The hotel made it impossibly confusing to carry out our reservation correctly. We made reservations and received confirmations a month prior to when our guests were arriving. We filled out a credit card authorization form so that I would pay for all rooms. When the guests arrived, they were told there was no card on file (even though we received confirmation for our credit card authorization form and reservations) and were asked to put it on their personal cards. We provided the hotel with four different business cards (not even close to getting declined) and they still chose to charge the personal cards of guests, except for randomly charging my card for three of eighteen reservations.

I had to call the hotel FOUR times attempting to get receipts (which they're supposed to automatically email you after your stay). The first time, he only sent me two of the three receipts I asked for. The second, third, and fourth time, she typed my email wrong, and continued to say she sent it to me, so I gave multiple emails. When the receipt still didn't come after the fourth call, I gave up. If you are using this hotel for business purposes, I recommend looking elsewhere.
