haircut I did not want as it looks nothing like the picture I showed her and highlights that you can t see...
Her service is incomparable to my woman, the ATE gave very good she went out of the most fascinated with the change of luck that they did in her hair in no other place they left it as she requested and here they were undoubtedly precise in what she He asked, I saw how they treated her very attentively, they offered her coffee or water to make the hunger more pleasant and to spend a comfortable day and relax and enjoy her service, be fascinated with them. This place is a joke. I'm new to the area and asked to schedule with someone experienced. The lady that colored my hair was experienced and nice but she kept passing me off to the owners son who obviously doesn't know what he's doing and shouldn't be touching anyone's hair! He spent so much time drying each section that not only did he burn my scalp but a lot of my hair broke off. When I went back for my 2nd appt. I told the girl what happened. She refused to believe it and was full of excuses. Once again she passed me off to the owners son. When he proceeded to burn me and my hair again I stopped him and said to her, "See, this is why there us so much breakage". She just looked at me horrified and told me to wait until she was done with the lady she was working on and she would finish drying my hair. I grabbed my purse and black jacket that she put in front of the grey haired lady and proceeded to let her cut hair fall all over that black jacket. Shook it off and left. I did pay before I left but to this day I have not heard one word from anyone there to try to rectify the situation. They have my phone number and email and have used them so they know how to get a hold of me. Don't waist your time or money on this place. You will be disappointed! I hope they get shut down!!!
