Yesterday, Club Cruise Travel really took care of me. Thumbs Up! They get my 5 Stars! In about a couple hour visit knocked out a months worth of travel hassle chores. Went for my TSA Pre-check enrollment. Wow, never saw a store like this, seriously- a huge modern fancy Travel Agency building. Defiantly like an expensive jewelry store you ll find sharp looking commission sales type oriented people inside but they re knowledgeable and not too pushy. I actually already shopped and new the best prices and they ended up being much better, so I ended up letting them finish booking my Sandals anniversary trip to St. Lucia, ticketed the best Airfare with great exit seats, and even showed me where to use my future TSA secure traveler number. The TSA appointment was fast and easy about 10 wait and then 10 minutes to complete in a different room. I had to then wait a little while longer for a Sandal specialist agent to meet with, which first said only 5 minutes but oh well, took about half an hour but during my wait they offered me a Sandals brochure to read and were nice and took my new passport photos in one of the offices and an other agent renewed my passport online before it expired and even got me the new Real ID passport card. All in all saw over a dozen Travel Agents working inside the big multi room corporate office. Four different friendly agents actually interacted and helped me by taking me desk to desk to make my travel planning afternoon so effortless. Offered lots of free valuable face to face travel experience tips. What a rare find, professional overall experience and a super nice place.
