Wow such a beautiful hotel i love it here.
i travel allot it's so convenient that you have Starbucks coffee
Right there at the lobby.
The the staff is so friendly especially Kaitlyn
I hope I didn't spell her name wrong
The rooms are big you have a 50 inch TV
With internet connection to Netflix or Hulu YouTube and more
The water pressure in the shower is amazing
Almost exfoliate my skin lol

You would love it here..... Definitely recommend it to my friends and family

POS...I booked a room here for the week for my wif...

POS...I booked a room here for the week for my wife to stay and care for my daughter after a significant surgery. Could not/would not clean room, restock towels, restock coffee, restock toiletries, etc. She practically begged for help with a genuine response from the front desk but no results the next day nor the next nor the next. Weird thing is I have status at the marriott hotels and they would not even take of one of their own. I stay (I do not anymore) at least 30-40 nights per year in Marriotts. By the way I wanted my, daughter a student in Denver, to stay at the hotel with my wife and away from roommates for a few days. They finally came in tonight to clean the room when she was asleep. They knew the situation and still came in to clean. OMG. Marriott needs to make a change in this Denver location. So I realize this hotel has high ratings but I suspect the reason for this is low expectations from guests. Beware!

The staff were a delight! Clean, fresh smelling, and the elevators get you there. No long lines, no out of order signs, no complaints about extras. I mean seriously it s what you expect from a Marriot and they delivered!!

In June of 2018, I took my wife, three kids and Mother-in-law to the Denver area for family vacation. We rented two rooms from the Marriott Denver Cherry Creek Courtyard and stayed 4 nights. Regrettably, my wife s $7,000 necklace, which was designed by my wife and made of diamonds from my deceased Mother, was stolen from our room while it was being cleaned. We filed a police report with the city of Denver, but the necklace was never recovered and no criminal charges have been filed in the case. Coincidentally, my Mother-in-law had fake diamond earrings stolen from her room as well. There is absolutely zero doubt whatsoever that a hotel employee, or agent, stole the necklace and earrings. The most disappointing part of the ordeal, besides the fact that neither my wife nor my only daughter will be able to wear a beautiful diamond necklace made in honor of my Mother, is the fact that, to this day, we have not heard ONE word from the hotel management company and/or owner taking responsibility or even offering an apology for the incident. This is an incredibly poor reflection on the people who work at this property, own this property, and lend the Marriott Courtyard brand to it. Very very sad.

Very small bathroom. Huge, nice lobby with fireplace. Friendly staff. Here's a shocker: the normal free breakfast buffet is not free at this Courtyard, even if you're gold or platinum. Very disappointing.

The hotel made it impossibly confusing to carry out our reservation correctly. We made reservations and received confirmations a month prior to when our guests were arriving. We filled out a credit card authorization form so that I would pay for all rooms. When the guests arrived, they were told there was no card on file (even though we received confirmation for our credit card authorization form and reservations) and were asked to put it on their personal cards. We provided the hotel with four different business cards (not even close to getting declined) and they still chose to charge the personal cards of guests, except for randomly charging my card for three of eighteen reservations.

I had to call the hotel FOUR times attempting to get receipts (which they're supposed to automatically email you after your stay). The first time, he only sent me two of the three receipts I asked for. The second, third, and fourth time, she typed my email wrong, and continued to say she sent it to me, so I gave multiple emails. When the receipt still didn't come after the fourth call, I gave up. If you are using this hotel for business purposes, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Not bad, blankets on the bed could have been a little warmer. One borderline scam that I hate is putting the bottle of water in the room with the paper around the top. It does say that it costs 3.50 for the water but it's not obvious at a glance and it got opened before we realized and what's worse is that you can't even go out and replace it yourself it because it's a special bottle. Not a huge deal but it is what it is. Other than those things, the stay was good.

WONDERFUL service! From the moment we walked in, the guy front desk (I forget his name :( He was Asian) was very accommodating. He was running the desk by himself and it was busy, but he managed to greet everyone that walked in and maintain a positive, helpful attitude. When we got into our room and noticed there was a roudy family next door, he quickly changed our room and upgraded it to a mountain view! Beds were really comfortable, room was well cleaned, and location was close to everything. Another nice feature - the 4 types of infused water in the lobby!

Very nice hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I'm picky when it comes to pillows. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. I loved that they had a Starbucks in the lobby to grab a coffee to go to.

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this hotel. I stayed here for almost a full week recently
They lost a brand new phone $90 in the package with the receipt that I had spoken with Bryce the manager about and specifically requested to have it put aside for pickup and was told by one of the other employees he said he put it in the December lost and found but then they couldn't find it anywhere afterwards. That's not on me or something I should have to pay for. He only agreed to refund me half the cost of the phone, $45 even though that was clearly a mishap on his side. I want the full $90 refund or I will be contacting the better business bureau as well as advising my family and friends to not stay with Marriott anymore. I contact corporate and as usual they did nothing to resolve the situation. I have to be honest, I've stayed in close to over 300 hotels in just the last few years and Marriott customer service is THE WORST I have ever dealt with and that's putting it very lightly. If this had happened with a IHG or Hilton property they would've immediately refunded me the full amount. To be treated this way when I've been a loyal Marriott guest for a long time and spent a lot of money with them over the years is disgraceful. I will not be staying at Marriott hotels anymore after this experience I had with them. I do have to say though that Caleb who worked at the front desk was excellent and every interaction I had with him was nothing less than professional, extremely helpful and very pleasant. It's people like him who should be in management positions running a hotel.

Hotel room was clean. Shower was mild at best. Left a toiletries bag there, too big to go unnoticed, enough things to not get tossed immediately. Like pulling teeth to get an answer on whether or not they had it or not. My man Tyler and the lady at the front desk had this nice habit of transferring me to people who are out of the office. 2nd day running, no update.

It's a solid Courtyard. The rooms are somewhat small and dated, but clean. Shower pressure is awesome which was a nice surprise. Staff here are very professional and polite. Plenty of parking the location is convenient

So I came out here to come see my parents and I found this hotel without doing a reservation and Dimitri that was at the front desk was welcoming and respectful and really good customer service I'm definitely coming back when I come see my parents and I'm definitely staying again at this hotel.

I m a Marriott Bonvoy member and I can tell you this is Not worth the $120 a night, wish I would have stayed somewhere else. Lobby is updated well but rooms are tiny and you can feel the outdatedness of it. Receptionist wasn t very attentive, wish it would have been better. If your getting it for less than $100 it s decent, anything over I would look elsewhere.

Friendly staff! Clean and updated room. Has plenty of social space for working if you're there for business. The hallway did smell as what I can describe as "unused diaper smell". But it was taken care of the next day.

I dont often rate a hotel 5 stars, but this hotel deserves it! They helped me enroll in the bonvoy program, they had us spin a wheel to win prizes and when walking by the beverage/bar area I happened to casually mention to my coworkers 'no white monster, we will have to stop before meetings in the morning'. One of the managers overheard me and asked what I was looking for, when I told him he offered to send someone so that I would have it in the morning! Rooms were comfortable and quiet, decent shower pressure and there was enough light in the bathroom i could see (so many hotels now have dark bathrooms).
