So very disappointed... We recently took our 16 year old daughter here to have her hair styled and colored for the big art show that she had been looking forward to in Atlanta for the last 8 months... We scheduled appointment ahead of time and let them know exactly what we wanted when we made the appointment... When we got there after hours and hours of sitting in a chair I could see a look of concern on The Stylist face... Looking at my daughter's here the color was completely streaky and really did not look good at all... It was not at all the color she had asked for and the style was mediocre at best... when we were a proximately halfway through our appointment the cashier said they were closing and would like me to pay my bill ahead of time so that she can cash out her drawer... Which I did in good faith as it turned out to be an enormous mistake..... when they were done the two stylist that were working on her hair both agreed that the hair color did not turn out at all and that it needed to be redone and wanted us to come back in the next evening... we were leaving the following afternoon to go to the art show in Atlanta that she had been looking forward to and now we had to go with a messed up hairstyle and horrible color that look like she tried to do it from home... When I explained that the entire purpose for this visit was for this art show and I could not come back the following evening at we would be gone for a week and I would just like to refund since my daughter's hair look like someone tried to do it at home and failed miserably..... I asked the cashier to give my money back to me since the services that we paid for were not given to us... The bill was $250 and she refused to refund my money and told me I had to speak to the owners the following day which I did.... they told me that they would be happy to recolor her hair I explained again the whole purpose of this $250 hairstyle was for the event that we were leaving for the next morning and they still refuse to give my money back... This place is a rip-off number one it is extremely overpriced and honestly I could have done better with my daughter's hair by getting a color kit and doing it at home... I would advise everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible as they will take your money they will do a half ass job and they will not give your money back to you if you're unsatisfied
