I went to Cre8 last week for wedding makeup and hairstyle. The makeup looked absolutely nothing like the pictures I showed that I wanted, but there was no time to fix it and it was still nice looking, so I didn't say anything. My hairstyle was a simple curl with a ribbon headband, and the stylist put several bobby pins in to help secure it. Before I even got home (10 min drive away) I had 3 Bobby pins sticking straight up out of my hair and they were so entangled with other pins that we had to take them all out and restyle it. One hour after having my makeup done, it was completely blotchy and the mascara and eyeshadow around my eyes looked like I had been crying. (I remembered at that moment that she mentioned she would put on a finishing spray that would make the make up last several hours, but she never did.) I ended up removing and fixing the makeup on my way to my wedding. I am giving 2 stars because 1, I should have made a consult appointment in advance to make sure the makeup would look the way I wanted, which was my fault. And 2, she came in early at 8:15 for me. Other than that, I shouldn't have had to redo my hair and make up within an hour of leaving the salon.

The only place I trust. Now its my regular salon. They always have a lot of girls there working and they are always very nice. The place is beautiful inside and they have a lot of different products for sale as well. They have a rewards system also so when you come several times and get so many points they give you a discount.

I had a wonderful experience here. They customer service was excellent. I got a massage.

As nice as diane was my appointment was messed up i wanted a razor cut and i got thinning shears no scissors used to clean up my neck or clippers to clean my neck but i do have to small cuts in the top crease of my ears..as a retired stylist im not impressed! I was impressed with the discount for messing up my appointment..though im wondering is that why i had this experience.

I recommend Dee! If you want blonde that s the way to go

friendly, professional and clean " Great Atmosphere". You'll be satisfied with your experience. I am very picky and would never go back if I had one bad experience and I have been going since they opened. I go to one stylist "Emme" and wouldn't even think of taking a chance with someone else.

The ladies are really sweet but I was billed 120 for two highlights- the first time you couldn t notice a difference so I went a second time (they offered) and now my hair is SUPER dry and only maybe like two highlights actually show.. the rest of my hair is just super dry but no results...recommended by a coworker May seem crazy but Walmart did better for WAY LESS

Wonderful salon for a mani or pedi. The young lady was wonderful, wish I remembered her name. She was absolutely wonderful and so professional.

My daughter loved it here. Very nice and clean place. I know they are very involved with the community and ALS. That is always a big plus. They had plenty of very friendly and helpful staff. The prices were very fare for the service you receive.

Great service. Very nice salon. Ra'keem was fabulous and did a wonderful job on my daughter's hair. She was SO happy with it as was I. Thanks for the great service.

I am always hesitant whom I may trust with my hair. I feel confident seeing anyone at this facility. They always do a beautiful job! They are always pleaseant and kind.

Wonderful staff! Got the 3-part spa treatment (massage, facial, pedicure) and I felt completely relaxed and treated like a queen! Tracy was, by far, the best massage therapist I've EVER had. I'll be coming back for sure!

Went to see Melissa for a massage and I'm hooked. Very calm, relaxing atmosphere. Felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in. I have rheumatoid arthritis and after one hour, I felt better than I have in years. She has gained a lifelong client for sure. I'm a holistic person and I do not take medications. This will be my permanent form of "treatment". Thank you, Melissa! The salon itself is a beautiful place. Great atmosphere, gorgeous decor, and friendly staff. I will be going for other services as well. Very cost efficient as well. Have been passing out cards left and right. I cannot say enough positive things about Melissa and her co workers at Cre8 salon and spa.

Crappy place. I usually don't write reviews but if I could I would rate this place 0.Called to make appointment for a full head highlights and they quoted me $120 which I thought was ridiculous for a short bob haircut but I wanted a professional to do my hair considering I have been coloring my own hair in medium brown color(level 3 to be exact).They made appointment with Chrissy(which is level 2 stylist).I got there and showed her a picture of chunky highlights I wanted and explained even if they don't turn out light as in a picture,as long as I don't turn walk out of there orange I'm fine with darker highlights.Well,Chrissy had a nerve to tell me that what I'm asking for is out of style and no one does that anymore(which is not true).I don't think that this person should work in a salon treating people like this.She came back with a price quote of almost $220! Are you people out of your mind? What would a level 4 stylist charge a $1000?? I went home after wasting my morning with this crappy place.Would never recommend this place.By the way,update your prices on the website because that is obviously a lie.

Accompanied my sister while she got her hair fixed from a slight snafu with toner. The staff understood the issue and made sure that it would be taken care of. They offer water tea or coffee while you wait and the atmosphere of the salon is different in a GOOD way . Natural and rustic and from the buisness I saw it's clear that they have a loyal customer base and following. It did not take long for them to fix the error with her hair and it came out wonderful. They were apologetic for the error and also booked her next apt. While I did not get anything done for myself it was a nice upscale salon that I wish would come up north !

The facility takes good care of your hair in the haircuts are very good the only thing is it's very pricey it is a full Salon you can get facials and massages your nails done pedicures your hair done hair color everything is a. Salon and spa and I have had the massages there great I've had facials there great and have my nails and pedis done they're great

First off I would like to say that Lily is the best cosmetologist I have ever come across. From her glowing smile to her contagious laugh she is the best! When I was living in Florida she would always do my hair perfectly and go out of her way to make time for me whenever she could to make me feel gorgeous! I'm a woman who loves long hair with highlights and light brown hair, I specifically asked her to make me look like Mariah Carey my idol, and boy did she get it right on the DOT!!!! Fabulous darling! I loved spending time with her she is just so much fun and she's so sweet and humble! She always consulted with me what it was that I wanted done and then she would suggest what was best for my hair as a cosmetologist should do! I also loved how she was able to multitask between clients and take on more than one person! she's phenomenal!!!!!! I would always watch how she had so much love and dedication to her work and how she would make each client feel so welcomed and like they had her undivided attention! I miss her dearly!! I cant find any cosmetologist like her in Connecticut!! Lily I wish there were two of you!!!!! love you and your work!!!!

I like that I can get a great haircut without a long advanced appointment. Will be trying additional services.

By far the worst place I ve ever been too! I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone. I witnessed the owner Marcy yelling at the front desk. Completely unprofessional! Not to mention the prices are highway robbery! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I waited 6 weeks to get in to see Christine. The front desk called to confirm the appointment but with the wrong person so I had to reschedule and wait another 8 weeks. The second time Christine was sick so I had to reschedule again 6 weeks out. I finally got in to see her and asked for a warm color of caramel with highlights and emphasized no ash. She colored my hair solid ash and bragged about what a pure ash color it was. The hair contrast was beautiful but not what I asked for and did not go well with my skin. I went back 6 weeks later and told her what had happened and asked for the caramel again and even showed her pictures so there would be no confusion. I again asked for more highlights because it needed to be brightened up. Christine had two customers at all times and was having 2 level one assistants finish the coloring of my hair as they danced, sang and laughed all the while did not seem to be on the same page of what they were doing, I waited quite sometime for the color to process and while she was cutting someone else s hair. She checked on me to find that one side of my head was done incorrectly and the other was done right so it had to be retouched by her assistant to wait again. When it was all said and done it was a solid dark ash with a couple highlights. I spent 4 hours to be sent home worse than ever. I have never in my life got so frustrated to leave when my hair was still wet! I used to go to a salon school to have my hair done and it was more professional and done right for a fraction of the cost. Waste of money and time!

Jaime Olivo is great. She is very on key when it comes to your hair. Love Cre 8 and there affordable pricing.

Unfortunately the stylist didn't follow my request for color and ended up having to go back a few days later for a correction. Spent a total of six hours to get what my previous stylist done in two. Cost was too much also

For the amount you pay for a cut & highlights- they never deliver what you ask for. Both my sister & I have been in there a couple of times. Each time showing them a picture of what we wanted & it came out looking nothing like it. I understand sometimes they can t do as much color as you want at first because of the chemicals damaging your hair. However when I went to a new salon- they took half the time with chemical safe products & delivered what I wanted.

Love Cre8. I've been a loyal client since 2012. Eme and Talia are my favorite stylists. I have long dark hair that I only trust a few people with my blonde highlights. They both do an amazing job.

I ve been in the hair industry for 18 yrs.from another state and this salon needs some work on customer service.
No greeting upon arrival or acknowledge that I was even there, Not a friendly salon.
Sat and waited for 45min to a HOUR for my hair appointment and ended up walking out! No one bothered to let me know the level 4 stylist was abviously running WAY behind. Disappointed!!! Will not be back!!

I have only ever trusted April to do my hair and she has since left cre8, however I thought I would continue going to the salon being that it s been a salon I ve gone to for years. I no longer live in Cape Coral but drove over two hours to come get my hair done, all for the booking process to be unclear and the stylist not having time to do anything to my hair whatsoever and ask when a better date to come back would be, as if my time doesn t matter when it was cre8 s fault. Gotta love leaving a salon feeling even uglier than when you went in!! If I could give the customer service less than one star, I would.

I've been going here for 12 years or since they first opened, & I love it !! I've always had Parnelli do my hair. Prices are comparable, & a little on the high side but, they've recently started a reward points program, & you earn dollars off of your services so that's a plus. I'm an retired hairdresser, & I can tell you that this salon is run very efficiently with training stylists out of school to learn more before they're allowed to be on their own. All of the stylists here are excellent at their work.

I absolutely love Nelly....My facial was worth every dollar spent. The facility is beautiful and they offer a wide variety of product. Nelly is not only good at what she does she is a beautiful person as well. She offers skin care products but is not pushy about you purchasing. I recomend massage at this facility as well.

Came in with a bleached head, asking for a platinum color correction. Made VERY clear that I wanted platinum blonde, that I was starting out with medium blonde. That I only had 2 hours until I had class. They said that was fine. For over 4 hours, she burnt my head with the blow dryer and then DYES IT BLACK, my previous color from months before. After I JUST spent all the effort bleaching it. I payed $200 to have a hairstylist who was told to do a platinum blonde COLOR CORRECT and she dyed me BLACK instead!? Didn't get a complimentary cut or blow dry.
I walked out crying, broke and EXTREMELY unhappy.
Then the managers ask to "fix it for free"
Hell no!?
I'm never letting them touch my hair again. And I WILL NEVER go to them again.
I am also getting all of my money back.

I've been coming here for 2 years now and I'm so glad I discovered it. This place is fantastic!! It is clean and the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Lily is truly an artist and ALWAYS does an amazing job on my hair. It doesn't matter if your hair is curly or straight, long or short. She can do it all! That being said, she is a curly girl herself, and she completely understands the problems that go along with it. I personally have crazy curly hair and she has helped me turn it into beautiful ringlets. I recommend her to everyone. I have friends driving up from Naples to see her. I won't go anywhere else.
