I went here for years as a client and was happy. Lilly is great. However, I had another stylist who was very nice. Name I will not mention. Level 4 stylist and had a trainee with them. They were working on 2 other clients hair while working on mine. I have blonde hair and always get olaplex with my color. I had to remind the trainee to use olaplex, she apologized and added it, even though I had already mentioned it. I think she was overwhelmed with time management. I do not blame her, everyone has to learn somehow. The level 4 stylist was too busy with the other 2 clients to even notice. My color was left on for about 45 to a hour. They put a plastic bag on my head while my color was processing. My head became very hot and burning, however they were too busy with the other two clients that they did not realize how long I had been sitting and processing. I went home my scalp was bright red and I had multiple large scabs on my scalp. The next day I couldn't even brush my hair because it was so painful. They over book their level 4 stylists who have trainees. However, by doing this the trainees are not being watched and taught properly. I dont think this would have happened if they were not working on 2 other clients hair at the same time as mine. This happened months ago and I was so unhappy about this experience that I have since found a new hair salon that does not overbook and I will not be back to Cre8. I paid a lot of money to have my scalp burned. If you do decide to go to this salon please go see Lilly. She is amazing and I always had a positive experience with her. I would go back to this salon one day only to see Lilly.
