This place is a joke. I'm new to the area and asked to schedule with someone experienced. The lady that colored my hair was experienced and nice but she kept passing me off to the owners son who obviously doesn't know what he's doing and shouldn't be touching anyone's hair! He spent so much time drying each section that not only did he burn my scalp but a lot of my hair broke off. When I went back for my 2nd appt. I told the girl what happened. She refused to believe it and was full of excuses. Once again she passed me off to the owners son. When he proceeded to burn me and my hair again I stopped him and said to her, "See, this is why there us so much breakage". She just looked at me horrified and told me to wait until she was done with the lady she was working on and she would finish drying my hair. I grabbed my purse and black jacket that she put in front of the grey haired lady and proceeded to let her cut hair fall all over that black jacket. Shook it off and left. I did pay before I left but to this day I have not heard one word from anyone there to try to rectify the situation. They have my phone number and email and have used them so they know how to get a hold of me. Don't waist your time or money on this place. You will be disappointed! I hope they get shut down!!!
