Courtyard by Marriott Denver Cherry Creek Review

Friendly receptionist and the people working the kitchen and bathroom.

The hotel was clean and staff is nice but we have not had hot water in our room for 2 days. We are forced to wash hands in freezing cold water and shower in luke warm water at best. All they merp saying is its being worked on. No hot water is NO GOOD. I AM NOT HAPPY.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. They went out of my way to accommodate an early check-in, which was wonderful after traveling cross country. The rooms are spacious with new linens and comfortable bedding. The in house Starbucks seals the deal. I highly recommend the Courtyard on Cherry Creek.

This hotel is well managed. Great room /customer service. Amazing food. I have never had any issues staying here on business. I recommend it for everyone

Great convention space, not enough water or coffee, but I think more people were there than they expected. Fun to be where the turning restaurant used to be! Amazing views!!!

Overall stay was good. They put wrong names and charged wrong accounts for stay. Still trying to get refund sorted out.

Attended a company party on one of the top floors. Food and drinks were both great.

It's a clean decent place. With good customer service. Rooms could be a little bigger for the price.

Nice clean place, great conference room on the 11th floor. Bathrooms are quite small compared to other places though but it's not a big deal unless you need the extra room.

My mom and my girlfriends parents have stayed here and they have raved about it.

Interior was pleasing to the eye. Half sized pillows given which is not always comfortable to sleep on.

The food wa terrible. Cobb Salad? Delivered w no egg, bacon, tomato, Gorgonzola, no dressing...also meatballs? No marinara (2T tomato/water h
Juice).
Bartender was nice but when told about salad, oh was that not on your diet? There was no real customer service. Will not stay again

Odd no free breakfast, but I guess because its not of a business hotel its acceptable. Rooms are well furnished a bit outdated. Nice stay all in all.

Average rooms, decor was a bit dated. They did have air conditioning which is rare in Denver. Overall was a good stay.

Good breakfast, and coffee, awesome waiters, upon check in they had sold our room to other people after we had already paid for it. Flying from Ohio to Denver Colorado and then coming to check in and have no room that is already paid for is quite disappointing, but they did give us a free download graded room for free for one night . Very clean and the work out area could have had some better weight but had a lot of cardio equipment

About 20 minute drive away from downtown Portland, the Courtyard in Cherry Creek is convenitently located on a main road and near the highway. The rooms are nice and clean with a gorgeous view of Denver. Best of all there is a pool

Good experience. I was greeted when I arrived in a friendly and pleasant manner. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Very beautiful hotel. Well cleaned. Smaller rooms than I had expected from the pictures but everything was well maintained and worth it.

I had a great experience during my 4 night stay this week. All of the staff I interacted with were so kind and accommodating. The breakfast options were great and Hoda(sp) makes an awesome omelet. Patty is also a gem who will take care of you during breakfast to. Rooms are updated, clean, and bed was comfortable. I won t stay anywhere else when I travel to Denver for work.

The people were super nice and friendly and they always had hot chocolate in the lobby which was awesome

Went for training, and didn't stay in a room, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the food that was provided.

Staff is always friendly and engaging. Level of service and accommodations is always consistent. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and I-25 access.

The website said rooms were starting at 89.00. Not that I expected it to be that inexpensive. But we did not expect it to cost 394.00 for 2 nights either and that was with a government discount.
Most hotels these days have pillow top mattresses. Our room did not. It was uncomfortable to say the least. For the money we paid, the beds should be more comfortable. We did not address it because the staff seemed inept at whatever we asked them. Possibly due to their age and maturity level. We did not go to another hotel as we were exhausted from the 16 hour drive from Texas and the roads were bad from the weather!! Otherwise we would have.
The bathroom was very small.
We did not eat at the hotel so I can't vouch for the food.
We will not stay here again.

Positives: clean hotel. Rooms were nice. Good catering services. Negatives: Not the most friendliest staff. TV channels were not working, some people in my party got 0 TV channels. Small bathrooms.

Pretty nice remodeled Courtyard, which are different than the ones around the area. Rooms are nice and the beds are fine. The lounge has at least restaurant if you need some food along with a full buffet breakfast. The service was friendly when I went.

It's ok but they penny and dime you to death. Who charges for a bottle of water at check-in? This is why I stay with hilton.

Hotel is on a busy street with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very firm, too firm for my liking, but got the job done. I had a room with 2 beds and the layout of the dresser/desk/TV and beds was unique. One bed had a great view of the TV, but the other had a blocked view from the dresser sticking out at a weird angle. Fridge and microwave were a nice bonus. Hotel also had a coffee bar, restaurant and bar open in the evenings.

I would stay here again, was clean with a nice view.

Staff was extremely friendly and very attentive when we checked in late Friday night. Our room was very clean! You could tell though the ceiling in the room and bathroom needed work due to some water damage. But overall a very nice getaway for my family!

Great location, good price, super clean, very nice. I'd definitely stay here again. It was crazy crowded actually, I think maybe a wedding or event booked a lot of it. Still one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in and my friend even said he wanted the name of the place to stay here again

Clean and modern property. Bed comfort wasn't the best. Friendly staff. Gym is adequate. Close to downtown and Colfax eateries and a great rate. Free parking is also good.

Was just ok for Marriott. Location is kinda tucked away behind a gas station, room was small for a courtyard and not cleaned to the Marriott standard.

Stayed here many times. Convenient location. Staff are very friendly. Bar area is nice and well staffed. Rooms are comfortable and what you expect from a Courtyard. Wi-Fi is also more reliable than other hotels I've stayed.

Friendly staff, but not clean. Room was okay, but common area floor was dirty. Crumbs all over the floor. Difficult to find a table that was clean enough to set a computer on. There are other hotel options around that I will choose next time I am in that area
