This visit was horrible.
My first visit was with Mireya who did a great job of cutting and styling my long hair into a chin length bob. She is a 10!
My second visit was with Mireya but she was not in and had recommended another stylist.
This stylist did not speak English but thru an interpreter we reviewed what I wanted and looked at pictures of a chin length bob.

First she colored my hair then she cut it.
She turned my chair away from the mirror so I could not see what she was doing.
She started with scissors and then used a razer on the back of my head. I had no idea what she was doing. When she was done I was shocked. I have about a half inch of hair on the back of my head. Razer burn too.

I can't do anything with my hair because I don't have any left.

Then I got the bill for the color and haircut which amounted to $192. The stylist had applied 2 treatments totalling $55 which I did not approve, was not aware of did not want.

The stylist did not speak to me about what she was doing. Several bilingual employees were present who could have conversed with us.

I am so embarrassed by this haircut.
WORST haircut in my 68 years.
