Nice hotel with private beach and great service all around. The hotel is getting a bit old but the rooms are still quite nice and the pool is great but the beach is not that nice. They have a free shuttle to Patong but it only ran twice per day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, so it's best to have your own transport if staying here as it's quite isolated and about a 10-15 minute drive to Patong beach.

The hotel doesn't have anywhere to get a bit of work done. I asked them for the Business center, which they supposedly have, and was directed to a small table in the middle of the lobby where it's hot and loud. These days, when so many people are working remotely or just needing to do a bit of work when travelling many hotels of much lower standard than Marriott have coworking rooms now so it's pretty poor that a 5 star hotel like Marriott doesn't even have a small comfortable aircon room, where you can work a bit.

This Resort is rated 5 stars for a reason. We were a family of 5 and had two rooms. They were exceptionally clean and the daily maid service was impeccable - they went above and beyond. The whole staff had excellent attention to detail and were very friendly and helpful. It is close to town and has a free shuttle service. I would 100% recommend staying here. Multiple pools, private beach, multiple restaurants and bars. This resort is reasonably priced, but not for someone on a budget.

Great hotel and staff. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, and having a private beach with snorkeling and diving was the icing on the cake. I'll definitely stay here again. There is a phenomenal restaurant within walking distance - Ta Khai.

The reception staff was kind and attentive, the hotel as a whole is very good, although the beach is not suitable for swimming, but the sea is very clear, the fish culture in the reef area is very diverse~

Large hotel but still look after you really well. Lots of pools and bars and pool bars. Own private beach so could relax here without having to travel into town.

Great resort and close enough but far enough away from patong beach

Average hotel. Expensive. Make sure they upgrade your loyalty points after your stay.Good children activities to keep them busy. Beach is not that great. They have bus to city centre free only during certain times. Good pizza in their italian restaurant. Breakfast menu does not change much every day. Try the Thai buffet.

If you enjoy spending time in the pool this is the hotel for you. It is also next to a beach but it is small and rocky. The pools however are huge and many and most of all they also have an adults only pool where there are no splashing kids. This is my favorite hotel so far!

I used it for 4 nights in February 2020.
We had you upgrade to a room with beach access (Marriott Titanium Elite).

Sun beds and parasols in front of the terrace,
Pool in 20 seconds on foot,
In front of me was a wonderful location with the sea.

TRX and a sandbag are set outside,
Daily activities include yoga and Muay Thai lessons.

The pool is large and clean. There is also a watermelon service and a cold towel service.

The sea is clear and you can enjoy snorkeling and sea kayaking. Sea kayak was free.

A buffet is prepared on a different theme for dinner every day.
Asian food, BBQ, Italian.
We used an Italian buffet, but the dessert was abundant.

I went to a Thai restaurant twice, but the volume is quite high.

Above all, breakfast was wonderful,
There are two breakfast venues, but the pool-side restaurants are abundant and are recommended.

This is a hotel where the staff are very friendly and helpful and would like to stay again.

It is necessary to move by vehicle to go out to Patong, and there is an inconvenience from the location as there is only one small convenience store nearby. For example, if you go out on a tour, you will be picked up first, turn around Patong to arrive at the tour site, and when you return, there is a high possibility of dropping the last.

However, as a large hotel chain, it has an appropriate level of service and a variety of kids' activity programs that run every day, so it is worth considering if you are traveling with children of the lower grades of elementary school.

Buy one get on free happy hour in the main bar after the pool closes. Ask for pool cups and sip them pool side and watch the sunset.

Beautiful beach, amazing pools, great food, relaxing never been so much accurate. Rooms are a bit noisy, you can hear everything from your neighbour because there is a door between them.
Took some pictures one morning, this family appeared and they were so beautifull on that beach, maybe they will recognise themselves :)

Our family (2 girls 8 and 7) stayed for 5 days between Easter and Songkhran and really enjoyed it! We went snorkeling at the hotel's own reef every morning before breakfast. Very good breakfast buffet. Staff was always very attentive, friendly and helpful. Especially Khun JJ from reception and the hard working F&B staff. Having to cope with rainfall on most evenings, Khun Lee and his team did an excellent job bringing the special themes for dinner to the guests to enjoy. The rooms where like new, very clean and well equipped. High Marriott standard. Housekeeping went over the top with their towel creations and messages on the mirrors. The kids loved the kid's club and their activities. Many thanks for their patience. We wished we could have stayed longer. Certainly one of the best hotels for families on Phuket. The staff was full of energy and gratitude to be able to provide their professional services. Especially now during these difficult times.

This is an amazing hotel with the best, friendliest staff ever. The location is great and not far from the hustle of the town. Plenty to see and do. The pool areas are lovely clean and safe. Food and catering staff are all second to none. Defiantly will return. Thanks to all thd staff for making us so welcome.

We were in March for a couple of weeks at the hotel, a swim-up room. The cleanliness of the room and the level of cleaning during the two weeks were quite gratifying to the fact that the hotel did not otherwise answer the TTTT + level given on the presentation pages. However, although there were probably major reforms, it did not seem to have helped enough. Several places in the hotel seemed worn and there was still some man constantly repairing paint or something somewhere around the hotel. The food was somewhat in the middle of the restaurants, but the companies in the main restaurant theme nights did not go far into the woods. In those evenings, the meal in the hotel made a little effort when looking for a restaurant that would have received Thai food from the weather, to provide Western food. It wasn't there to put it there and it was really bad. The breakfast buffet was just another class, there was probably at least everything the western tourists wanted, not forgetting a great number of Chinese and other Asian tourists. The pool areas were great, but the guests had not got all the rules to get there. The hotel advertises itself as a non-smoker, but it seemed to break everywhere. For example, no baths, rooms or balconies were forbidden to smoke, and there were no ashtrays visible. Same thing in restaurants and sandy beaches. In all of these places, then, the people who smoked like this and the tummies were a bit behind each other. Came to the nook of the upstairs balcony to our side of the pool so I clicked. However, no staff intervened before I asked for it when I saw this happening on the coral beach. I spoke to the hotel and assured me that the matter would be corrected, but unfortunately I didn't see it happen. I was even called to check the neighbors for smoking, and both of them had traces of it, but how much they could have changed in both of them, so the next went on where the previous one stopped! Glasses, porcelain and other fragile bottles, such as wine bottles, were also not allowed to be placed in the pots, but no one was missing, but the waiters smiled at the large porcelain wrapper and pool loungers. The Russian slough was rushing and shouting to pull his face straight out of the bottle, the cigarette in the other hand, while the waiter stood next to it and was a pool area where he was asked to avoid all the noise because it was a quiet part of the hotel. It was nice to look at all that, we had the swim-up room opposite it. Also, no one advised people not to step on or walk over the corals during low tide, and people seemed to think of them as stones because they were covered with green algae and looked like mossy stones. The fish were intimidated and attempted to catch them by hand at landing ponds. Why didn't anyone do anything, no one bothered to intervene or advise foolish tourists, though otherwise they are very fond of protecting corals and butterflies! So, all the rules were quite free to break. According to the information given before the trip, it should have been possible to get to the beach of Dr Trang, but there was no access to those who bought the road that had shut down the road leading through it.

Nice complex, beach suitable for children, running flat into the sea. However, one has to watch out for rocks. Beach barbecue in the evening. Very large pool area with lots of swimming opportunities. Enjoy your meal. Price ok Quiet in the evening from 10 p.m.

Facilities & staffs are good but reservation system has problem. Plz capture S-shot when u book, the hotel confuse whether u include breakfast and which room u choose.

Amazing place to stay. Rooms are amazing. Service is amazing. Food is spectacular. Pools are great. Location though is far from everything. They do offer a shuttle bus to patong daily which is great. But you can really just walk out onto the street and explore.

As usual Marriot has kept the standars high. i stayed for a week and it was an overwhelming experience. right from check-in till the last day of my stay it was a wonderful experience. pools are huge and seperate pools for kids. multiple options for food. buffet breakfast gives u hell lot of options and food is superb

Great stay! Comfortable beds and clean property. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff were very helpful and some English very well. Would be a wonderful place for families with kids. The beach has the softest sand! There is s place to get massages on the right end of the beach "family massage" so good and affordable and it was so relaxing to hear the waves. Skip Phuket and get a. massage there.

Was looking to host our wedding there - absolutely terrible experience with venue being given to another party without when informing us, not giving us another potential date, the list is truly endless. Pity as it is a nice hotel...

Pleasant pools with amazing design and every corner of the hotel is clean! The breakfasts at the buffet are the best breakfasts I have had and I am not exaggerating! Pastries baked straight from the hotel's excellent confectionery!
The beach - amazing! Suitable for bathing and not so rocky (compared to the rocky area where it is located) It is very pleasant to sit on the beach during the day and at night especially to watch the sunset which I think is the perfect place to see the sunset in Phuket!

Take this hotel and you will not be disappointed at all! I would do anything to get back to the pleasant sand at the beach and the stunning sunset! I know I will return to it in the future!

Wonderful hotel with plenty to keep both kids and adults happy. Lots of different kids activities everyday which have been a real treat. Great pool with a slide which has been endless fun and killer cocktails for me while I 'keep an eye on the kids'. The staff are super helpful and friendly especially those at the kids club.
10-15 ride to patong if you want to get out of the resort for a while. Would definitely return.

If could rate more than 5stars l would , fantastic buffets , so many activities, Great for families and couples , this place is huge , 3 pools ones secluded, ones a pool bar pool and over other side a great families kids pool they all huge , staff are the best
Out of 5 resorts we have stayed at in Phuket this one stands out for its excellence , can sit by pool in many dining areas , by private beach or bars , on lawn the list goes on and they had shows , l wouldn t hesitate to stay there again and l highly recommend this place as the best

It's little hard to reach here from downtown, they have shuttle but it's not free always.

Lovely reef location at a well presented hotel. Friendly staff very helpful. The lagoon rooms have a great atmosphere to enjoy both day and night.

Nice resort, excellent service but average food. Picked up a stomach bug on day three that stayed with me for remaining week which did cast a shadow over my opinion of the place.

Very good location, very nice and friendly staff, beautiful private beach. The beach is just few steps away from the hotel. Very nice pools include the one with the waterfall and fountains. Food is very tasty .
Compare to different hotlels in other countries Marriott offers good value for money.

Great hotel, excellent facility and friendly staff.

The hotel and facilities are great. The kids club activities were really great with severa offerings being suitable for our 3 and 4 year olds. The service was a bit hit and miss though. Often our room was not cleaned until after 3pmand only when we called the reception. Also the restaurants seemed to be too concerned with large wedding groups and forgot about the other guests.

Good staff, but hotel needs renovation. More a TUI-like resort and not a high-end Marriott Hotel

Nice family-friendly place, but five stars seem exaggerated. Room cleaning is inconsistent and not very thorough, would forget to replace things like shampoo and tea and sometimes leave sand on the floor. The high tide is only about two hours, the rest of the time one has to walk over the reef to get to the water. The food is ok but not great, the drinks menu is rather limited and the same item is often prepared differently depending on who is serving. Gym is much too small for the hotel capacity, with people queuing up to use a treadmill. Massage is fairly expensive, but not very good and some specialists come to work sick. Finally, only a fraction of the staff speaks passable English, most have a very strong accent which leads to occasional miscommunication.

Absolutely love it here, it is definitely 5 star plus everything is so clean , the staff go above and beyond the food and cocktails are so delicious, so much to choose from love the swim up bar, as well as the other pools great for families, and has its own private beach . You really have to see this place to believe it.

The hotel is very good, there are many activities for children to play. There are plenty of activities for adults as well, pool table, worshiping pool, kayak boarding, boxing ring, water spar bar by the sea. Very good staff

Myself my wife and friends stayed at this hotel for six days this establishment made our short break very memorable clean , very friendly and happy staff restaurants were of a high standard and reasonable priced breakfast in the merchant kitchen fantastic staff . Kelly ,Cafe ,and Barbie made each morning a joy .

Amazing place. Great food, great staff 5* all the way

A great hotel. Service at the highest level. Among the guests a lot of Britons and Russians. I also met several Polish families. Room large and tastefully decorated. Swimming pool with ozone water. Breakfast in the amount of PLN 60 per person - very diverse. Both European and Asian dishes. A large selection of local fruits. I would recommend.

I loved the hotel, the staff was nice and the beach is beautiful. We had a little problem in the beginning with our room but right away they helped us change rooms and gave us a free dinner for our trouble. Overall loved the resort!

High pool satisfaction. High private beach satisfaction. Good operating program. Breakfast, restaurant, bar, spa (1 hour 1200 baht) satisfaction is okay. 10 minutes by van or tuk-tuk taxi to Patong city center (Bangra Road) (300~400 Baht)
However, the kindness of the staff was slightly inferior to Movenpickkaron and the rooms were okay, but there were many small ants the size of a tick.

Stayed here 8 years ago and loved it! Small beach out front, huge pools with swim up bar. Small tiger restaurant up on the hill was fantastic and cheap. Rooms were awesome with pool access, i hope it hasn't changed much as i we would love to return.

5 star resort but I think only 4 stars.

Value for money could be better but still acceptable. Don't come during main season however. The Thais are very friendly and also very relaxed. When things get busy they stay friendly and relaxed which in most cases lead to a slow service. So you might wait some 20min for your coffee at the breakfast. Lesson learned we went early to breakfast next day and got the coffee in 2min. I worked in Asian countries myself so I know it is hard to keep up the standard. So in a way no specific problem of this hotel. If you pay some 200 Euro per night you still expected a certain level. Overall nice hotel worth 4 stars though.

There are plenty of services to entertain children and children are delighted.
Rent a sandbox set on the beach, get a balloon from a clown and have a glitter sticker stick on your arm
A hotel that excites children!

You can also relax the floating carpets in the pool.
Don't forget the mango juice by the pool, which is exquisite.

We are all inclusive 2 weeks. Staff very nice, food lovely. Rooms large, clean and well appointed. Free pool tables, snooker and other electronic games. House coral, with plenty of fish for snorkel less. Lots going on. Recommended for a lovely stay

Large, spacious rooms. Tastefully constructed property with lots of facilities for entertainment, multiple swimming pools, Ping pong tables, Volleyball net, Gym. Good food and great service. They also have a private beach with exclusive access for guests.

I had a lovely time, the beach had lovely fish, and the staff were super friendly. Clean, spacious rooms. Really tasty food, definitely stay here.
